Absolutely loved the place. It was a little confusing to find the place inside but once we got in, we were taken aback because it was better than we expected it to be. The house had all the necessary amenities and there is a supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful and made sure we had the 5 star experience that they wanted us to have. Worth every penny!

Lovely apartment, lovely house, we have lived for several months and are very happy to come home after walks! We didn't have any problems at all. Believe me, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and remote work. Liana takes care of guests and the apartment. If we come to Yerevan, we would like to stay in these devices💜

Nice apartment, perfect location (99% of museums/important places are max. 15 minutes Walking), clean and modern. Michael is also very nice person, ready to help and really interested in providing a good experience. Will come again!

Staying at this apartment left only pleasant impressions! Clean and compact, with a very cozy bathroom, the apartment was a great place to relax. The location is 5 out of 5, with stunning views of Mount Ararat. Would definitely recommend!

It’s perfectly situated in the vibrant heart of Yerevan, with all the city’s iconic landmarks, amazing restaurants, and charming bars just steps away. The apartment itself is a gem—elegantly designed, cozy, and offering a stunning view. Located on a lovely street, it’s spotlessly clean, and everything is in perfect working order. The host, Davit, is truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and always quick to respond. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
