We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. I stayed here with my wife and our four children, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the small touches inside the apartment made a big difference. Thank you so much for hosting us — we would definitely love to come back again in the future! Highly recommended for families!

Wir haben schon einige Airbnbs gebucht, aber Bryan und Sara haben mit ihrem Airbnb besonders heraus gestochen. Sie waren die freundlichsten, zuvorkommendsten und hilfsbereitesten Hosts, die wir je hatten. Sie standen uns nicht nur mit Rat und Tat bei allen Aktivitäten zur Seite, sondern halfen uns auch bei allen Anliegen rund um die Unterkunft und den Aufenthalt. Besonders für Gäste, die auf einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub in der Toskana Lust haben und dabei authentisches italienisches Flair genießen möchten, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. The host is kind and helpful she is very nice person, everything was great the view and the place and the pictures match the reality, but too much spiders and insects outside in the garden and little spiders inside the home. The road was hard to reach the destinantion.

We loved the loft apartment and the location! After being in the heart of Venice, it was nice to come back to the apartment, where it was quiet and in a great area to walk to local restaurants. The apartment had everything you need for a wonderful stay in Venice. Appreciate all the recommendations and guidance from Piero. Grazie Piero!

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

Very, very good place to stay. Nice atmosphere. Privacy. View to the sea. Beautiful cosy terrace. Calm communication. The owner is all the time in contact and also open to solve situations, offer possibilities.... I recommend this place to stay.
