John and Maria's apartment was really convenient for us, the location was great with beautiful views over the bay. Convenient shopping directly across the road, been on the edge of a commercial district makes for a quiet area after hours and weekends, easy walking to many eateries and coffee shops, of if you are a bit mobile a 5 min uber ride away. Saturday they had markets just around the corner and the apartment itself was very well laid out, furnished and had all the amenities you could require in an AirBnB. Thanks for having us. We had a great stay at Dan and Lisa’s place. The location is very handy on the strand with restaurants and coffee shops. The bedroom has no windows and is right next to the freezers and coolers of the restaurants next door for which there was always a humming noise which took us some time to get adjusted to. Otherwise it was quite nice.

Carolynn was very helpful and responsive to our needs right from the first communication to after we left. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, well located and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Townsville.

Perfect location being that its only 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. Close to great food! Perfect for a family or even just a couple who want a home away from home vibe! Perfect setting for a "wind down" holiday! Everything was clean and tidy and Andrew was fantastic to work with. Would not hesitate to book again in the future.

The house was just like the photos. It was very clean. The host responded to our questions within the day. Thank you so much for coming out to check out the toilet. We came with 8 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very short walk to the beach too (about 5 minutes). Highly recommend this place, we had a great time.

We had a lovely stay at Litoria with my partner, 2 children and small dog. The whole place is very modern and luxurious with gorgeous fittings and stylish surrounds. We loved walking through the public shortcut access to the beach and wandering along the sand at the expansive beach. It was quiet with barely anyone around. We could walk to the skate park, splash park and basketball court which were all together on the beachfront. It was a short drive out to dinner at Mission Beach and the surrounds were picturesque just be careful of the wallabies beside the roads. They were so cute. We also had a visit from a massive green tree frog which was spectacular to see. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked Leah’s place for a couple of weeks with our toddler while awaiting the arrival of our newborn, it was the perfect space for us to be comfortable and relax, it had everything we needed, great location with a beautiful morning walk out the back and we felt right at home. Would happily stay again 😍

Loved the corner location, views & fully self contained apartment. It's located right in a fabulous eating precint & has beautiful views at night of Castle Hill, Cowboys Stadium, the river, sea views & looking down on the Palmer Street neighbourhood. The king sized bed is so comfy with plenty of pillows & total dark if you roll down the blinds. There's also great water pressure & plenty of toilet rolls in the bathroom. If you open all the windows & the two glass sliding doors, you get a great breeze. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers & mirror sliding doors. The balcony was great for our after dinner drinks & a wonderful lift will to take you to your floor. The kitchen is fully self contained with a full sized fridge with freezer on top. There's plenty of cutlery,crockery, utensils, glasses etc with toaster & kettle & stovetop. We look forward to staying here again & have already recommended Brett's place to a friend. Loved it!!!

A beautiful and modern apartment with stunning views. All amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. A cot was setup ready for our baby. Very minor note, the Wi-Fi across Bright Point is ok, but it can be unreliable, particularly in the evenings.
