Beachfront vacation rentals in North Eleuthera

The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need for your stay! The Paddle boards were a great way to explore the water, the beach was beautiful and safe for children. We had so much fun just driving around on the golf cart exploring the little island. A boat charter is a must! Sand bar was a great restaurant not far from the house and papas scoops was a must have every night!

we stayed in the sunset apartment. the windows face the forest. it was very comfortable. we describe it as beach rustic. Doon, Taja's mom, who runs the Airbnb, was very helpful and available for questions and recommendations.

What a fantastic stay at a memorable location! The previous reviews accurately capture the great qualities. Other than to get groceries, we should have never left. The location is quiet and secluded. I underestimated how surreal the shallow and clear water could make a vacation. We used Roberts Guidebook for some great advice. Highly recommend Fabian's Rent a Car (we worked with Agather the owner), T&K Variety Store, Tommy's Bakery and James for a boat tour of the swings, pigs (tourist trap) and the most amazing sand island. The shower is outdoors so our shower schedules changed to stay warm :) If you are reading this, book it! You won't be disappointed!

The Tree House is a bit of heaven. The view is unsurpassable. You feel as if you are part of the ocean at all times...there it is, RIGHT on your doorstep. The use of wood from the island makes Scott's home unique. Words really fail me. This is my husband and my dream home. It is simple, unintrusive and elegant. The beds are very comfortable. It is spacious, filled with light and loveliness.

Amazing Amazing! The home is absolutely beautiful and feels very warm and welcoming. It is very clean and spacious and literally had EVERYTHING we needed. Mary-Bec and Marty are indeed the best host. They are very responsive, helpful, kind and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better home or better hosts. I will definitely be back !

Great location on a great beach. Fantastic beach amenities, floats chairs, etc. Super nice folks at check in. House was super clean. Location close to everything.

This is a rural island. Think castaway with WiFi/hot shower/kitchen amenities. No night life we could find but that’s ok. Just know you’re going for the solitude and ability to swim in a beautiful calm ocean and, one more thing: June’s house may look like a restaurant, but that’s their private home. She gives you access to all the toys underneath the home, though. I kayaked around the little island and that was fun.

This was our first time on the island and this was the perfect retreat for our family. The space is luxuriously appointed and feels like home with board games, TV, fully stocked kitchen (spices, coffee, cooking essentials). The neighborhood is quiet and about a 5 minute drive to the beach and about a 8 minute drive to Governor’s Harbor where there’s some food and gift shops. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Can’t believe I just stumbled upon this Airbnb. Loved it!! Will definitely be back again. My son and I felt right at home.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful vacation staying at the Bungalow. It was clean, spacious and accurate in terms of what the listing had described. We made use of the kitchen accessories that were provided (plates, bowls, cups, utensils, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker ect.) which was helpful when picking up food in town with a car that was easily rented. It was extremely relaxing with our own private patio and various kinds of lounge chairs while also offering a more social atmosphere at the restaurant and bar. While we had seen a review mentioning a slightly uncomfortable bed, we slept comfortably every night. The views were amazing from the property, we felt extremely safe and at-home and spent a lot of time (frequently without seeing another person) on the beautiful beach just steps from the bungalow, as well as floating in the pool and taking advantage of the swim-up bar. I could not have asked for a more friendly and accommodating staff on the property and restaurant/bar as well (Mekell who welcomed us with a seamless check-in, Sammy at the bar, Pascal and Francesca at the restaurant and the younger staff helping to take care of the house and ground-keepings) not to mention - the food and drink at Pascal's was delicious!! Pam from the rental team was also extremely helpful with my Q&A's via email. While there is so much of the world to see this would be a spot I would return, knowing that there is such an amazing experience to be had.

The beaches and water on the island are absolutely stunning. The road to the house is very badly maintained but the view from the house makes it all worth it! We should have read the guide that they sent us more carefully and realized that good organic, fresh food isn’t easy to find on this island. So you might want to bring a lot of stuff with you. Also everything is double the price on the island so you may want to plan ahead for that! But the water and beaches are just breathtaking!

This place was everything we could have hoped! It was just as described in the descriptions and pictures. A perfect vacation!!

