Very great home, was very clean and perfect all around for our stay!

We recently rented this charming house for a two-night getaway, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in a remote and beautiful location, the setting was absolutely stunning—ideal for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing us with all the amenities we needed. We loved the various activities available on-site, which kept us entertained during our stay. Whether it was playing games, enjoying some downtime, or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings, there was never a dull moment. One minor downside was the weather; we wished it would have cooperated a bit more so we could fully enjoy walking the grounds and taking in the breathtaking views. However, we made the most of our time indoors and had a fantastic time catching up and relaxing. Angie was a great host. Good place to stay however long you need. Comfortable and quiet

This was a delightful place, one of my best stays. The interior seemed newly refurbished. It was bright and inviting, with nice decor. The couch was comfortable and clean, and the blankets seemed clean as well. As far as tv's go, there is a huge tv in each room - unheard-of! It is in a very, very quiet neighborhood., and it was nice to walk out the door and hear birds chirping. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts texted at the beginning, middle and end of our stay just to make sure we didn't need anything. All-in-all, great experience!

This is a wonderful home in the middle of a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog. Be sure to bring your bag chairs so you can enjoy the spacious backyard covered porch complete with a ceiling fan. The appliances were very clean. We did a mixture of cooking meals at the house and eating out. My daughter lives in Lexington and we definitely plan to return to this house when we are visiting. Francois was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Don't think twice, you will definitely enjoy staying at this property.

Amazing !!! Great host ! Everything you would need !

This was a great Airbnb! We traveled here for Spring Break with two other families. The house had lots of amenities and things to do including a game room, a pickle ball court, and a hot tub. The kids were very entertained the entire time. They even played a huge game of capture the flag in the yard one evening. We were out and about during the day each day and would highly recommend a trip to Keenland, exploring the distilleries, and the Kentucky Rail Explorers. The house was clean and Shelia was a super responsive host throughout our trip. I would highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Bagdad Bootlegger! The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Matt & Carrie were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and super helpful. They answered any questions I had promptly and even went above and beyond by offering multiple great recommendations for when questions arised. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience, and it shows in every detail of the home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!
