Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Jakarta

This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Pros: nice host clean good wifi around 50 mbps quiet comfortable bed Cons: bit small no much light at the ground floor lot of mosquito at the porch (september) bit expensive

The house was tastefully designed with good accessibility to F&B nearby. Really nice place for the group of us to stay during our time there. Rosa and her team were responsive and check in/out was very smooth. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

The room is very large with an ample walk in closet and a beautiful bathroom. Balcony space is amazing as well. The house provided exactly what was needed. Usable space with a very large common area, a swimming pool and a dining room. Pak Arifin; the security guard who helped us check in was outstanding. Very kind and informative. Great spacious house in a good location of south Jakarta.

The location was fantastic, offering near by access about 10 minutes to ICE BSD without traffic. We stayed here at Erick's place for 2 nights and it was a really great experience. I had a misunderstanding about my accomodations and i booked Erick's place at last minute at 8pm and we can already checking in an hour later. The place is clean,comfortable with great pool for kids and adults also a walkable distance from shopping malls. Erick was very responsive,helpful and friendly to us. I will definitely come back here when i have the chance Thanks alot Erick :)

it was a very nice stay.. Our family of five stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The facilities are complete, especially there is a washing machine because there are not many apartments provide washing machines, so for children in the morning to swim in the afternoon, there is no problem because the clothes can be washed and dried immediately. Kitchen utensils are also complete, making it very easy to make light meals. The location is very strategic, close to everywhere (BXC, fresh market etc). A little tip: for checking in if you bring a lot of stuff, you can bring items from the loading dock floor above B1.

This apartment was a fantastic find! It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. A major plus was the inclusion of essential kitchen utensils, which made meal preparation a breeze. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like clean towels wrapped in plastic and the provision of indoor slippers. The location is ideal for exploring the PIK area or accessing the airport. However, it's worth noting that it's situated further away from popular malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. One minor drawback was the lack of a reception area. This made it challenging to store luggage after checking out early. Despite this small issue, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

Great and lots of food stall below but mostly non-halal for muslim. But, still got some halal and delicious food stall amongs.

We were a family of three and we had very pleasant stay at this apartment. The water dispenser is very thoughtful, and had complete amenities. Our concern before was if the ac working properly and they did. The ac is cold so the room is very nice to stay. Overall we will def stay there again if we come to South Jakarta again.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Air conditioner and water heater all are working well. Has good TV and wifi. Has coffee shop and grocery store nearby, so easy to get what you need. Host is friendly and responsive. Will definitely go back here again if I fly to Jakarta, thank you! 👍
