Waterfront vacation rentals in Nickajack Lake

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

Great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful inside and out. So close to everything but you feel like you are also tucked away.

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay! It looks just like the photos. My boyfriend and I had a long day traveling and Jessica was very flexible with our checkin and checkout time. Would highly recommend to friends and family! Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael and Hilde’s place! The location was peaceful and beautiful, offering a perfect getaway. We needed to check in late, and they provided incredibly detailed instructions with pictures, which we really appreciated. We also brought our dog, who had a great time socializing with their friendly and adorable pups. Michael and Hilde were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Despite some bad weather over the weekend, they thoughtfully reached out to offer suggestions in case we needed shelter for the night. We would love to return and enjoy the close proximity to the water next time!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful one bedroom apartment for two nights. The apartment was incredibly spacious and provided ample storage, which made our stay very comfortable. The cleanliness of the space was outstanding—quite possibly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We were also fortunate enough to enjoy the breathtaking view of the river, which made our time there truly special. While we had a fantastic experience overall, there were a couple of things we wanted to note for future guests. The apartment is located near a rather busy highway and we could hear traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, because the property has adjoining apartments, we were a bit conscious of the sounds we made and the ones coming from neighboring units.

It was beautiful condo and an even better view of the river. Very peaceful! We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive. We had a couple little issues the night of check in but they were addressed and fixed right away. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

We loved it here! The location was beautiful but the host and accommodations were superior. Ansley was a wonderful host. The weather got bad and she checked in to make sure we were ok. Even gave us a small refund due to the power outage that we didn’t ask for because we loved the place so much! She was very accommodating and quickly responded to all messages. We WILL be staying again in the future. Highly recommend!

James’ place was perfect for our family!! We had 3 adults and 4 kiddos and there was plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed hunting Easter eggs in the backyard, playing in the creek, playing foosball and the large dining table for family meals. The kids had a great time plopping on the bean bags and watching tv or reading books. We will definitely be back next time we plan a Chattanooga trip!! It was about 25 minutes to the Chattanooga zoo so not too far from the action!

My wife and I with our niece stayed here. Great place with plenty of space for us. Also close enough to go do things around Chattanooga. We would stay again if we are in the area. Nice and private with a nice view of the river.

We had a great stay at Bethany’s place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The perfect peaceful location away from the city while still be a quick drive to all the area attractions. Would stay with Bethany again for future visits to the area.

Beautiful and peaceful spot with an amazing dock right out on the river. The beds were so comfortable , we got to enjoy the deck and the serene views, and everything was very convenient. We are definitely going back.

Great spot right on the lake. The dock is right off the deck and it was great with our 4 year old. They had kayaks available, toys, a fire pit, and a hot tub. Host was super responsible and helpful. We had a great weekend!

We would come back here anytime. Perfect weekend getaway and just a 30 min drive to Chattanooga.

I booked a last minute trip for my family of 6 and I was able to snag Elizbeth's airbnb! We will absolutely be coming back. Everything was clean and everything was as Elizabeth said it would be. The kayaks were so fun, the dock was great to fish from! We didn't catch any fish but my sons had a great time fishing nonetheless. I took a nap on the couch on the screened porch- an absolute delight and so peaceful. Everyone slept great and I loved there was a bed for everyone. We are a family of 6 with boys ages 6 to 14 for reference. S'mores are fantastic to do over the fire pit and we talked to a few of the neighbors- everyone was nice! All in all, 5 stars!

We loved Ashley’s condo for our long weekend. It was beautiful, clean, and great location next to the river walk trail. About 15 min walk to get downtown/anywhere. Floors are quite creaky (it’s a historic home), worked best for us all to go to bed at same time so no one was up walking around while others were trying to sleep. Would definitely bring a noise machine if we brought the kids! Loved all the windows. Wish we could have opened them but I understand the bugs could upset other guests if they got in.

Location was amazing. Close to downtown Chattanooga and just far enough away where you can relax. Gary communication was fantastic

I rarely write reviews because most places are the same with some inconveniences so I just keep it to myself. Dana did a fantastic job as a host though because she provided all the necessities and more. We had a good amount of towels to use. We didn't have to run out to the groceries store to get more trash bags or toilet papers like other places. I was confused when she didn't have a list of things I had to do to check out so that was a nice surprise. My kids loved looking at the birds and river while they were there so her location was a good spot. Overall, we'd recommend it.

This spot felt sooo quiet and private for how close it was to everything! The area it’s in is perfect if you want to walk everywhere without staying in downtown. Also the Murphy bed was so comfy :) Would definitely stay here again!
