Amazing apartment on the 26th floor with great views of Nicosia from above. Location is AAA in the very centre of Nicosia, walking distance to all amenities and shops. Check-in was very easy and friendly, the porter was very helpful and instructions were spot on. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended.

The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet peaceful. Starting my trip to Cyprus here was an excellent choice, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The host has put great thought into fitting out this apartment and it's furnished to a very high standard - the beds and sofa were very comfy. the location is great with lots of nice cafes restaurants and shops nearby The hosts are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It was a pleasure staying here.

Exellent apartment for reasonable price! Clean, well-equiped and nice. Just let me notice that it's hard to get anywhere from this district without a car.

This accommodation is absolutely stunning. It was everything I expected and more! All as it is in the pictures. The surrounding views are just phenomenal, you have the Mountain View’s at the front of the house and the sea view in the distance at the back. I had a lovely stay and the hosts were very accommodating and very responsive with communication. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm and peaceful break Hope to come back again in the near future

What a beautiful and spacious bungalow! We were five adults with plenty of space! The complex is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea on the roof terrace. It was the perfect getaway for peace and quiet. I can't wait to return in the summer as there are 3 pools to choose from and the beach is 5 minutes away! Thank you to Sandy for making this a very easy process with consistent communication.

Enver is an amazing host and the location and apartment is perfect

The villa was beautiful, all the essentials was provided! The host was very informative and replied very quickly to any questions. The location is good if you are looking for peace and privacy, however there was a little bit of noise from the construction of other villas but this was very minimal and not constant. The villa is modern. Sofas and outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and bedding was provided. A big supermarket that is around the corner that you can even walk to. Easy access to main road but you cannot hear the traffic. Perfect for a relaxing end to our holiday. Will definitely stay here again.
