Condo vacation rentals in North Austin

Shruti’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin. The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with a great view. The facilities in the apartment block were also great to have and use. Only a 2 minute walk from Rainey street so it was very easy to get around. Highly recommend

I had a great stay at Juno’s. She was very friendly and always responsive. The unit is very private and plenty of room. It was just like the pictures. No complaints at all and would highly recommend.

Great location, clean, well appointed, with convenient access to downtown Austin.

Overall excellent. We had an issue checking in late at night, mostly our fault. The instructions from the owner did not contain the building access code because it was buried in the details from AirBnb. Also, the sofa is not acceptable as a bedding option for a 3rd person. Again, mostly our fault, but perhaps the owner should discourage 3 people.

Very responsive host. Wonderful stay. Clean cozy and quiet. Close to downtown. We will definitely stay here our next time in Austin.

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

Lovely stay for my bachelorette party, right in downtown Austin where all the fun stuff was located! My friends felt right at home and had a great time, thank you for everything :)

If I could give 100 stars I would! This place is awesome, from the private balcony to the comfy cozy beds, I will say this without a doubt is one of the coolest places in Austin that I have stayed! If this room is available you should probably book it already

Had a great 3 night stay. Luis was helpful, friendly, responded quickly to any questions, and provided a great space for our stay in Austin. Also really enjoyed that we were less than 10 minutes to anything we had planned and unplanned for our trip. Heb and south congress strip few blocks away, short drive to bat bridge, zilker park, downtown, all things we enjoyed during our stay! Would stay again!

I enjoyed staying at Natiivo, the people were great and the cafe /bar was convenient. The location is great if you don’t wanna drive. A lot of great restaurants that are walkable. I had a great time on Rainey St and felt safe. We used valet and it always went smoothly. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. The host was quick when we needed more toiletries and recommended places on where to go. I would recommend family & friends.

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during SXSW. The apartment is spacious, well-kept, and stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute scooter or bike ride to Downtown, making it super convenient, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after the festival buzz. A major plus is the coffee shop right across the street and a Whole Foods just a 6-minute walk away, which made grabbing a quick bite or stocking up on essentials effortless. But the true highlight? The walking trail that leads directly to the Colorado River pedestrian trails—a dream for runners and anyone who loves a scenic stroll. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Austin, especially during SXSW!

Jared was a wonderful host and has a beautiful place. I felt right at home, they went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would absolutely stay here again! Plus some really cute restaurants within walking distance

Great location, having the parking bay was very handy and big enough to fit our big American car. There was a bus stop to take us to down town Austin close by, we also walked into Austin a few times which took approx 40 mins. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nompumelelo was very friendly and helpful. If in the area again would definitely stay at this apartment as so close to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Can not fault this apartment.

Very good place to stay for Austin! Nice room, easy to get scooters to travel around, safe and private room. Bright living room with a rally huge TV set. Excellent master bedroom with a massage mattress. Vehicle is protected with 2 doors, feels safe, same-level access to the room as the parking lot. Very kind and nice host. A nice bar and food trucks near the neighborhood. Would choose again.

Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

Comfortable, easy, clean. Near where we needed to be. Had everything we needed. Lock was a bit tricky but that was it!

I was in town for work and brought the family along to sneak in a bit of a vacation—so glad we chose this place! The condo was exactly as pictured, with so many thoughtful touches. The hosts had a portable crib set up for us, along with toddler dishes, utensils, a highchair, and sweet books, which was so great. The makeup towels, pool towels, and overall setup made everything so easy and comfortable. The space was beautifully designed—elegant, upscale, and full of Austin charm. The view was amazing, and we loved the walkability to Lady Bird Lake. Downtown was also walkable if you're up for a bit more of a stroll. The pool view was stunning, and while we didn’t get to enjoy Rainey Street with our little ones, it looked like so much fun. Overall, a fantastic stay—great location, excellent hosts, and a space that really went the extra mile so many little touches that made this place stand out. Would absolutely 100% stay again! Already planning our next trip!!

Off the beaten path, but well worth it! I have not stayed in many Airbnb's that offered the feeling of being off the grid yet so close to anything you need in North Austin or just up the road in Lago Vista. The condo is very well laid out and Kara has thought of every detail for your stay including even extra tooth brushes if you forget them and extra birdseed. I think our favorite feature are the miles of walking paths just off the condo! We were here with our new grand daughter and our puppy and the place was amazing to walk everyday. Although a golf cart is available via Kara, we also brought our electric bikes and got to really explore the expansive hidden walkways. We stayed for a month and found Kara as a host to be exceptional! She communicated well and handled any issues very quickly. If you are looking for a place to escape, even for just a weekend I think you will find this condo a very nice surprise. Highly recommended!

Great place, it is at walking distance to downtown Austin. Apartment is larger than what I expected (but has no dining table, just the kitchen countertop). I would recommend it to anyone

Convenient area, beautiful home, well stocked and very secure. Felt very safe and at home. So thankful for finding this place to rest during our visit.
