A fantastic and well furnished apartment, spacious, light and airy, clean and tidy, and very quiet neighbourhood. The host is responsive and very thoughtful, i.e. providing us plenty of spares of everything such as kitchen essentials, daily essentials like coffee pods, tissues, blankets and so on. Paul's place was excellent. Situated in a quiet street, although we were there during school holidays, so I don't know what it's like during other times. Within easy walking distance of Ryde Aquatic Centre. Very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms was very handy. A spacious private backyard. I stayed at Paul's with my 87 year-old mother. Apart from the 2 steps to get to the front door, there were no other steps, so this was excellent. Paul was very quick to respond to any queries I had. A little home away from home. I highly recommend.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

We loved charlottes place, it was beautiful the view and the position is perfect. Parking is a little bit tricky but the best location, we would definitely come back.

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

We were there for a family occasion for the week and from the moment of early check-in, communication was brilliant, Phou and Luke were just amazing. Would recommend this to anyone who needed large group booking. The house had everything you could need and more. Was an easy walk to the train station every day. And the pub on the corner was excellent. Five minute walk to Marrickville shopping Centre. You couldn’t ask for more. I cannot recommend enough. Thanks guys. You made our week very memorable.

Great roomy house outside of busy Sydney inner suburbs. Great and friendly communications with the host made us feel welcome. This house is big and will suite large family or a group. We really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend it.

Remarkably well provisioned. Beds were super comfy and the location is spot on. Very easy to get to the city or walking distance to Bondi beach. Great host!

What can I say! Such a beautiful place - we loved every aspect of it from the location, to the balcony views of the water, to the lovely internal furnishings. We had a fantastic stay downtown Sydney. Everything is in walking distance and there is so much to do. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated the crib and highchair. The pool has a fantastic view of downtown. Highly recommend if you are going sightseeing in Sydney.

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

The place was amazing!!! Right away when you walk through the doors, you get a sense of how authentic it is. Definitely a unique experience and my friends and I had a great time staying here. Would definitely come back here again. Thank you Jamie!

Our family of four loved our stay in this home, in a really lovely leafy suburb, so close to the light rail into the city, shops and cafes etc all within 5 minutes walk. The park next door was beautiful and the home was a lovely space, with everything we needed.

Chey was a great host! My two dogs loved the trip as well. We had everything we needed, all arrival, wifi, and amenity info was clear and easy to follow. Great space, would highly recommend. Thx Chey, see you again soon!

We had the most wonderful stay at Amanda’s Beach Hideaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our family made so many special memories here, and we truly felt at home. Amanda was an exceptional host - kind, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. I stayed at Danny’s beautiful Airbnb with friends and we were amazed by the stunning ocean view! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, toileteries, beach towels, even a cabana! The living area and balcony were also comfortably furnished. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. The bus from and to the Domestic Airport, Bondi & the city stops right across the road. The carport was a great convenience, and the keysafe entry system was user-friendly. Danny was incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. We had six adults, which worked, but the apartment is likely more comfortable for a bit less guests. For a peaceful night’s sleep, we recommend earplugs and eyepatch, as the area can be lively at night & early mornings. Once the elevator was temporarily out of order, but Danny arranged a quick fix. Overall, this apartment made our weekend getaway relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you! We warmly recommend it!

The location was ideal, conveniently situated near the sites I wanted to visit, making it easy to explore the area. Each morning, I awoke to the tranquil ambiance of the lush surroundings, allowing me to recharge for the adventures ahead. If you’re looking for a place that combines historical charm with a peaceful atmosphere, I highly recommend this spot. It may be old, but its beauty, serenity, and the vibrant landscape are timeless. I can't wait to return!

This is a really special stay and we'll definitely be back again. I think what stood out for us, apart from the cleanliness, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and the luxury touches (towelling robes, lovely soap and shampoo, hairdryer, Sheridan sheets and towels .... the list goes on) was the kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed for a short stay, including welcome chocolates, bread, and wine. You would be hard pushed to rate a five star hotel better. Even though Nick and Helen live next door, the place was completely private and peaceful. This home has everything. We really enjoyed our stay and thank Helen & Nick enormously for sharing their beautiful home. If the maximum stars are 5, Palms Reach in Avalon gets 6.
