Awesome sunset views from the elevated deck with a 6 person Hot Tub on year round , inside has new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in every room + Air Condition. RENOVATED COTTAGE with outdoor nook for strollers, bikes, chairs. Close to boards, rides, restaurants! 3 blocks to guarded beach. 2 decks, enclosed outdoor shower, off st pking, central A/C, wifi. Great stay in ocean city. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Place had everything we needed and was well maintained. I wish I read that it didn’t have central air but it’s fall and the weather was nice out. Place had a window unit in the closet that we ended up having to use so no big deal. Just be aware that you’ll have to install them yourself. They don’t keep them in.

The house was clean and spotless. John the host is also super responsive when and provides clear instructions on how to check in and makes it super simple. It doesn't have that big of a backyard, but its good for what it is and the house isn't in a bad spot. I would recommend staying here just because it was clean, super easy check-in and check-out and not too far from the Ocean resort and casino. (15 minute walk)

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

Stayed a weekend with 4 teens- more than enough space! Beautiful, spotless clean and very tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Appreciate all of the thoughtful little touches around the home- the teen girls especially loved the little shelves near the bunk beds for their perfumes and lotions. Games/activities available for all ages of child to teens. Had a bit of a rainy stay, but being close to many indoor activities didn’t put a damper on our stay. Monica graciously offered us more time at her place- free of charge because our checkout day had clear weather. Very thorough, thoughtful and responsive host. I’ll recommend Monica’s place to all.

Was a great place for our family to spend the weekend. It was easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as local restaurants and a nice playground. The place had the perfect shore feel and fit our crew easily. It was great having access to some chairs and beach tags as also.
