Derek is a super host for a reason, it really shows. This house was so much fun and created awesome memories for our bachelor party. The house lay out is perfect for socializing and there was plenty of entertainment inside as well as outside. The natural views and the 72 acre's of trails was everything New Hampshire is about. The communication from host was 100% spot on. I was messaged at least once or twice a day if i needed anything at all. Everything in the house worked and functioned as it should. A lot of the appliances and tv's seemed like they were brand new. The movie theater was a really cool dynamic as well. I will definitely be returning to this house and i can not wait! Thank you Derek for making our bachelor party unforgettable.

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

We had a wonderful stay in the woods. The house was beautiful and comfortable and Miriam was very helpful and responsive. The hot tub was a highlight! Highly recommend this wonderful home.

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Margaret's house was ideal for our vacation. We especially liked the kayaks and the entry to the lake, the grill, and the lovely back porch, which accommodated many family members of all ages. We took side trips to Canada, Glover, and Lake Willoughby. We ordered pizza from Hoagies for our first night, since we figured nobody would want to cook. We saw a bald eagle, completed a jigsaw puzzle and built an epic Jenga. I made a mistake by not pulling the Casella trash bin closer to the road on Wednesday night. Maybe that requirement could be put into the "house rules" part of the website? Margaret was always available to answer our questions, replying immediately to our texts. If anything, her kitchen is "over-stocked" with pantry items (maybe from previous guests?), which included lots of helpful Tupperware. The lake is beautiful , with few motorboats to disturb the calm. We'd love to come back.

The house was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The pictures actually don’t show how beautiful the space truly is! As mentioned in other posts, you do need to know that there is little privacy (no noise deadening) in the upstairs bathroom. Four of the bedrooms had privacy, one is a loft type area that you have to walk past to get downstairs. These two super minor things were not an issue for us and we had 4 teenage boys with us but may be good to know for others booking. The house was amazing and we would love to come back next year!
