Sasha’s place was perfect! Exactly as described and had everything we needed. Sasha was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She met us upon arrival, gave us a quick tour, and provided instructions for the hot tub, sauna, and fireplace so we could enjoy everything comfortably and independently. I have celiac disease, and she went over and above to ensure breakfast was completely gluten-free and safe for me to enjoy, which I really appreciated. One of us also made use of the on-site EV charger, which was super convenient! We had such a comfortable stay - would absolutely recommend and hope to return again.

The hosts were friendly and the cozy apartment was ideally located for our stay. It was private and quiet, and we appreciated the in- unit washer/dryer, refrigerator and microwave.

A wonderful B&B — and the breakfasts are above and beyond. Just tremendously delicious.

Claudia was an awesome host and very responsive. We had a good night stay in a nice private bedroom with private bathroom. We really appreciated her hospitality with breakfast food that was left out so kindly for us. Although it was such a brief stay on our road trip, we will consider staying here again in the future if we are in the area!

Diane was very sweet and extremely accommodating!! It felt much more like a classic BnB than a modern AirBnB (in a good way!) One thing I’d note is the bedroom door/bathroom don’t appear to lock and there can be another guest staying at the same time. But beyond that it was a great stay. It felt homey and safe. Would definitely recommend to others hoping to stay in Butler

If you’re looking for a quintessential VT home to spend a night (or a few), you will not be disappointed. Beautiful home in picturesque East Middlebury. Only four mile drive to Middlebury, so much to do and see and the bed was super cozy.

Cathy was the sweetest host, showing us around where everything was, and incredibly responsive to messages. Setting out breakfast for us in the morning was a great touch; very thoughtful! The place itself was gorgeous! An 1800's farmhouse with modern upgrades and still a beautiful, vintage charm and homey feel. WiFi offered, little chocolates in our rooms, plus fans and heaters for whatever sleeping style you prefer. We slept great and didn't have a single negative thought or thing to say about the experience we had. Cathy and her husband Todd were great hosts and we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, whenever we return to VT. 11/10 experience!

Norma and Patrick have a beautiful place and are wonderful hosts. I had to extend my stay several times and they were able to easily accommodate me. Picturesque farm and friendly pets! Highly recommended.

Julie and Glenn are lovely hosts! The house is beautiful, and breakfast was wonderful. Was a pleasure to stay at their home.

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

We LOVED Kelsey's place. The space for elegantly decorated, cozy, and very clean. Everything was above standard. Kelsey communicated in a timely manner and was beyond accommodating. We felt right at home. Thank you!

Kimberly and John are the best hosts you could find. They engaged with my toddler very well and she was upset to go back home. The stay was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious. I had special dietary needs and Kimberly was very thoughtful and creative in everything she prepared for us. They also guided us through our tour planning and all her suggestions were valuable. We will be back in heartbeat.

This was a lovely, true "bed and breakfast", experience. Myra was a delightful host and I would love to come back some time.

Chris and Zeus were both friendly and welcoming. The house was clean and an easy walk to to Keswick. Very much enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice big TV in the bedroom.

What a pleasure to spend time with Diane and Patrice. As soon as we walked through the door, we felt right at home, welcomed like royalty. Diane and Patrice are great enthusiasts. They delighted us with their discussions and lunch filled with thoughtful touches. I still dream of that fruit salad with those coconut shavings!

Marsha is always so lovely to deal with. Unfortunately I could not stay this time but the other time was wonderful. Marsha is very warm and welcoming, quickly responds to messages and very interactive. I would highly recommend!

I spent a wonderful week at Niyoshas place. The room was well equipped and Niyosha was always up for a chat. Due to the location of the accommodation, I had a good mix of nature and quietness, but also the vibrant city life. The beach is wonderful and I really enjoyed the walks there. The GO train takes you to Toronto Union Station, so I also explored a lot of Toronto city (CN Tower, Arts Museum, Distillery District). I can highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was exactly what I'd hoped for - quiet, relaxing, restorative! The swing in the backyard is a peaceful place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Ricki is wonderful host and has created a lovely homey space for her guests. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

What a lovely and beautiful location amongst the woods... perfect living space, a wonderful kitchen with everything we could want or need. Sharon is the consummate host. We absolutely love being there and our 2 dogs do too! We can't wait for our next visit!!

PERFECT place to stay ..a definite 5/5 stars across. AN INCREDIBLE host! Marie-Claude's home is perfect. Our private self contained private entry suite with plush queen bed, large clean private washroom with full shower, fridge. with lots of large windows was just perfect. Brian and Sinziana’s bed & breakfast stands out as one of the very best that we have stayed at in all of our extensive travels! The gourmet breakfast was hand-delivered to our room and was exceptional! We had fruit, eggs with cheese, biscuits, homemade fig & raspberry jams, orange juice, cappuccino and strawberry apple strudel all in one meal! We loved staying in the historic carriage house with original wood floors & vintage refrigerator. The bed was really comfortable, the marble shower was a luxurious treat and the electric fireplace was great! We loved the peaceful, relaxing grounds and enjoyed watching the super cute chickens & goats. Brian & Sinziana are awesome and really good people! We loved talking with them! They even sent us pictures of the newborn goats that were born hours after we checked out! This is one of the few B&B’s that we will definitely return to! We also looked at the adjacent room and it is huge & beautiful! We highly recommend both rooms!

This is the most beautiful AirBNB I have ever stayed in. The house is impeccably decorated, clean, and well stocked. Although attached to the main house, it is quiet and feels very private. Anne was very responsive but respectful of our space. We will definitely book again, as my sister lives close by.
