House (inside and outside) is beautifully decorated. Have all the needed facilities and Thomas is a 5 star host. We got locked outside, with -2 degrees, and Thomas promptly sended someone to our aid. Only good things to say about the 2 days we spent in Thomas house. Thanks for everything and we recommend

Attentive host, very good location, good parking. And not to mention the luxury house. We underestimated the house. But it looks better then the pictures! Which is normally the other way around! If you have a family and a car, this is a must. Geographically perfect to go to all destinations in the Netherlands, even over the border to Belgium and Germany. Clean.

We had a lovely stay with the whole family! (9 adults and 3 babies). The space is even more beautiful and larger in person than in the pictures! The house is clean and well maintained, the kitchen is very fully furnished. You can enjoy hiking in the environment. Dita was always quick to respond to all messages. In short, a nice stay in a fantastic place, very suitable for large families or groups of friends.

We had a nice week in Ypres. The house is within walking distance of the city and at the same time very private. Spacious kitchen, with all the comforts. The bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor are on the small side, upstairs the rooms and bathroom are more spacious. Communication with Dirk was very smooth, clear instructions and he is definitely ready if you have any questions or want tips. In short, this house is recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Nic's place -- we were a group of 10 people and the house felt more than big enough for everyone. Everything that we needed was right there, all the instructions were super clear and it was the perfect backdrop to our 1920s murder mystery game. We didn't really get to see much of the surrounding area because the house was so much fun to hang out it (and we were feeling lazy). The highlight for us was definitely the massage chair and jacuzzi bath -- so so relaxing!!

We had a lovely weekend at Villa Heidebloem. The house and the area are beautiful. The sauna and hot tub have been used a lot. And the glass house is perfect for a cozy evening. Contact with host went smoothly. Highly recommend!

It was beautiful days together my parents, brother and little one of my older brother, we were able to unload, recharge and connect as a family. In addition, the house is also inspiring especially as an entrepreneur, creative to realize what is possible in terms of living but also to come to new ideas and insights.

We had a very nice weekend in Guido's beautiful house. It was even more beautiful than can be seen in the photos. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of space to retreat. We did not look at the immediate area. But the cities of Ghent, Brussels and Antwerp were a max 45-minute drive away. We will definitely come back but then in nicer weather. Marcel is a very nice host, super reactive, and this house is a nice alternative to downtown accommodations in Amsterdam (or Harlem) if you're visiting the area.

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

We had a very nice weekend at Geert's place. The villa is fully equipped and we felt right at home. The cafe was a nice extra space where we had a nice drink. Communication went well and we got nice tips for activities in the area. The bedrooms and the plumbing were in good condition. In short, recommended! Especially for a large(re) group

The seven of us had a nice time at the villa! There is a large living room that was cozily decorated in Christmas spheres. The kitchen has all the comforts and made sure we could cook extensively. Explanations were given about the sauna and jacuzzi so we could fully enjoy this. Ton was very friendly and quick to respond to the messages. We would recommend this house to anyone!

Overall a truly perfect stay. The house was exactly as imagined and hoped for. A lot of space, lots of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and.. Sabrina also left the pool "open" so we could have ice bathing before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. I was extremely small here now. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but you might want to know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy, but of course you notice that otherwise you are used to it. And that didn't bother either but it's not a five-star hotel now. As mentioned - I was very small now so I don't give five stars everywhere! 😅 But highly recommend for six people in total!
