Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in North Dallas

This was the perfect place for me and my husband's work trip. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment was well stocked with lots of accessories. Stella, the host was wonderful and responsive and even allowed us to have a later check out since the place was not booked. The pool looked amazing and we would love to book again when the weather is warmer. Lots of good restaurants and shopping very close by.

From checkin (though I was foreign to lockboxes) to checkout, everything went well. Beautiful place, super clean, great location, responsive hosts... We're making this a regular staycation!

We loved every day of our 2 month stay here. Felt right at home and absolutely safe. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better first home in the US! Would’ve loved to stay for longer. The Meteor cafe downstairs serves awesome pizzas and is a good place to chill.

Robert’s units were spectacularly clean, nicely decorated & perfect for two couples. He was quick to respond when we needed a new lightbulb & was always available for any questions we had. As advertised, the home has older wood floors which means others can be noticed when walking, but eventually you get used to it (or just bring some ear plugs)! We will definitely be booking this property again for future trips to Dallas!

Very cute and quaint apartment with all the amenities needed. Parking is a bit tight but otherwise the listing is as described! I would stay here again.

This place was great—exactly what I needed! Reading previous reviews, I was worried I would feel unsafe in a more “industrial” zone, but I would say it’s in an area that feels sketchy but actually isn’t. It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and I felt free to go on walks in the evenings. Gerhard was a wonderful host—so accommodating, gracious, and responsive. He even dropped off a package for me when it went to the mailbox instead of the front door. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I loved the views from our place and the parking garage. All windows have roller blinds, but they do show city light at night. If you need the key fob for parking, it hangs on a hook in the living room. This apartment was between Thanksgiving Square and the Eyeball. It was a perfect spot for our event at the Convention Center. It was about 3/4 of a mile to get there. We would stay there again!

Great location, ton to do within walking distance. Huge space considering the price. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Dallas.

Sungu's was incredibly accommodating during our remodel due to water damage. We had to extend our stay twice, and their support made the entire experience much less stressful. I frequently have family visiting, and Sungu's will be my preferred place to stay going forward. Thank you, Sungu!

The house was in a great location to every thing we wanted to do. Very nice and comfortable house overall. Good restaurants and great location for sporting events. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Dallas for a game or event.

We had a wonderful stay at the Restful Ranch House and will definitely stay again! It was just as described and perfect for our family. The home was clean, spacious, and adorably decorated. Everything we needed was provided and the location is close to many restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend the Restful Ranch House!

Felt safe! Cute home! Good size for multiple people! Water pressure was a little low in showers but over all great home!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. it was perfect for the 4 of us to have a place to relax and have our own beds for girls weekend. clean, and updated appliances added.

We had a great stay in this condo! We were in Dallas for 5 days and this place was perfect. It was clean, in a great location, and a great size. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly - they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The place was so well stocked with extra things we may need (tons of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, etc.). We would recommend this spot to anyone who is going to Dallas and will hopefully be returning. Thank you so much!
