A lovely quiet location and a friendly welcome on arrival. The place was very clean and very comfortable. I would just recommend socks or slippers in winter as the floors and staircase can be cold but that's an easy fix for that.

This is a fabulous house, beautifully styled with gorgeous furnishings and bedding. Very light and airy with a connected indoor/outdoor feel. It’s less than a five min walk to Avalon beach and the shops, perfect for dips and surfing. It feels tropical and lush and like you’re a lot further away from real life than Avalon!

A beautiful retreat in a family friendly home, meeting the brief for beachy charm and hygge. Sunrise greeted each morning through floor to ceiling windows spanning the length of the house - alarms quickly replaced by birdsong and distant waves. Mac’s Tree House managed to offer us even more welcome than expected and our whole family quickly fell into the gentle rhythm of the house central coast area. Books, boardgames and jigsaw puzzles were conquered, and we relished lots of walks to the beach and special moments together snuggling by the indoor log fire. We hope to return one day.

A lovely house in a gorgeous part of the world - walking distance to beautiful Avalon Beach, with so many other wonderful places to visit nearby. Emma is very communicative, gave us so many great tips re restaurants and other things to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

This is our third stay at Susana's place because we love the proximity to beach and bush and the lovely aesthetics of the home. Highlights for us are long dinners on the back balcony under the angophoras watching the sun set and early morning walks through Wyrrabalong National Park for a swim at Bateau Bay beach and a coffee at Bateau Beach Cafe on the way home. Our group of 7 find the home really comfortable and our annual holiday here really relaxing and refreshing.

A truly beautiful and serene location, the cabin itself is a perfect piece of paradise that we were honoured to stay in. We were in the area for a wedding and decided to stay here and we were devastated that we didn't book to stay longer. Jacqui's place was clean, well looked after and presenting very nicely we immediately felt comfortable and ready to relax when we arrived. Jacqui herself if a fantastic host who was prompt and helpful with all her instructions and our requests. Thanks again Jacqui, we'll definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful with our stay. Joe was a great communicator, responding to questions very quickly. The check-in to the property was easy, followed by a quick tour of the house. Inside was spotless and very comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked for cooking and a light breakfast, including farm eggs and multiple milk options. The queen bed and king singles were very comfortable, including darkened rooms, and access to Netflix welcome. I would return in a heartbeat.

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming holiday house in Caves Beach. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of space for our family. We loved the modern decor, comfortable furniture, and well-equipped kitchen. Great sized backyard for our dog. The house is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and cafes. Our host, Sue, was incredibly welcoming and gave us clear instructions to get into the house. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home!"

The location is perfect, with plenty of free parking and just a short walk to cafes, shops, and the beach. We were traveling with our 18-month-old, and everything was set up to accommodate us—a cot was ready on arrival, along with a high chair and baby gate. The thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. We’ve found our new go-to holiday spot and will definitely be back. In fact, we were already planning our next stay before we even left because we didn’t want to leave! Beautiful big home, a lot of fun for my big family, and all the kids loved it! Pool and pool table were a big hit. Nice big communal kitchen and dining were very ideal. The place was close to shops, and beach. We had everything we needed for a beautiful weekend away and lily’s communication was flawless. Thanks for having us

It was a beautiful location with the dining area and outside area overlooking the beautiful river. A very convenient location, walking distance to nearby shops and beach. The house is spotless, comfortable and tastefully furnish. Kitchen was well stock with appliances and amenities.

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

Adrian’s place is pure magic in MacMasters beach. When we arrived, I was skeptical the beach was walkable as we’d come in the backroads and hadn’t seen any water. But sure enough, out the door, a few steps to the path and you’ve stumbled upon the most brilliant stretch of coastline imaginable. The home is inviting and warm, very clean, and well - appointed with games, toys, and amenities. The kitchen is well-furnished, and the grill looked inviting, though we didn’t end up BBQing. A great spot. We couldn’t have been happier. Adrian is responsive, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. We hope to be back soon. Thank you for having us!
