It is a 130-year-old old private house that remains until the final selection at the reconstruction grand prize held by the Kominka Revitalization Association.All interiors have been renovated, and there is also optical line Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1 to 2 people).Four cars can be parked.Recommended for family vacations, remote work, and longer stays. It takes about 90 minutes to Nikko by general road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochinoki Family Land in amusement park, so it is also ideal as a base for sightseeing. It takes about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, 10-15 minutes to the large supermarket such as Aeon, and the convenience store. It can accommodate up to 4 people, but the basic price is up to 2 people.There is an additional charge of 5,000 yen per person depending on the additional number of people. If you have a BBQ, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking.Charcoal should be prepared by the customer. A log house villa located in a place that is easily accessible to both Nikko city and Lake Chuzenji. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price. (Also, I recommend a pot because it gets cold and windy around October) Please let us know in advance when you use it. Ogura is the descendant of a woodworker who lived with wood. Questioning modern housing that relies on 24-hour air conditioning for comfort, we created a space that feels like a wooden sunbeam, where you can feel the natural wind and sunlight while inside the house. While taking advantage of traditional Japanese carpentry techniques, you can stay comfortably without any inconvenience by incorporating modern facilities. On a dark night when you can see many stars, the sound of birds and the wind, and powdery snow that is so smooth that you can't make snowballs. Feel the magnificent nature of Minamiaizu with all five senses. There are few restaurants nearby that are open late, but the open kitchen is stocked with special cooking utensils, dishes, and basic condiments, so we recommend cooking for yourself.

We had a comfortable stay in a large living room with a very open feeling!It was clean and the room felt very bright. There were 2-3 large insects on the curtains and stairs, but I think it can't be helped because it is surrounded by trees. It was very helpful because I was able to communicate with the host smoothly and politely answer my questions. Thanks for letting me stay with you!It was very fun and I wanted to go to Nasu again ^_^

There are few street lights around in the quiet residential neighborhood, so it is also a very dark thing after sunset, but it took me a little time to find a place to stay with the map you let us know in advance.I recommend checking in at sunrise. It was helpful that the amenities were provided with disposable toothbrushes. The facility was also beautiful and generally satisfactory.

It was spacious, clean, and a very nice place. It was also a less popular, quiet, and private space. It was unfortunate that the weather was bad due to the typhoon, but when it was a little sunny at night, I was able to see the night view of Nasu.
