A lovely quiet location and a friendly welcome on arrival. The place was very clean and very comfortable. I would just recommend socks or slippers in winter as the floors and staircase can be cold but that's an easy fix for that.

Thank you Craig and Tiffany for letting our family stay here. The property is as described and was very comfortable for the 6 of us. It is very close to the beach (a bit further if you want to swim between the flags), to the lake where we went fishing and convenient to get to the local shops and start our bike ride around Tuggerah Lake. The games room was fun and we enjoyed playing pool along with some retro games on the joystick controllers eg. Tetris, Pacman, Street Fighter, etc. Craig was great to deal with, being responsive and extremely accommodating. Despite it raining for 3 days whilst we were there, there was plenty of things to keep us busy. Thank you for your hospitality and we would love to visit again.

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

A lovely house in a gorgeous part of the world - walking distance to beautiful Avalon Beach, with so many other wonderful places to visit nearby. Emma is very communicative, gave us so many great tips re restaurants and other things to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

It is the best boathouse I have ever been to and will definitely comes back. Tracey is a fantastic super host and nice lady also invited me to her birthday party during my stay.

Cowboys Cabin was perfect, the surrounding area of the cabin was so pleasing to the eye with an abundance of wildlife to see, birds butterflies, foxes and kangaroo's , lovely herds of cows too. Our stay was just perfect it was heaven. I would recommend the cabin and hopefully return one day. The Tavern pub was great,food and drink ,very friendly locals.

I had a large nail in my car tyre and Joe fixed it for me. He went above and beyond just hosting an Airbnb. Joe's place is relaxing upon entry and my cats & I really enjoyed our peaceful stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for your hospitality Joe! 😊

Pinehurst was fantastic. A beautifully presented property in one of the the best locations in Newcastle. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Liz and Larry’s Patonga cabin. Comfy and very clean well equipped with everything you’ll need. Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating hosts. We arrived on a hot day and were welcomed with the AC on and some cool goodies in the fridge. There is easy access to a lovely walk along the river. Part of the front beach at Patonga is off leash for dogs, and the Boathouse Hotel and the ferry to Palm Beach are dog friendly. Looking forward to returning.

Kate's place was exactly like the photos and a great location for what we wanted to do whilst in that region, not to mention the awesome view from the balcony! The only constructive (not negative) feedback was that we took our 4 month old German Shepherd puppy with us and didn't have any actual yard for the dog to roam around, or to do it's business, so were out and about walking the streets at all hours of the night to accommodate our dog requirements. Overall we loved Kate and her home but in regards to being pet friendly, perhaps not an active puppy dog. :-). We will certainly stay at Kates place again, just not with the dog. Thanks Kate!!

We had a wonderful time here! Enjoyed the beautiful views of the water, and spending time sitting on the jetty. Even if you have a rainy day, there's a comfortable living space to relax with board games. A short drive to the shops and Ettalong Beach.

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at Caves Beach. The location is fabulous right across the street from the beach and pub/shops etc. The house is well set up with everything we needed and we enjoyed spending time on the deck enjoying the view out to the water. The fully enclosed yard and tiles throughout the house was ideal for our dog who made the most of the dog friendly section of the beach. Sue was very helpful and responsive, a wonderful spot we hope to be back soon!

This is our second stay at Vivienne's place as it is a really convenient location for our kids' sporting tournament on the Central Coast. It has everything we need for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The kids appreciate the air-con and Netflix! The surrounding area is quiet and parking is so easy. I'm sure we'll be back again next year.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tim and Nicole’s. All appliances and amenities were top of the range ! Every amenities we could think of were provided, even exceeding our expectations. Not to mention the stunning beach view from the balcony. Many thanks to Tim and Nicole for the awesome beach house. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

We had an amazing stay at Lisa’s place. The photos don’t do it justice!! The pool was a beautiful temperature and the beach cabana was so relaxing. Lisa was a great host, provided flexible check in and was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait to come back here again!

Nice studio, king size bed. Lovely surrounds of greenery. Stewart was very friendly & happy to assist with making the area more contained for our blind dog. The fenced yard was great so we knew the dogs were secure. Great place & host for allowing dogs inside & out. Will return if we have the need.

We are a family of 4 with an 11 and 8 yr old. This house was perfectly located in relation to the the main town road, the lake behind us, which you could see from the dining room, and the beach. The walk to the beach is 10 min through the cozy town, very easily accessible. The house was amazingly clean, she had every amenity that you could possibly want including salt, pepper, oils, glad wrap, tin foil, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, which I find important when you're staying for a week like we did. Felicity was very responsive. there was lots of storage space for your groceries, a washer and dryer were available, lots of places to hang up your towels to dry after a day at the beach. it truly was a very beautiful and cozy place to stay.

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an excellent time. We were multiple families and had lots of room to spread out into our respective places (as there is the main house, a somewhat separated downstairs area, a studio, a cabin). The pool was incredible and the heater meant we swam every day, even when it was overcast and raining. This house is stocked so well with all the things you’ll need for your stay - we did not need to drop a huge amount of money at the grocery store buying dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, tissues or foil/glad wrap/sandwich bags. Less than 10 minute drive to the beach. It has a somewhat tropical feel on the property. Being acreage with lots of trees there are a lot of sounds of nature (birds, cicadas) which did not bother us or affect our stay. We also appreciated that there were gates everywhere on the outside of the property which meant our younger children were not in immediate danger at any time.

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

Victoria and Roger’s place was in a beautiful, peaceful spot. We had everything we needed during our stay and loved all the added extras in the house including all kitchen essentials and beautiful toiletries. Victoria even left out some pool noodles for the kids which they loved. We had some gorgeous weather while in Ettalong and enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony in the afternoons.
