Vacation rentals with beach access in Noosa Shire

We had an amazing stay at this 2-bedroom apartment. It was perfect – spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The standout feature, though, was the unbeatable location – just steps from the beach and Hastings Street! Zinc made the whole process smooth and easy, and we'd happily book with them again. Highly recommend this spot, and we’ll definitely be back!

I would highly recommend staying at Tanya's place if coming to Noosa. Great location, so close to restaurants and shopping in Gympie Tce. So much to do on site too. Tanya was so helpful when I had a question and the unit was spotless. Great stay.

Paula and Kevin’s place is just wonderful. Not only beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless, but it has everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is quiet and close to everything. I will certainly be back. Thank you for having me.

We had a great stay at Helen’s place. It is extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen was well furnished (we like to cook even on holidays!) plus she was very thoughtful leaving out toys for our 3 year old. The beds were super comfy with great linen. The apartment block is closer to Noosa junction but not too far of a walk to busy Hastings street. More uphill on the way back. For the price and quality we had a great time. We hope to be back!

We stayed for the Noosa tri and it was the perfect location. So easy, clean and exactly what we needed. Short drive to Noosa Junction or Sunshine Beach. Parking was so easy.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our beach holiday at Sunrise Beach. The apartment has everything you need, is clean and quiet and literally a one minute walk to the beach. The host is very professional and responsive with clear and positive communication, we couldn’t fault it! If you’re looking for a stay near Noosa but a more quiet spot, then look no further. This hidden gem offers a great mix of relaxation, comfort and accessibility to the Sunshine Coast hotspots.

Erica’s apartment is in a super convenient location between both Hastings Street for the trendy boutique shops and coffee shops and Noosa Junction on the other side where all the nice restaurants are. We were able to easily walk to the beautiful National Park and beaches from the location. The car park underneath is super handy if you want to visit the quaint hinterland villages such as Eumundi. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay. We appreciated the extra kitchen amenities such as tea coffee etc. The downstairs bedrooms were nice and quiet one the lower floor and the beds were very comfortable with efficient A/C. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday but in the heart of the action Noosa has to offer .

We had a great week in Karen’s unit. It was perfect for our family of four. Great location for the beach, cafes and surf club. We enjoyed the pool, and the room was modern, clean and had everything we needed for the week. Would love to stay again in the future.

Lisa’s place was excellent. Private, peaceful, yet close to Hastings and Duke Streets. The house was spacious, well appointed and clean. Kitchen makes it easy to self cater. We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic property. Clean and classy. A great place to take the dogs as well. A lot of attention to detail in terms what's required for the property. Clear instructions are provided. Overall a 5/5 Louise is a great host. She is very prompt and very understanding. Thanks Louise, the bad weather did not dampen our spirits! In fact, the house made up for it!

Despite the torrential rain while we visited this place was beautiful. The views were spectacular and the photos online do not do the place justice. It was a short walk into the town centre and even shorter to the beach.

We loved our stay in Sunshine Beach. Huge home with everything you need. Amazing outlook onto the ocean (3 min walk to beach) but back far enough so you have your privacy. We would love to holiday here again. Thanks Jason you were great to deal with.

Fabulous spot for a holiday at the beach. Loved the open layout and natural surroundings. Very responsive and proactive in sorting things.

We found the houses great for 14 people to stay . With torrential rain on one of our days we did find the living room a bit cramped but when sun was out we had lots of space in and out . The kids loved the pool. The yard was suitable to play some games as well. We loved the fact we could walk to shops and beach . We were there for the markets so another plus . We didn’t have to use our cars for 3 days . We didn’t have a microwave for our stay which meant no popcorn during our movie night so we had to pivot to chips . There was plenty of dinnerware for our crowd and the dishwasher got a real work out. Because there are no blinds in the bedrooms be prepared to rise early with the sunrise ! The ocean breezes kept us nice and cool . The grandchildren loved all the green tree frogs that visited us . We really enjoyed our stay .

This was a great stay . Centrally located , beautiful space and a responsive host throughout . The house is beautifully maintained .

We loved this stay and will do it again. Great house, beautiful Noosa north shore. Take everything you need and maybe your favourite fry pan and spatula. Can’t recommend this enough.

Gorgeous spot to relax and get out and adventure also. Great location. Beautiful view's. Handy to things close by. Great walking distance to beach, comfy beds. Best way to end the day was to sit with a wine in arvos looking at water from the balcony. Definitely recommend.

Very nicely presented and sizeable space for a few days stay. Clean and well equiped. Quick beach access. As mentioned in description there was some construction noise, but not too much on weekend.

A lovely little spot to have an enjoyable stay at Noosa , a 10 minute walk to the main beach which was so easy and we love the outdoor barbecue that we could use within the premises a very good budget friendly stay thank you for the late check out as well

Great location with the shopping centre on one side and beach on the other. Beds super comfortable. Pool was fantastic especially with the rainy weather.

This was one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed at - and i do a lot of travelling. It had absolutely everything i needed, it was perfectly located (cole’s is right there and you’re basically on the beach), it was so comfortable and homey and so clean! I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here when visiting sunshine coast.
