The villa is spacious and well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, especially with easy access right from the terrace. The location is perfect – there are lots of interesting places nearby, and we discovered a great bakery just across the road that became a daily stop for us. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Matched our expectations. Good value but utility cost was higher than we expected. Beautiful yard and pool, which is where we spent most of our time. Very responsive owner and local caretaker. They even replaced the TV while we were there, which was much appreciated. Lots of good restaurants close by. Felt very safe going for morning walks around the neighborhood. We liked it so much we tried to book again while in Thailand but it wasn’t available. Would recommend!

Good quite apartments near the sea

Well-maintained apartment, bright and spacious. Pool-view! Comfortable beds, great showers and kitchen. The complex is amazing, lots of cool pools and shade and the beach is close by. Highly recommended!

We are starting to miss the place already! Wow- was the first reaction we entered the place. We had a great time! The helpers there were superb with excellent cooking! The extensive breakfast was cooked, and we were blessed to have thai dinner cooked upon arrival, and seafood dinner prepared after a long day at the water park! It’s very essential to keep us at ease on a holiday! Massage ladies were arranged to come to the villa by the helpers! The pool was huge, clean, we all had fun! However, only if you rent a car already, it’s not easy to call Grab specially we have a group of 12. The helpers assisted to book transportation for us. To conclude, we had a blast! And would definitely recommend to others!!

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

Villa was great, nice cozy swimming pool with 3 big rooms and one small one. Host cleaned the swimming pool once before we arrive and twice in a week we've been there. The only problem there wasn't any air-conditioning in living room and was quite hot in it. Overall was great and satisfying.

We are a family of 10 pax with elderly and young kids. The host place was spacious and that gives everyone their own space and personal bathroom. The indoor swimming pool was also fabulous! The host prepared plenty of mineral water for us which last us more than our stay. The fruits and welcome cake were also a pleasant surprise! Overall, its a great place to chill for a holiday! Thumbs up.

Great for families, easy to do laundry, cook, kids love the pool.The house actually looks better than the photos.Getting around requires a rental car or hailing a car, more than 10 minutes from downtown, the seaside.

For the third time in Hua Hin, stayed for four weeks, it felt best this time.Life and transportation are very convenient. It is very close to the sea. You can reach the beach in 2 minutes. I will come again next year.

We have stayed at this place a few times and every time we are there we enjoy it! We have even extended our stay longer because we enjoyed it so much. The villa is peaceful and a good environment to relax with friends or family. We have brought our dogs both time and they have plenty of room to run around the yard. Host is very responsive and flexible with check in and check out. We will definitely return!

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house is bright and spacious, artfully set up. the kitchen is sufficiently big and has all the utensils needed in case you're planning to cook. that are multiple 7-11 within 10 minutes of the place - about 300 mtrs. It's quiet and peaceful. We also really enjoyed sitting in the large balcony with a beautiful view of the blue pool and greenery. the walk to the beach is about 10 minutes inside the property towards the Sheraton resort. the beach itself is fantastic with a long stretch available for walks. really enjoyed walking the entire stretch which is probably about a couple of kilometers long. on low tide mornings there's a beautiful sand bank that gets formed. This property is located somewhere in the midpoint between Huahin town and Chaam. if you're looking for hustle and bustle you won't find it. giving we werw vegetarians we couldn't find a lot of options to order food in. how we had stocked up on groceries and been able to cook ourselves. there's a kickass cafe and bistro nearby called Love Bread which we really loved - so much so that we went there almost every day. fantastic selection of baked treats,bread and coffee Wasana was a great host very communicative and responsive and arranged for the house to be cleaned and extra time during the stay. I would happily recommend this place - you will have a great time :).

Great apartment at a very nice condominium , very nice big swimming pool , lovely little gym , apartment has all you need , location is also very convenient. Jesse is a great host , responds very fast and is very helpful I can sincerely highly recommend this place

Great to stay here, big house, private pool and BBQ/cooking area. Very responsive and helpful host. Also helpful that there is a maid there most days until 5 pm. Short walk to the beach.