I stayed at Cayo Loco with my partner and it was a 10/10 Airbnb experience. The beach house had everything we needed from sunscreen and bug spray to beach chairs and coolers. We loved hearing the waves crashing from our bed. The beach was very quiet and we saw only a few people during our time there. We wish we could have stayed longer, it really is a piece of paradise! I would absolutely recommend this for anyone, but it's perfect for a couple! We can't wait to return! Don't hesitate to book this one.

We had a great experience at Sayle Point , the location is great…45 min from North Eleuthera airport, and close to groceries and good restaurants like Front Porch, Leorosa, and Rainbow Inn. The house is updated and stocked very well and everything worked as it should. We picked Sayle Point b/c of its beach but unfortunately we could never use it b/c the Caribbean was abnormally rough during our stay so we just drover over to the Atlantic side and played there. This was our third trip to Eleuthera and you learn to be flexible and just roll with it and enjoy this beautiful island. Laurie was great to work with and we would try Sayle Point again so we can take advantage of its own beach and snorkeling area. Beautiful house and property! I highly recommend a boat excursion in Spanish Wells with Da Salty Pig and ask for Gary.

Beautiful spot right next to the sea. We felt very private. There are water shoes that can be used and are helpful to get into the water, as it is all rocks. Josette always replyed very fast to my questions, thankmyou so much for that! We really enjoed this gem.

This is a great place to stay in a central location on Eleuthera. You are about 10 minutes drive from the best restaurants in Governors Harbour and it is about an hour drive north and south to the ends of the island. This is a clean home where I felt very secure and you can walk around the corner to see the sunset from the cliff upon which the neighborhood is located. If there is a downside, it is that you will 100% need a car (anywhere you stay on Eleuthera that is the case). It is big! It is not walkable (or safely walkable) to Governors but you are not going to find much that is unless you are staying directly in town. Use this hub location to enjoy the beauty of Eleuthera. Pink sand beaches within 15 minutes on the Atlantic side and gorgeous cream sand beaches with bonefish flats that are abundant on the Caribbean side. You will love your stay here and on this island once you get the hang of things in Eleuthera. And beyond this place - a 4 wheel drive is required!

I've been on the island many times the location of this house is actually amazing just 10 minutes from the central airport and 5 minutes to the best restaurants in town, the view of the water is just spectacular. Private Road real quiet and peaceful.

Scott's place was the perfect spot! It was so beautiful and peaceful! The views were spectacular!! The best part is we had the whole place to ourselves because no one had booked the other hut! We will definitely book again in the future!

Amazing holiday, Spanish Wells is so laid back and if you can imagine paradise that’s what the beaches are like. Cozy Cottage is lovely, really well furnished and well stocked with kitchen equipment, we barbecued nearly every night. Had lobster a couple of times from Bernard a local fisherman. I would recommend Jody’s place to anyone. Thanks Jody for a truly memorable holiday and for organising a great trip to feed the turtles, swim with pigs and for everything. Claire & Dave

If you want to visit Spanish Wells, this is a perfect spot! Recommend renting a golf cart as soon as you get off the gov water taxi. We were just a very short walk from the beautiful beach with the sandbar that you could walk a mile on at low tide. There are several great restaurants on the island, and the locals are SO friendly and helpful. We also took a day trip to Harbor Island, but spent the majority of our time relaxing on Spanish Wells. Comfy, convenient, well appointed, easy to navigate from. You won't be disappointed staying here!

We had the best week at Anchor Point! The place was clean, comfortable and an excellent location with walking access to everything in Governors Harbour. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the deck - taking in the lovely views, warm sun and sea breeze. Thanks to Dom & Joy for their welcome and recommendations!

Lovely house, great hosts. It is pretty far removed, but we loved that. Hosts and property manager were all great. The island is amazing. Important to understand that the coast on the Atlantic side (where the house is) is not swimable and the shore is almost entirely sharp volcanic rock. But the actual beaches on the island are truly stunning.

If you’re looking for a stunning place to relax and enjoy a quiet and pristine beach this is the way to go! Snorkeling and paddle boarding from the house was a real treat. Mike was and awesome host, helpful and responsive. I enjoyed running around the area in the mornings and evening and felt very safe. Enjoyed the local bakery and take out food! Everyone was so friendly. We can’t wait to come back in a few months.
