Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in North Conway

Rose was a super host and very responsive and flexible with our check in. The room was clean, tidy, tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed for our one-night stay. The location had amazing views of the mountains and was just a short drive away from wonderful places to eat. Rose served a fabulous (huge) breakfast that set us up for the day of travelling ahead!!

What more can we say - wonderful experience and wonderful hosts! We greatly enjoyed staying with Gretchen and Keith and found them to be great people - friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room was as pictured and described, in a great location, the breakfast by ‘Chef Keith’ was delightful. If you’re considering staying here, do it. We’ll be back!!

I don't think we could find anything WRONG with The Samuel O'Reilly House if we tried. We stay at a lot of places and this one goes on our favorites list. The host was immediately responsive, the house was beautiful and unique, and there's nothing like Waneeta and her personality and cooking. We'll ABSOLUTELY be back during the summer months.

The grounds are beautiful and the inn is very clean and charming. Jill is so friendly and quickly responded to the messages I sent. My husband and I had a quick visit but enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast (French toast casserole, ham and egg bake) before we left! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Wow, what an incredibly lucky find! We felt like we were staying at the Gilmore Girl's Inn. Thank you Jill and Joe for making us feel so pampered during our stay. We loved the delicious breakfast, the comfy room, and our dog enjoyed meeting Coco and playing in the field. We'll be back for another stay for sure!

Jill and Joe were very accommodating hosts of this lovely BnB. my room was clean and comfortable and the maid to order egg sandwich on sourdough for breakfast was perfect.

We only stayed for one night but had such a good night's sleep! Peter and Karen were the perfect hosts. Responsive when we asked questions and were very accomodating! We particularly enjoyed the warm, bathroom floors and the spruced up studio. 10/10 would recommend to other travelers :)

The Samuel O’Reilly House is a beautifully artistic and unique bed & breakfast. The two rooms we stayed in had a charming steam engine design that was both fun and cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we truly appreciated the chef’s thoughtful preparation of breakfast and leaving the entire kitchen open for us. The common areas, decorated with a lovely Christmas theme, made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the White Mountains!

We had a great stay at CML. The breakfast is amazing . Host was extremely accommodating with a few changes to the menu for us. Great breakfast, full day of skiing followed by a hop into the hot tub and ended the evening with a fire in the fireplace. Very relaxing. We will definitely be returning.

We skied Black mountain and stayed here, it was awesome! Breakfast was delish, the space was very cute, and staff was amazing (shoutout Amy). We’d definitely stay here again.

This bed and breakfast was perfect. The inn keepers were so kind. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was such a nice feature after a day of skiing. Breakfast was very delicious. The common spaces, including the TV room and the room with the fireplace, were both very cozy. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Shirley and Amy were very kind to us and made sure we felt at home. The accommodations were perfect and very fitting to us and our dog. We appreciated the delicious breakfasts that we had and talking with Amy about our plans for each day. 10 our of 10 would recommend family and friends to stay and we would stay here again!! We were greeted so warmly by the staff when we arrived! The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Hot tub was perfect. Dining area was a sunny spot to eat the unmatchable breakfast and look out over the deck and pond area! . So delicious.!! We were very happy with our room as well!!

I had a quick one-night stay, and my experience was exactly as described - easy check-in, friendly staff, comfortable room and a delicious breakfast that accommodated my dietary preferences. The location of the lodge can’t be beat - just a few minutes to the shops and restaurants downtown, and only ~30 mins from great hiking in the Whites. I will definitely be back to enjoy the grounds in the warmer months, and hopefully make it into the hot tub :).

Great place in a good location. Breakfast and service was great and outdoor hot tub was great after a day on the mountain.
