Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Shore

Kelly’s house was the perfect match for me. 2 minutes from UL and an easy drive to anything I needed. The house was clean and had everything I might have needed.

This was a good location for our needs. Great to be able to walk to Grandin downtown. Also great to have our dog with us. The park down the road was good for her to play. Anna was very quick to respond to our questions.

We’ve stayed at Kandise’s place a number of times & will continue to try to stay there whenever we’re in Lynchburg

Betsy’s house on Smith Mountain Lake is wonderful. From the driveway it looks like a jiggly small cottage. You go inside and wow! What a surprise! 6 bedrooms on two floors, a screened in porch, a deck and wonderful dock and boathouse. We enjoyed ourselves so much here.

We came to Lynchburg to help our daughter with her best friend’s baby shower. The kitchen was perfect with plenty of counter space. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was decorated cute and very cozy. We were thankful to be able to bring our older pup.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and loved it. Lovely little place in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The house is perfect for a couple's getaway - cozy but spacious.

Barb and John’s place perfectly accommodated my 2 primary needs in an overnight stay - SAFE and CLEAN. They also had everything well thought out - including coffee and snacks. So many linens, blankets, soaps, etc. to make your stay convenient. Also a gate for the stairs, which was a “must” since we have small children. Lots of thought and attention put into this space by the owners. ALSO, they were VERY quiet upstairs and provided plenty of privacy. Thank you for our stay!

The best thing about the house is the location. Walking distance to restaurants and a coffee Shop was convenient. Also, the house is located a few minutes from my son’s house. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I left some clothes hanging and she immediately called to let me know and was responsive to making arrangements for them to be picked up. Check in and out was easy and the house was very cozy during the stormy winter weather during my stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

I loved everything about this home. Parking was available, quiet home , very clean , decorated nicely , honestly it felt like home away from home . Very cozy ! Thank you so much for letting me stay in your home !

Great place to stay while in Lynchburg!! Very close to Liberty University. Place was very clean! Hosts were very accommodating with everything we needed even had water in a dog bowl for our pup when we walked in. We thought that was so sweet!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back!

Great condo with excellent location downtown. Not being cable TV adept we did have issues navigating the system, never found live network broadcasts. I know this is probably largely my lack of navigating skill but was very irritating. I highly recommend a stay here.

We and our pup needed a quick place to stay while our power was out, and Dev’s place was perfect! Super clean and convenient, and fully stocked kitchen. Very friendly hosts as well!

My husband & I always travel for Valentines so to find this was great getaway from Hampton Roads. Parking off street in a designated area was a plus for us, the rooftop had a great view of the Roanoke Star & mountains. The loft was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. It felt like home. So much in walking distance, uber didn’t cost much (in the rain a few times), I def want to return with my boys. Stephen was a great host! Can’t wait to do business again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was great and view was cool. We'd stay there again if available next time we visit.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful space. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during stay. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals even a blender. It's the little things like washing pods, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and such, that make your trip that much smoother. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Kathleen’s condo numerous times, and it is always perfect! The kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked, the bedding is comfortable, and the whole condo feels like home away from home. Kathleen is an attentive and friendly host. We look forward to going back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

The place was just like the photos . We loved everything about it . I will say the bed was so comfy and cozy . I would highly recommend staying here !

We absolutely enjoyed our Christmas stay! It was extremely peaceful and the view was spectacular. The onsite dining was very convenient and the food was delicious. We were able to get out and walk, my husband and son had great luck fishing. I would love to come back during the summer season. The condo was clean and beautiful. Judy is a wonderful host.
