This apartment is light and cozy. Everything in it is thought out for a comfortable stay, there is a robot vacuum cleaner , there is an ordinary, very powerful vacuum cleaner, there is a coffee machine, washing machine. The house has security, great heating, great water pressure, super artificial lighting! The apartment itself is very bright, the bed is comfortable, there are several types of pillows, as well as change of bed linen and towels, which is very important for long stays. If you are lucky with the weather, you will have a beautiful view of Ararat from the balcony. The location is also great, only about 10 minutes walk along a pleasant road and you are at the Cascade. I would like to express my special gratitude to Liana for her responsiveness and cute surprises , as well as special thanks to Liana's assistant, who supports and does a very high quality cleaning in the apartment!🥰

A really cozy apartment with a quiet surrounding, perfect for a relaxing saturday/sunday. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The house is amazing, it's a short walk from everything you need to do and see in Yerevan. The amenities are great and it's very clean. The AC system also works very well. We had a beautiful time there and even though we were a bit picky, we felt right at home. Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Yerevan.

I would say true gem is not this place but also the host of this property , I am touched by her ways to accept her mistake and immediately fix it , she’s great human being so I will keep it 5 star in rating thanks

Great apartments in Arabkir. Nearby there is the Rio shopping center (it is a maximum of 5 minutes), you can walk to Komitas Avenue in 10 minutes, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center by taxi. The apartment, although small, is very functional, there is everything you need. Very large comfortable bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need. The internet worked well. Please note that there is no elevator in the house, it may be important to someone. I really liked the apartment when I go to Yerevan again, I hope that I will be able to rent them again.

Amazingly spacious yet cozy villa with fully equipped amenities. It is so well heated where even the floors are warm. Always hot water was available for 6 adults and 3 kids to shower anytime. Anush put a Christmas tree when we asked for it and she let us check out late as well. Overall, it's a great place for a vacation with family and friends. Will definitely book again if we ever go to Tsaghkadzor again.
