Large, excellent-quality house with a lot of attention to details. Large, convenient rooms, excellent view. Patio, barbecue, games, large TV, video games, music, fully-equipped kitchen. Excellent place for a large group or a family. Feels like home. Great hospitality of the owner! Great location!

Trevor is a great host. Every detail is covered and he is tremendously responsive to anything that arises. Good referrals for places to check out and dining. Cool thing is the sense of respect he has as a long standing owner in the community there. Great Listing, Solid Guy.

The house and location were wonderful. The sea was very nice. The inside of the house is as seen in the pictures. It is an ideal size for 2 people. Evgeny is very helpful and has been very helpful to us during our entire vacation.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

Incredible host, stay, area.... just everything was amazing.

Comfortable weeks stay. Easy access with lift and key safe lock. Secure building with plenty of parking. Resort pools, gardens & bar/restaurant were brilliant. Apartment was well stocked with drinking water, beach towels, cleaning products & toiletries. A/C in the rooms although we didn’t need them, just used the portable fan. Lovely balcony with great view.

Great location and base to explore the area and then unwind with a glass of wine and jacuzzi bath.

Great place to stay for short and longer term trips - great location and very quiet surroundings. The place is very spacious and has a beautiful outside area. Constantinos is a great host, always ready to help with anything.

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

Apartment was clean, spacious and fitted with all the amenities we needed. Air conditioning worked for us.

My friend and I were in the area for a wedding and were in need of a place to stay overnight at the last minute. Elena’s place was perfect and she was very helpful when we spoke on the phone.

Very beautiful family home, a warm welcome. Oksan is very available, you can really count on her. Her parents are extremely kind and are very attentive to their guests. The pool is large and accessible. I would highly recommend it and thank you again!

Andrew along with him team were very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help. The villa was beautiful with lots of land and an amazing view. The villa was also fully equipped with everything you could need. Very excited about a return next year as it is a perfect location between being in the city of Nicosia yet having your own retreat and a pool. Very close to supermarket and restaurants.

What a wonderful find! The view from the pool and surroundings of the sea are breathtaking. The pool is big enough for swimming laps and having races! A two minute walk to the warm sea (beach shoes advised) where you can snorkel to see the various marine life. Another two minute walk to a lovely beach shack serving great cocktails and other drinks and snacks and where you can rent sunloungers. A car is definitely neeeded to access the supermarket in Latchi. There are roughly five restaurants within a 5 to 10 min drive though one at the bottom of the garden which was very handy. All-in-all, a relaxing holiday destination but not for those seeking a lively nightlife. Maro brought us figs twice and a homemade cake which was very generous. The only downside was Airbnb's mix up with booking and payment.

The FantaSea Villa is easily found: One of only 3 houses above the beach between Pomos and Pachyammos. Name sign by the road, cast iron gate, and a steep hill down to the house (but ok for normal cars). Once you get there, you have found paradise. A fabulous garden, pool, private garden with citrus fruit, and a house that has everything you need. During our one week stay in late October, we did not see one person on the beach - we literally had our own beach. The shoreline has round stones, but 5 meters into the water, you have a perfect sandy bottom. Great fish restaurant in Pomos, 2km away, and great trips West to Polis and Paphos (driving time 1hr,20min), or East up in the mountains to walk around the highest mountain and see the beautiful monastery at Kykkos. Good roads everywhere, but hectic local driving . Nicolas a great host - lots of goodies in the house and fridge so we could survive without shopping (good when you arrive in the evening). We shall definitely go back to Fantasea Villa when we get the chance again. Lars Hinkbøl, Denmark

We spent 5 nights at Niki's home. It was a great location for us in easy reach of Nicosia/Limassol/Larnaca. The house was comfortable with plenty of seating areas and the pool are was great and perfect for this heat! Niki was very fast at responding to any messages. I'd recommend Niki's place and would definitely consider staying again when in Cyprus.
