We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

This place was clean , location was Good , Host was very good and responsible, and the surrounding was nice .. all the things in the house was at its place and felt like home ... nice property in north goa ..

We had a great stay. It is great for relaxation and to have peaceful experience. Many things stood out for us: Daily housekeeping is great way to keep the house clean. Option of kitchen worked out great for us. Our daughter enjoyed playing in swimming pool. Staff was welcoming and place is spacious and with all the amenities required for the comfortable stay (refrigerator, washing machine etc) Manager always catered to any requests we had. Would like to visit again.

Our stay at Sandeep’s place was exceptional. We felt more comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. Sandeep is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!" Highly recommend!

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

The place is so clean and nice, they have stocked the apartment with everything and Sakil is always there to help. He did a great job assisting us and was super responsive everytime we needed something

It was a delight to stay at Charmaine's place . We had booked the place for 7 nights and loved the place. The place is well furnished and has a full kitchen. just a couple of tips- 1. Mobile network (especially airtel and vodafone) is patchy at places 2. the nearest market for getting essentials is about 15 mins by walk 3. The nearest beaches are atleast 10 mins by a car/scooty. The view from the place is just amazing..

This place is perfect to come back to after a day full of being in goa. The place is spacious, resourced and it was as clean as it could get and the area is very peaceful. Everything good on one side, best part is that how amazing Vishnupriya & Raviraj are. Have never met any hosts like them. They are pure hearted, helpful and proactive in ensuring that you have the smoothest experience at every second. They welcomed us and it felt right at home. We got complimentary groceries as well! Raviraj suggested us the perfect places for what we wanted to do and he was always just a call away no matter what time of the day it was. Definitely one of the best experiences we had had on airbnbs.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

It was a peaceful stay with all the required amenities just that you will homely, I loved the balcony making it a spacious apartment. Also, Anupa who’s the housekeeper is just a call way and helped a lot in check-In or in case we required anything. Moreover, you will find the wine shop, restaurant, grocery store at 5 minutes walk. Thank you Meenu for hosting us and making this a memorable trip!

the property was great. very clean and spacious. utensils are provided for one to cook. the host was responsive and helpful. not to forget, the caretaker was also very helpful and polite. great service. i look forward to book this property again during my next trip to Goa.

The location is great, with a variety of excellent restaurants just a short walk or within a 5-minute drive. It's easy to find, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Anuradha was incredibly responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Our stay at the place was awesome! Shankar and Jagdish were very responsive and helpful at every hour of the day. When we checked in we had a couple of questions and Jagdish came over to answer those questions and assure us of the security of the place. Even though this could be done on the phone, he took the effort of coming over. The overall place was clean, chiç and well maintained. The cleaning service is done every alternate days and is done very efficiently. Just a couple of things that could be bothersome - The washrooms are a little crammed up with very little leg space. My husband, who is over 6 ft, wouldn't fit on the toilet space. - The bedsheets may have not been completely clean as my husband and I both had itching on our legs after a nap. However, our overall experience was amazing and I would definately recommend this place for peaceful time in Goa.

It was a beautiful apartment spacious and everything you need to make it feel like home. Minutes walk is mini supermarket and lovely little coffee shop wine store and a lovely restaurant and 30 mins walk to the beach along a very safe and quiet road I would highly recommend

Right from the time I got in touch with the host through airbnb, there was perceptible warmth in communication. Madhwendra was always available and some times prompt in reaching out once a message was kept. We 4 friends were having a bachelors get together after 45 years and we could get everything we were looking for. The location is excellent - close to a quiet beach, small community and full privacy, clear SOP's every where, very efficient and warm care taker. Madhwendra can be reached out for any help - travel food, places to see, get service providers, value for money suggestions. All in all we 4 four had a rocking time and felt that we could have planned for couple of more days. I will recommend to all those who are looking for more on a pocket friendly budget and I will go there next time, I visit Goa. Thanks Madhwendra, and a big shout out for Soni - the amazing care taker, and Santosh our cab driver.

Our 4 days stay at Ankur was extremely comfortable. She kept the place clean, just as your home. Was always a text away for any queries. The house had everything as mentioned. No complaints, whatsoever! Local stores are just 5 mins away from the premises. Would definitely recommend this stay.
