We loved this beautiful location! Everything was super clean, bed were comfortable and the kitchen amazingly supplied! The place was quiet with a wonderful view!!

cabin was nice and clean and had an amazing view of the mountains. very kid friendly with the pool to keep them entertained. I would recommend staying here whenever in greenville.

Marty and her team have created a lovely getaway in Glenburn. We were looking to unplug, unwind, and deeply chill out. We were hoping to hike, stargaze, drink tea, and not see another human for a few days, and our dreams came true at Marty's gorgeous place. The house is brand new and super clean- everything smelled as nice as it looked! Beds are really comfy-- one is squishy and one is firm- perfect. Each room has its own thermostat, even the bathrooms, so we were able to dial in the temps just right even as the temps were in the single digits outside at night. Given that there are two separate units in the duplex structure, I could imagine coming back with another couple or family so that we could vacation together but still having some privacy. As it was, renting one unit while the other was vacant was ideal. Marty and her co-hosts are very responsive and welcoming, and answered all our questions quickly and kindly. Great place and great hosts!

it was a very cozy place. nice and quiet in the evening with pretty views. we enjoyed our stay and was happy to see how dog friendly it was for the next time we want to stay.

We only stayed one night. We were viewing property in the area, really enjoyed our stay. The log cabin is beautiful and well kept. The whole house was spotless. If I was to complain about anything it would be some of the mattresses are a little firm. I’m not used to sleeping on memory foam. That’s the only negative thing I would have to say. Would definitely go back I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Matthews Trailside Cabins are clean, very new, very comfortable and wisely set up. We stayed because we were arriving late and unsure of crossing MH lake at a late hour we would stay again if same circumstances occur.

My sisters and I had a wonderful four days at Kitahdin's Rest. The setting is spectacular, especially when you kayak or canoe or ski out to the middle of the lake (or even just out of the bay) and see Mount Kitahdin in all her glory. It is very close to Baxter Park, which was why we chose Erin's cabin. We could get to the Togue Pond Gate in 15 minutes with all the exquisite trails in front of us. The cabin had what we needed and we were very comfortable.

Great cabin small and cozy. Felt so nice to be somewhere peaceful. You can see so many stars at night I couldn’t believe it! Be sure to check out the hamlet pub and meet the owner Joaquin. Rent some snowmobiles if you’re there in the winter. Had all everything needed to cook except a microwave. The mountain and lakes were amazing. Skip Walmart and go to the local grocery stores we found. Locals are friendly. We stayed 6 nights and I highly recommend !!

Awesome place to stay. Welcomed by two local outside cats was a major plus. Very quiet area. Cabin was clean and really relaxing. Watching the sun rise every morning looking out over the lake was the cherry on top. And Kelly was great to deal with. Book the place you won’t regret it

Our trip was in mid-February with snowy, windy winter weather. As a family, we were happy to be together and were not interested in traveling around to see the sites. There are few sites, and fewer places to eat out, if that is an interest - that didn't bother us at all. On the best day weather-wise, the family went snowshoeing and enjoyed the woods around the cabin. All in all, we found the cabin very comfortable, had a lovely kitchen to work in, was neat and clean. Ryan was very good about getting back to us with answers to all our questions before we booked and afterward.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! Right on moosehead lake easy walk down to get right to fishing! If i had any questions peter was very helpful and had no problem answering me and even texted to make sure i was having a good stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get out to moosehead!

I loved this stay! Went for my birthday! Very Pet friendly and the host stocked the cabin with tons of necessities, and was very detailed with the things she had for us! Tons of space for your dog to run and play! Very peaceful and private! Dead quiet! Sooo healing for the soul! This was a much needed stay and a 10/10! So many memories were made this past weekend and we are already talking about coming back! Our dog gave it two paws up!

We had a blast during our stay! We enjoyed lots of outdoor activities and adventuring. The host gave us tons of great tips on where to go and what to do. Would definitely recommend :)

Can’t say enough about the cabin! Beautiful spot, private, cozy, had everything we needed and more. Erin was always so quick to help and help us find what we needed and it really shows all the cute cozy extras that made it even better. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day and was sad to leave but we will be back!! Amazing!! Amazing! Amazing!

Great place with a few need to know before you go items: the cabin is not marked with the address, the GPS says you have arrived when you are at the neighbor's cabin, and there was not a hair dryer. We would recommend coming in the day light to match the photos with the cabin and to check what you may need at the store. Overall, this is a great place worth visiting.
