Townhome vacation rentals in North Historic District, Savannah

We had such a lovely stay at this location! First off, the home is HUGE. Much bigger than it looks in pictures. This was so helpful for everyone to have their own space and not feel like we were all on top of each other the whole weekend. They provided a pack and play (which had some bounce/cushion to the mattress) which was perfect! Our 1 year old slept perfectly all weekend. Sarah was attentive and answered all of our questions right away. The house was easy to get into. It helped having a parking space. And even though the house seems like it's far from the action - it was really about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown. Super peaceful. Wonderful neighbors. Great parks. I would definitely stay here if I ever come back for a visit.

Three longtime friends made our Savannah trip happen! We could not have been more pleased! We had absolutely everything we needed. Alex was so great! He had everything covered for us. It was so lovely being right at Forsyth Park. We enjoyed all the goings on there: Local artists selling their fine work. Prom photos being taken and the locals gathering with their families for all sorts of activities. We used DOT for most of our transportation. Just a walk across the park to the bus stop. We appreciated the music that greeted us upon arrival and the low lights that welcomed us. Perfect place to stay in beautiful Savannah!

What a great place to stay! Super roomy, no evidence that dogs have stayed there, amazing location. great place for our family of 4. The teens had their own floor. Bring slippers or socks with traction, as the stairs are wood and slippery, and there are 2 flights to the master suite. The master is huge with a big bathroom and huge walk-in closet. We felt like we were home from the 1st second we opened the door. I would definitely recommend this home to friends traveling to Savannah!

Lovely comfortable little cottage in perfect location. Walkable distance to sights, restaurants and everything you would want in historical Savannah yet very peaceful and quiet location. Great instructions from Janet very easy to park and check in. Would have liked to stay longer. Can highly recommend you stay here when visiting Savannah!

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Well maintained and very clean . Three bedrooms was perfect for 3 older women. Felt safe. So happy we found this Abnb😀

This is a well appointed gorgeous house with a lovely, flowing layout. Perfect for entertaining or a peaceful retreat. Steps from everything.

The place was great. It had everything we needed for a family of four and centrally located. The restaurant on the bottom floor also really helps was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay on beautiful Jones street. It was so peaceful for an evening stroll. I slept very well each night and woke up refreshed. The listing notes family noise from above and generally it was after 7 am and mostly done by 8 pm. More noticeable in the bedrooms. I am an early riser so I was awake (still in bed) before it started. There is also a remodel project going on next door, but noise is during daytime hours. Still a lovely place to stay. Walkable to most anything in the historic district.

The place was amazing .The most important part is hassle free parking. Staying at a place in downtown Savannah that has parking that isn’t in a garage or on the street is great.

We looked for a place close to Forsythe Park for our daughter’s wedding..it was perfect & met all expectations…a few blips with outlets but the host was very responsive…Everything was very clean with lots of towels, etc. It was really a perfect choice for us! I would highly recommend this place!!

A beautiful house in an excellent location near the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the large comfortable bedrooms and spacious living room area. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the staff was very responsive to any questions/needs that we had.

The place was so nice! Plenty of space to accommodate a large family (we only had 4). The street was peaceful and I enjoyed mornings reading my book on the front porch while my family slept in. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great! Would highly recommend.

If you are a light sleeper, you might want to look elsewhere. All bedrooms are on Drayton Street which has heavy traffic. Other than that, this place is WONDERFUL. Exactly as described, it is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding! It is across the street from Congregation Mickve Israel and has a beautiful view of the steeples of Wesley Monumental in all three bedrooms. It is a stones throw from the Mercer-Williams House. Easy walk to Forsyth (you must do brunch at the restaurant in the park). Easy walk to Jones Street and Clary's and SCADstory. You will not regret your stay here. Also, don't worry about ice. They DO have an icemaker that more than kept up with our ice consumption.

Christie’s townhouse and adjoining carriage house were perfect for our family getaway. The home was magnificent and impeccably well kept. The high ceilings and ornate finishings make you feel like you’ve gone back in time, however the home has all the modern updates and amenities you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect and within walking distance to all Savannah has to offer. Working with Christie was also seamless. She was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. I’d stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Place was amazing and exactly as described. Feel confident staying here, the place is beautiful. The one thing you should be aware of is the Dryer doesn’t work. It turns on but doesn’t get hot or dry the clothes at all. If that gets fixed the place would be perfect!

Kristi was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Everything was as advertised, and we absolutely loved the proximity to River Street and all of the fun things to do nearby. Would recommend this to anyone looking to visit Savannah. The apartment was spotless & very quaint & comfortable. Pete thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Within walking distance & on bus line as well so it very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, it was an excellent rental experience. The home was spotless, the neighborhood was so quiet, and the accommodations were comfortable for four adults and a 15-month old child. We highly recommend this place and will rent again when in Pooler for a track weekend at Roebling Road Raceway!

We had such a great stay at Donna's home! The location couldn’t have been better—tucked in a quiet area but just a short walk to the historic district, great restaurants and coffee shops. The space was bright, spacious, and immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the home - its fitting for the charm of Savannah. What was really helpful was Donna's responsiveness, and help with our prep before we arrived. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and a great guidebook with local tips and recommendations that helped us plan our days. It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, especially with the kids tagging along. Would absolutely stay here again!
