Cottage vacation rentals in Norden

We had a wonderful family vacation in Quanens. The old East Frisian farmhouse has an idyllic garden. The decor and decoration is traditional with many family memories, which gives it a very individual charm. We immediately felt at home. We are already dreaming of the next vacation at the house:) The only downside was that I had to make the beds for 6 people upon arrival.

The stay is in the grounds of Caroline's home. The location is such that you are completely private. Caroline is a good host and responds quickly. We would book with her again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful few days at this great place. The decor is color selection is really great, the hot tub and the various outdoor seating is a real highlight. The entire garden area is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Wilko responded thoughtfully and quickly to requests. Only the beds have been a little too soft for our taste, which does not stop us from visiting this house again!

Our stay with Nanda and Peter was just the right thing in a nutshell! The polite reception and a brief but precise introduction to the property made us feel right at home. The AirBnB offers everything as indicated and it is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. Communication worked out great and we were given tips and recommendations for the area. The combination of a nice and privacy-respecting family next door, the opportunity to interact with the trusting animals and the quiet environment make the AirBnB unique. An absolute recommendation for every animal and nature lover. Thank you for everything and hopefully until soon!

We really enjoyed staying at the property and at Center Park. Everything worked and we had a nice time. The quiet location, the view of the water and the many wild birds appealed to us. We just wanted to get something out of everyday life, relax and sauna. As a nice extra, the offers from Center Park were added.

everything was correct! Upon entering, there was a nice music on it. It smelled nice of the rituals. The contact went smoothly via the app. Beautiful location and walking distance to beautiful hiking trails. we were very satisfied!

A beautiful temporary home away from home! We were lucky enough to spend Christmas in Dina's tiny house. It was even more beautiful than expected, completely quiet and private....but with all the amenities we wanted. The sauna was a dream, especially in the cold, wet weather. Dina is a very likeable host and we were very happy to have decided on Ellertshaar. For us, one of the most beautiful Christmas we had. Dear Diana, Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

This place is a stroke of luck. If you are looking for a large and cozy accommodation in a quiet location for a large family with four-legged family, this is the place to be. There's not just a lot of space for the dogs. The agreement with Pascal was straightforward. He was very nice. We felt immediately comfortable here and will definitely be back soon!

A cute, cozy little apartment. No luxury but everything you could need. And a very comfy bed. Quietly located. Mur 5 minutes walking to the lake, 35 minutes drive to the coast and to the nearest beach. We enjoyed our break in Postfeld. - Thank you for having us!

We spent Christmas as a family in Thekla's beautiful thatched cottage and felt very comfortable. The whole house is lovingly decorated and superbly equipped. There were also books, a high chair, etc. for our 2 small children. Our two dogs loved the fenced garden. The small village is very cozy and even equipped with a supermarket. There are 2 playgrounds and beautiful walking paths in the immediate vicinity. In a short time you can also reach the Elbe estuary and the North Sea. Communication with Thekla was super nice and fast. Unfortunately, we made a mistake with the key when checking out. But even there, the communication was very solution-oriented and accommodating. Thanks for the nice days.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Very cozy little cottage, slept well in it. There was all the amenities available. I would have loved only one or two more curtains. Also, the smell took some getting used to, it smelled a little old. Probably because it is. Still, it was a pleasant stay. Best I found the flexible arrival time.

We have now been to the Hühnerhaus for the third time, because it is simply fantastic, offers everything and we always feel very comfortable and welcome. The place is a dream, quiet, cozy, super easy check-in and fresh milk from the cows in the fridge. The sauna completes the carefree package. The children go to the farm all by themselves and are very happy to play with the dog and to be involved in the work on the farm, such as milking or feeding calves. So a clear recommendation!

Another perfect getaway. Everything is just right with Bernd and Manon. (Well, you still have to work on the weather). Thanks very much to both of you.

We had wonderful Easter days in the cottage. The house has all the comforts. Good beds, nice shower and the kitchen is spacious. During our stay seen a lot from and learned about the life of a farmer with a dairy farm. The calves and dog petted. The area is beautiful. From the house you can immediately start walking and cycling trips. In short, recommended. Family Addink, Thank you for the hospitality and service. Marielle's place is beautiful and the perfect balance between isolation and accessibility. We had great privacy with trees all around and enjoyed a cozy stay in her clean and lovingly decorated cabin. The garden is beautiful, the instructions were great and Marielle agreed to our request of a self-checkout. The upstairs beds give a really special view when waking up to rain and fog between the trees all around 🥰 The only downside were the listed amenities. We specifically searched for and booked a place with an EV Charger. Unfortunately, that charger is not on the premises - this apparently refers to a nearby public charger. We found out shortly before the trip, but decided to go anyway. The linens and towels mentioned in the listing are also not included. Marielle offered these for an upcharge of 15€ per person, so we decided to bring our own. It was still a great stay and we recommended the place whole-heartedly☺️

We were very nicely received by our hosts and also in advance the communication was very nice. The cottage is nicely located also on the hosts' property. Still, we had our privacy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and it is a very cozy cottage in a quiet location. There are public transport and also the nearest place is about 15 minutes walking distance. We didn't know that King's Day will be celebrated this weekend. But that was great because we just strolled through the place and were right in the middle of it. The cottage has everything you need for a cozy girls weekend and in the evening you could snuggle up in front of the oven. Really recommended, thanks to Jellie and Meindert ;-)

What an incredibly nice and lovely cottage, in the middle of the forest and at a window. Everything was present and clean. Furniture is slightly different than in the photo, but certainly no less bad. Beds are fine, we slept wonderfully! Terrace outside is also really nice, nice in the sun. Surroundings are beautiful and wonderfully quiet. Plenty to see and do. It's a bit of a search which small path to park, but the description clearly indicates that. Owners are friendly and quick to respond. Top!

We were there for a weekend with the big family (13 people) and two dogs. The house is totally beautiful and very lovingly preserves the historical character. You can spread out throughout the house and find cozy nooks to sit, read, play. And a great dining room with a huge table for everyone. Everything went well for us, here is just a small note for mixed groups: For older or very small people, the steep stairs could be a challenge. The hosts live right next door and are very friendly. The area is also beautiful, 40 minutes by car to Scharbeutz to the Baltic Sea, bakery 4.5 km, a great fishmonger and Bad Segeberg not far. We will be very happy to come back - maybe in summer to also enjoy the beautiful terraces and the garden.

The in-house dock and the use of the small boat "OTTO", for excursions and trips on the Rorichumer Tief, were another I - icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back. We, three old colleagues from primary school, enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this idyllic place in the middle of the forest with beautiful weather, an outdoor fire at the end of the afternoon, good food and lots of conversations in peace that prevails here. We felt right at home in this nice house and all three had a lovely private bedroom for ourselves. We are so excited that we remember to come back with our partners separately.

Super quiet apartment on the dike. We were there with our dog over New Year's Eve, who panics every year during the fireworks. We didn't hear a rocket or firecracker. A very wonderful New Year's Eve for our whole family. The apartment itself is very cozy. Perfect for the cold days. Communication with Sinah and Boike is also great. The stay could not have been better.
