This is a fantastic apartment in a superb location beautiful in all aspects.fantastic views and lovely restaurants within a stones throw. Highly recommend We would definitely return.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

mindarie beach house was a lovely accommodation. netflix to watch programmes in the evening. very comfortable beds. beach house was clean and in a very good location, close to the beach 😁 Hosts are very friendly and very good with communication. would highly recommend staying here. we had a lovely time thankyou x

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It's comfortable walking distance to the beach and cafes. (less than 5 minutes). The view is great and property is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils etc. The secure parking at the back was good and it was easy access the apartment. We'd love to stay again.

We had an amazing time - the property is truly stunning - immaculately clean and spacious with spectacular sea and sunset views and a beautiful pool. Clearly loads of thought and care have gone into making the guest experience 5 star. We loved everything about it! We really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the property was, just the sounds of the sea - bliss. Dave is a super kind, generous and friendly host. From the moment we booked he was so organised with helpful info and continued to be so throughout our stay, without ever being obtrusive. He went above and beyond putting sun loungers in the garden when I enquired about those. We were also very touched by the welcoming groceries and parting gift. A 5 star sanctuary and just the best host - we would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you so much Dave and Sunsets Australia! We really look forward to the next time 🙏🏻😃

Katie's place was a perfect way to experience a beach Christmas with friends, she really thought of everything to accommodate us and the proximity to the beach really made the stay special. Highly recommend.

We just spend the last couple of days at this amazing house for a mums weekend away. If we could give it more than 5 stars we honestly would. The house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and has absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. We were treated to the most amazing sunsets so the location was spot on too! The hosts are so friendly and super responsive. The welcome pack was such a nice touch, thank you so much!! Must bring the kids back next time as they would LOVE the games room. It really does have something for everyone! I just hope it’s available next time we want a little getaway as I’m sure once this secret gets out, it will be always booked!! A big thank you from 6 mums who enjoyed every minute of our weekend!

Great house and location to the beach, caravan park and river estuary. Scott the host provided very clear instructions and was responsive to any queries.

Amazing place to stay with plenty of room for everyone in our family. Kitchen well stock with appliances for all your cooking needs and plenty of space. very comfortable beds and lovely garden with vegetables & herbs. Short walk to the river and the beach.
