We had a great stay at Anupama's place. She's such a great host she made sure we had everything we needed and was constantly checking if everything is perfect. The room is well maintained and hygienic. Will definitely come back and if anyone who's looking for an affordable price then this a good place to stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Basappa's Property at Candoline ! His service was good– he was available every time we called him for support. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to some fantastic attractions, shops, and dining options nearby. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. I will definitely come back.

A True Home Away From Home Our family has been visiting Goa annually for the past 25 years, and without a doubt, this has been our best experience so far. From the moment we arrived, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and warmth, as if we had found our home away from home. The property’s welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen that delighted my mother, added a personal touch to our stay. Shaeen and her entire team were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were especially thoughtful in providing an infant cot for our 6-month-old daughter and accommodating us with both early check-in and late check-out. Deepak Govekar, the caretaker, was also exceptionally kind and always available to assist us with any needs. One of the highlights was the pool, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring Goa. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a warm, welcoming, and well-appointed place to stay in Goa.

We had a nice time here. Everything you need is easily accessible. We had no interruptions whatsoever and had the entire place to ourselves without any disturbance. My only feedback would be to perhaps include a hot water kettle in the offering and improve the washroom downstairs. Otherwise the rooms are well kept and are super comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this place. Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Cleaning was done daily. Raviraj and Vishnupriya are excellent hosts and take a lot of care to make sure you have a great holiday experience. They went out of their way to arrange a bike for us and give lots of local recommendations. We have stayed in quite a few abnbs in this area and this is by far the best one.

We enjoyed the stay at Paras's place. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a 1 year old baby with us and he enjoyed the stay there. Kitchen had all basic utilities. Only issue is with the height at which house is. For young people it is fine but for our parents it was difficult to climb from the car parking place. car was parked on main road, it was safe but you can't do multiple trips because of the steps. Otherwise we enjoyed all days. It is nearby Curlies which gives more positive points. Also all other beaches were 20 minutes away by car so I would definitely recommend the place if you want to enjoy North Goa vibe as well as peace.

Our stay at casa bottu(the island pool villa) was such a Happy experience! Bishnu and Raghu uncle were of great help in and around the house. They took care of all our requests with great smile. The food they cooked was so delicious, we really missed it for few days even after our vacation and the house, it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by serene nature and clean pool. Every morning you could hear so many birds as if you were in a sanctuary. Overall, the experience was truly magical, rating a perfect 5/5. This villa is the ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. I can't recommend it enough!

great stay! Spacious bedrooms, equipped kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, patio furniture, good WiFi! Simran (with Abhishek) was procative in sharing information about check-in, local restaurants, places to visit etc. During the check-out, there was miscommunication from my side, but they Handeled it well, thanks to them that they took care of it by coming all the way to the stay. helped us even with our luggage for couple of hours after stay. good place, great host! strongly recommended!

Nimish is a very kind and helpful person. The whole stay right from checkin to checkout felt so easy. He is himself there to guide through everything. His home is at a perfect location to explore everything including the city, north Goa and south Goa. It is equal distance of 30-40 min to everything and even to the airport. The house is fully equipped and so comfortable and clean. I slept like I sleep at my own home. Environment is so comforting within the house. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with such nice terraces for this price is unbelievable. Every little detail has been thought of by him. The internet speed and stability was too good for some like me who has to work on the net. The parking place is a great addition. I am going to be back soon at your place to explore Goa more. Nimish’s place is highly recommended to anyone coming to Goa.

It was a wonderful experience at Umiya Serene.The house and the surroundings are quite and peaceful and easily accessible to most of the places. All the places like Panjim, Baga, Candolim, Calangute are all less than 20 mins away . You can enjoy the cafes around everything which a stone's throw away. Wonderful place for family as well as a group of friends. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Ram (The caretaker) can sort you out for anything and everything.. A very helpful contact. Shweta was very responsive. No complaints whatsoever, 100% will be my next choice for my next Goa Trip.

Perfect property, extremely peaceful and clean. Walking distance from most of the good restaurants. Rashmi was responsive and made us feel at home. Faruk greeted us with a smile always and took care of everything for us. Definitely would recommend this place, it is a steal deal for the price! Thank you!

I'm giving 5 stars because the host is great, but here is my honest opinion. The flat is nice and spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, this listing has the same problem as other places in Goa: the photos are from when the place was new. It no longer looks like that. Things are broken, the ceiling is moldy, the couch is almost unusable. And the building? Disgusting! It smells like sewage everywhere, there is a thick layer of dirt on surfaces, broken tiles on the floor, holes, etc. We had to carry our toddler around the building to avoid falling or hurting. The swimming pool? Dirty! Maybe not too dirty for Indians since there were many people using it, but for foreigners, this was the dirtiest pool I've ever seen. The pump system didn't seem to be working so there was a layer of muck at the bottom... In short, if you just want a budget accommodation to sleep and cook (good kitchen), this place is great. But if you care about cleanliness and detail, this place is not for you.

Firstly , the host was very responsive and kevin made us feel at home. the beach is actually at walkable distance and the security guard was very friendly.The checking was pretty quick , no hassle. there is a wine shop nearby and good food. the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. And also there was a washing machine which made it perfect. If you are staying for longer than 2 days.
