The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We’ve been STR hosts ourselves since 2011 and absolutely love using the platform for our own getaways. It’s always nice to be hosted by true professionals and Brenda was amazing from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy the pool again. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. Clean and well equipped house with many amenities. We enjoyed outdoor pool and BBQ as well as being minutes away from beautiful Naples beach. I recommend it if you plan to visit beautiful Naples.

Check in went very smoothly. The home was just as described, very clean, and ready for our family to settle in. The amenities were nice, beds were comfy, and the pool was refreshing. We especially liked the quiet little bonus room at the back of the house with the sofa and TV. Perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. We took advantage of the beach stuff (chairs, towels, and sand toys) as well as the bikes and games in the garage. My daughter also loved the little gecko house by the front door! It was overall a great stay for all of us!

I would highly recommend Guy and his property! We stayed here with our 4 young children, including an infant. This home is SUPER kid friendly! They have an abundance of pool toys, beach towels, beach toys, a single stroller and even a pack n play! They also have different size coolers to use on outings! We had a few issues pop up during our stay but Guy was on top of all of them. He was super responsive and great to work with! We would recommend this house to any families with young children. Can’t thank him enough for his hospitality!

The place was absolutely amazing—just as advertised! It was well-located, spotless, and perfect for our stay. Sandra was incredibly accommodating, even letting us bring our pup along, which we really appreciated. My kids loved the space, and Sandra’s communication was prompt and responsive throughout. We’ll definitely be looking to stay with her again in the future. Thank you again!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Beautiful home with the most comfortable bed! Warm pool was luxurious and very private. The yard has TONS of potential and my dogs loved the space to run around. Very near Tin City and downtown, yet just minutes to Naples Botanical Gardens where I was attending an event. Felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed at Jesse’s place for a week with 4 adults and an infant. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area! The house was the perfect set us up for us which is not always the case while traveling with a baby! Jesse had thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it readily available. Jesse was also very responsive and proactive with reminders as needed.

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

We absolutely loved Dara’s place! It was so peaceful and quiet. The pool was great, we got to relax in the gated and private backyard. The place was very spacious and lovely, and most importantly very clean. We felt right at home! There was lots to do in the area, Dara’s recommendations were great, and there were a few groceries in the area to get what we needed when we arrived (you can also get the fridge pre-stocked before your arrival which we chose not to do but is helpful!). When we arrived there was a lovely note with water and snacks! Dara was very communicative, we would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This is a very nice home and extremely clean and neat inside and out. It appears it was completely renovated with a new kitchen, appliances and baths. The host, Ivanna, was great to work with- very quick to respond and included some nice extras to make us feel welcomed. The fenced in yard was wonderful and worked perfect for our dog, and they even had a set of dog dishes set up for us to use. The house is centrally located so we were close to our favorite restaurants and shopping. It has a very nice/large screened in porch in the back next to the pool which we really enjoyed and is where we spent most of our time. The pool appeared to be new and was very nice and very warm, but it is on the smaller side compared to other places we have rented. The only thing that I could say that was a little disappointing was the size of the kitchen/living room/dining area. It’s quite small, but that’s not anything they can do anything about and it would not be a show stopper from renting it again

Our hosts were so kind and cared enough to check in on us as we checked in really late. They also had the pack and play already set up for my infant when we arrived which was a huge help since we got in around midnight! Thank you for hosting us we will definitely be back!

Wonderful house, perfect for family. Pool really convenient and heated, and the fenced backyard was really fun for the kids and our puppy. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and games in the house. You don’t need anything else if going on a getaway with the family, and super closes to main grocery stores, restaurants and 5’ to the beach.

We loved our stay at this charming house. It felt like an old Florida house, but with all the modern conveniences. The house was so clean and the bed was comfortable. The backyard is a tropical paradise! The pool and hot tub are heavenly. It is a nice quiet street but one thing to remember is traffic on the main road is extremely slow during peak times. Luckily the beach and restaurants are close and walking distance. We enjoyed the house, even with a few quirks. Communication was great and helpful. We would stay here again.

House was as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. Our family had a very relaxing vacation enjoying all the house’s amenities, especially the pool and the bikes. Space was very clean and well equipped to meet our needs.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

We will definitely be back! Beautiful place for a family to get away!
