An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious outdoor area and quiet neighborhood! The location is ideal – quiet and secluded, but at the same time not far from the main attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly, and all our questions were answered quickly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

I think this was the best place we ever stayed in Greece. If you have a dog or little child then this is the perfect place for you. We will definitly come back. Perfect place to stay longer and do trips to thessaloniki or halkidiki.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

We had great experience staying at Kurio’s Thanassis’s place. . He was very kind offering us breakfast from his allotment and meeting Meli ( the dog) The check-in was super easy sending the coordinates; he was very responsive and kind and helpful. We loved how remote the place was very peaceful very clean and very traditional.

Yoana was such a great host .She left for us fruits and wine.Recommend beaches and restourants in the area. Location is great-2 min from bakery and 5 min from center area.

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

A perfect location for anyone that searches for a quiet zone, not very agglomerated. Perfect for families with kids, it has easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants etc. The host is very attentive and receptive to the guest's needs and respects theirs intimacy.

The apartment is spacious and well designed. We appreciated the availability for an early check in. The location is ideal if you want to visit several beaches on both sides of Sithonia. There is Tallata camping beach at about 140 m and Kalamitsi beach is also within walking distance. The apartment is pretty well equipped.

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, comfortable and a place near by to Mount Athos/Ouranoupoli (<15min drive) then look no further, this is the place to stay.

Very well located apartment, close to shop and main road, yet a few hundred meters to the beach. Clean and cool on hot days. Quiet and two terraces. Well equipped with cooking utensils.

We had a great stay, George and his sister where extremely welcoming the accommodation was first class including momma's cake. A late checkout was no problem we would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting the area.

Even though the summer/sea season is over this place worth to be there no matter when. Special thanks to the hosts waited till 1 AM for us without getting a clear timeframe to arrive there from us 🙏 Walked on the beach for a while in the morning and felt the peace of beautiful nature

We enjoyed the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is beautifully decorated, offered enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited us to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw a few praying mantises and geckos :) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of year outside the season, which is good for switching off. For restaurants and supermarkets, we drove to the next major town of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible bays and islands. We enjoyed the vacation very much all around. This was also due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the place. It was nice and clean. The apartment is recently refurbished. You can see the beach from the balcony. It really is 1 min. walk. There are restaurants and stores nearby. It is really convenient and we plan to visit again. The only cons I can point out are that the beach has a lot of small stones (easy to solve with swimming shoes, which you can buy there) and on cloudy days the sun collectors can't heat the water too much but I think this is only a problem if you visit in the second part of September like we did.

It is a very nice apartment in the heart of Sarti. Everything was clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It has a very nice bathroom too. The hosts were great and we got a lot of information about activities in the area. We highly recommend to stay with Martina and Stratos!!

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! They welcomed us very warm-heartedly and were always there to help. I talked to them everyday after swimming in the sea. Thank you Hara and Konstantina! You made our stay very special! The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry.
