Vacation rentals with a patio in Northeast Italy

We had a great stay in the very nice apartment. We found everything as described and the moderate conditions were topped by the very nice host who was always friendly. The apartment is really very tastefully decorated. Everything is spotless and of very good quality. It's more spacious than you'd think from the photos. The atmosphere is private, undisturbed and relaxed. The best thing is three cats and the dog, which not only the children enjoyed. Many thanks to the great hosts.

I was absolutely amazed by the incredible hospitality of the host. The apartment had everything we needed, and even more, for a truly comfortable stay. It was clear that everything was arranged with care and love, making our time in the apartment extremely pleasant. I’m very grateful to Nataša and Branko for their thoughtful attention. I’ve probably never experienced such a high level of service before, and it truly made our vacation special. A huge thank you for welcoming us along with our dog and cat. Very centrally located on a 1st floor of a traditional Milanese building with courtyard. Easy access to two stations and 25mins walk to Duomo through the park. Eleonora was very helpful and responsive with any issue and questions we had. Also super grateful we were able to check out later on the day. My daughter loved her welcome present and we enjoyed all the restaurant recommendations she gave us! Highly recommended, would recommend perhaps for a couple to stay in the summer when it’s not too cold to enjoy the terrace.

Our stay at Nataša’s apartment was just amazing. The apartment is located in quiet neighborhood, not too far from the beach. Inside there is everything you need even for a longer stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Nataša was really friendly and helpful, she even recommended a place where to buy best seafood in the city. Thank you!

Vincenzo is a great host who was very accommodating when I needed help. The apartment makes a clean, new impression. Especially the fly screens are good and important. The pool is a nice size and for the children there is even a smaller one. The location is quiet and I would come back any time.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Let's start by saying that we had a very good time (September 1-18). The house is as described, comfortable and has all the necessities. Mrs. Viviana is very kind with all the clear information. We especially thank her mother, Mrs. Danila who was waiting for us like a real hostess. Maniago is very nice, everything is within walking distance, about 5 minutes from the center. We can only recommend it.

It was an unforgettable vacation. The view from the apartment directly to the sea, this mild climate even in October, everything very special. We really enjoyed being in this small but nice apartment. The location is perfect and fantastically beautiful. There is a private parking space right in front of the house and private access to the sea via stairs, incomparable. The approach directly to the house is daring, but doable. Mosquitoes were still very annoying in October. There was no supermarket open at the time, better shopping in Labin. Restaurant was open and a pizzeria in the nearby campsite. Renata was very easy to reach and very helpful. The only negative thing to mention is that the description mentions a washing machine. At least there wasn't one with us. Otherwise everything was great and absolutely recommended. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

The apartment is in a great location close to the ferry, and close to the central part of Varenna where restaurants and bars and grocery shops are. Also close to the Monastero gardens, and the path up to the castle. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, living area, outside deck area, kitchen, small porch, full bathroom. It is off the main street so is very quiet. At this time of year in November many places are closed so need to check what is open. The ferry across to Bellagio is well worth the trip with boats running almost every 30 minutes.

We liked the stay at the place very much. You are at the lake in a very short time, where you can super relax and swim. The pool was also very welcome. The balcony was very nice and even in the kitchen we could prepare good meals. Shopping without a car would have been very tedious, but optimal with a car. Alessia was also very accommodating and friendly :) We would definitely come back here!

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

I booked Giovanni's apartment for a weekend with my partner in Cinque Terre. The welcome was impeccable. Both before our arrival and during our stay Giovanni was always responsive, giving us useful tips on how to get around. The house is extremely nice: we found everything perfectly tidy and the spaces were taken care of in every detail (as well as super clean!). We were also greeted with a complimentary evening: a bottle of great wine! A very kind gesture. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely apartment with very nice outside space. The location is great for walking to the older part of bologna and also for grocery shopping. The host is very responsive and helpful - we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!
