Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in North Goa

We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

Great place, especially if you have your own vehicle. The society and property was clean with good amenities, and Sandeep and Muskan communicated well throughout. Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. The host was very approachable and active. Thank you Basu for helping us create Happy Holiday memories.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

My stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made checkout smooth and easy. The complimentary 1-hour late checkout was a great touch, It gave me time to relax and pack without feeling rushed. Everything from the clean room and great amenities to the helpful concierge and prompt service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo! From start to finish, we felt more than comfortable. It had everything we needed, and MORE. We were welcomed in-person, given clear instructions, and were always able to communicate with our hostess. The location is perfect to get around North Goa, and the neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Just a short walk and we saw the best sunset in North Goa. We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again! Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s Airbnb in Arpora, Goa. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by her exceptional hospitality and the beautifully maintained property. The house is spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lush surroundings and serene atmosphere added to the charm. The daily housekeeping service, supervised by a friendly and professional team, was outstanding. They kept the place spotless, always respectful of my schedule and attentive to any requests. Sharmila went above and beyond as a host. She was always available to answer questions and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Her personal touches and thoughtful gestures made me feel truly at home. The location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby beaches, markets, and restaurants while remaining peaceful and private. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve experienced, and I can’t recommend Sharmila’s place highly

We had a pleasant stay at Jayant’s place. Responsive host. Very responsive caretaker. Good points: Very well located. Good restaurants nearby. Helpful people around. Clean rooms and washrooms. Someone comes to clean the place daily. Not so good points: The listing says plunge pool, but it is actually the size of a hot tub. Was very dirty so we couldn’t use it at all. Amenities say shower gel, oil, basic cooking essentials. Nothing was there except tea. We had to ask them to buy atleast salt and sugar for us. For every other thing, like oil, body wash etc we ended up buying it ourselves. Overall a good stay. But if the listing says all the facilities and amenities are provided, please make sure that they already are. Also, the master bedroom ac does not cool properly. And the main door lock needs to be changed. We had to ask the guard or someone or the other to help us with locking and unlocking every time. It took atleast 5+ mins every time. And I am not exaggerating.

I had such a nice and relaxing stay at this place, the highlight being the hosts who were so warm and welcoming and the house and the kitchen were pre stocked with all the stuff we might need for our stay. I was visiting Goa for the first time, and now I’m going to stay here every time I am in now.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Loved our stay at Nalin's. Nalin and his staff are super helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the area. Every recommendation by Nalin turned out to be spectacular, I highly suggest a chat with him if you're new to the area. About the house: it's exactly how it was in the pictures, very airy, in a extremely well kept gated society, with clean bedrooms, bathrooms and linen. I highly suggest Nalin's property to stay. Our stay was made even better with local produce and beverages from Nalin.

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Had an amazing short stay at this place and it felt home . All facilities are provided nothing to worry about . Meenu and team was super responsive and shared all the useful contacts which made me super comfortable . Will suggest to book this place without any second doubt 🙌

It offers excellent maintenance services, ensuring that any issues are promptly taken care of. Let’s be honest—every flat has some minor problems, but the key is how quickly and efficiently they are resolved, and this place excels in that regard. The location is another major highlight! It’s just around 200 meters from the beach, making it perfect for those who love to enjoy morning walks by the sea or relaxing sunsets. Plus, Colva Beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area, is just 600 meters Allister is a best Host and also Owner of flat Sanjiv Gomes called and asked for help. property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
