We stayed one night at Marlène's place with 4 friends. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, all the comforts were there and the calm perfect for resting. We'll definitely be back!

Nice welcome from Dominique and Patrick in this haven of peace. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Air-conditioned. Kids are welcome and it shows! The pool was very nice especially with the hot weather. Bcp of nearby points of interest such as Château de Guedelon. We'll be back for a second stay, for sure!

Charming Tiny house located in the beautiful wooded park of Mimont Castle. Idyllic place to recharge your batteries as a family in the middle of nature and in the company of adorable pets. We shared pleasant moments with the owners and their young son who must be a source of inspiration for many young people. I would like to congratulate them on the exceptional work and the quality of their hospitality. We will do it again without hesitation!

The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for group meals, and the rooms are comfortable. Vikki was very welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great weekend with friends with kids in Jérôme's house. The house is super well equipped, the nickel bedrooms, the dining room very nice. The kids took advantage of the outdoor amenities and the playroom. There is a little cold part between the dining room and the bedrooms of the old outbuildings, but despite some initial apprehensions no one was cold. We found that the value was excellent and would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises!

We loved our weekend stay at this little chalet. The location is incredible, close to everything in the beautiful Sancerre region but tucked away in what feels like your own private vineyard. We loved sitting on the front porch gazing out at the vines. The accommodation inside is simple but has what you need for a short stay. The beds were not large but reasonably comfortable. We recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful getaway!

We had a great time in the accommodation offered by Amélie and we enjoyed pleasant walks in the surrounding forests which were very pleasant in the hot weather during our stay. We particularly appreciated the garden and the access to the fully fenced river which was perfect with our dog, as well as the summer kitchen. The accommodation was well decorated, very clean and very functional. Thanks to Amélie for hosting us and for kindness.

The accommodation offered by Béatrice is very well located: quiet but also close to the city center. Cosne is a very pleasant city with all shops. The cottage is very clean, cozy, decorated with taste. Beatrice is very responsive, considerate and even provided us with litter and bowl for our kitty. We recommend it and will gladly go back.

we rented at the last minute but alexendre and his partner were so responsive that an hour later we were in front. hat to them. super simple key box procedure. the place is beautiful my wife loved the decor. nothing is done at discounts (TV, free, wifi, appliances...). so you can enjoy a large complete apartment in the historic center of Avallon for cheap. around all restaurants visit the ramparts the clock tower... i recommend it. a big favorite ❤️ for us
