Wonderful host and an amazing place to stay. Very walkable to the city market. Very spacious and felt very private. 10/10

Walking distance to Chiang Mai gate market for amazing cheap food, silver street and shopping centre was a huge bonus. Beautiful house and pool, relaxing outdoor area, few free snacks and drinks, quiet location and fabulous host to assist with tours and anything else we needed. Would highly recommend staying 😊

The house is beautifully renovated, every corner is beautiful, the water pressure is not good, the mattress pillows are very comfortable, the living room is spacious, suitable for large groups, also can take two cars, there is a convenience store nearby, the owner of the house is very convenient, the owner of the house is very good, the communication is very good, the response is very quick, before this trip, it helps me to receive labubu order single doll, this house is the best I have ever stayed in Thailand, great value, I will definitely come again

I think it has everything. There's 7-11 and KFC across the street.Overall, it's a very convenient experience.👍

Stayed for a few days here with my partner - it was a lovely apartment, very large and allowed us space to enjoy cooking, watching tv and unpacking. Lovely balcony space and just opposite a great massage spot which I’d highly recommend visiting. John was super responsive and helped us a lot which I really appreciated!

It's exactly as you see in the picture. 4 families were able to stay comfortably Everything was clean, and it was very close to Central Festival. This is a quiet place for families to stay together. The location of the room was also really nice and the pool view was good from the veranda. You may be wondering because of the construction noise these days, but you can't hear the noise in this room. It was very satisfying for the price The host also helps us stay actively and comfortably. However, the shoe rack was a bit of a pity. And since the pool is not hot water, we recommend swimming in the hottest time!

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

We had a great experience overall. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures, but with a mirrored effect. The living room and kitchen seemed a bit smaller in person compared to the photos, but the bedroom was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable – we slept very well. The bedroom was soundproofed, which was a nice touch, but during the day, there was some noise from the road in the living room. It wasn't a huge issue, though. We made good use of the gym, and it was a great bonus that there was a washing machine in the apartment, allowing us to do laundry after workouts. The pool looked a bit old and was located in the shade between buildings, so we didn't use it. On the third floor, there’s a water refill station, and besides the gym and pool, there’s also a library. One downside was the unpleasant smell from the drainage in the bathroom, which was a bit bothersome. Overall, everything was fine, and we would def come back.

This was a two-week stay at Aonz's condo for my wife and me. Aonz is the perfect host -- kind, generous, communicative and fast acting. We also greatly appreciate Aonz's flexibility with check in and check out. The condo was well equipped and supplied. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are very nice. The split bathrooms are a great convenience, and the shower has all the hot water you could want. For us the Astra is perfectly located. It is within walking distance to the Old City, the Ping River and all the important markets of Chiang Mai, as well as the two Walking Streets. At the same time it is in a quieter part of the city, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. We highly recommend Aonz's place and look forward to another long stay.

There is a Central Department Store right next door, and there is a swimming pool and a gym inside the condo, so most of the infrastructure is well equipped without going far. The accommodation was also neat and nice. Recommended for those who are staying for a long time.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.

We stayed in this beautiful authentic Thai tradition house for 2 days. Less than 15 minutes from Chiang Mai Old Town, its location although a little out of the way is ideal for access to a lot of calm and rest. The living room open to the outside is very spacious and perfectly matches the photos on AirBnB. There is a very well equipped kitchen with all the equipment needed to prepare a good meal. The same goes for sleeping accommodations that are perfectly in line with the photos on the site. The bedrooms are large, properly air-conditioned (and not noisy) and the bathrooms are at their best. In short, if you want to enjoy an enchanted break, a few minutes from the old town by taxi in an authentic place full of history, don't hesitate. You will find all the charm and tradition you need.
