Absolutely adorable house in a very quiet location. It was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a fun, restful night! We will definitely be returning!!

A great deal and easy to find, though there was an abandoned house next door and coal trains out front. Ideal for two travellers each wanting their own room. Tastfully decorated and impressively clean, but sparse: limited lighting, and no lamps in the bedrooms. Can confirm that the heat worked well. Host was a friendly communicator.

Chris and Debbie had a wonderful home! The hot tub was amazing. The property is beautiful. The ease to get to New River Gorge and all the close by scenery was amazing! Clean and they thought of EVERYTHING!

Great place to stay if you’re looking to explore the New River Gorge. Very close to the visitor center and to town. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend!

We loved this place for our visit to New River Gorge National Park. House was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes to downtown Fayetteville, 10-15 minutes to Oak Hill and about 10 minutes to the park visitor center. Plus, there were a bunch of hikes within a 20-30 minutes drive. We loved the local recommendations, they were very helpful. Backyard was great for our dog. Firepit was lovely at night. If you are a birdwatcher, there was some great viewing just in the backyard - we saw a bunch of bluebirds, red bellied woodpeckers and pileated woodpeckers and many others. Highly recommend if you are coming the area!!

Thanks for the stay! This house was perfect for our group, very spaceous with a large kitchen and family room and the location could not have been any better. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Summersville parking lot, so if you are planning on going to the lake then look no further. Would love to stay here again sometime!

Great location between Hawks Nest state park, Fayetteville, and the New River Gorge NP. Cozy cabin feel with plenty of space!

We had a great time. The unfortunate situation was what we chose to stay in which was the only reason we went there had a frozen pipe issue. The cabin was originally from 1840 but we had to stay in a more modern one. They did upgrade us to a bigger cabin but it was only two of us. We did have our hearts set on staying at the original one we chose. It worked out we had a good time actually there was nobody else there and it was very peaceful. He did communicate with us unfortunately it was through email and we were on the road and I did not see it till we got there. Once again it was a good time though.

The trip was great! Beautiful cabin right on the river. Relaxing trip from all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Ashley was a great host , she was helpful and responded with any questions that I had! Highly recommend.

We stay here often and are never disappointed. A recommended spot for a comfortable place of you're visiting the area!

Location! Location! Location! Very convenient to the Gorge bridge, hiking trails, and Summersville lake. Very clean and comfortable!

This “Cozy Cabin” was secluded and private in the hills of West Virginia! This quaint cabin is located down a private lane surrounded by beautiful scenery, tall trees, a welcoming front porch! We enjoyed the numerous amenities like the grill, sauna, outdoor tub, and great s’mores on the fire-pit. This cabin has everything you need for cooking and plenty of blankets and towels! So impressed with this cabin and the games provided for a rainy day or late night. This cabin is so close to restaurants and hiking trails. The cabin exceeded or expectations and would stay again!!!

We thought this place was a great escape for a mother/daughters weekend getaway. The location was private enough to feel you had space away from everything but also very well located to local shops, restaurants, and the parks for hiking. The descriptiom does not sell short. Everything was easy to use & they had very detailed instructions on how to operate certain things around the house. There was also enough space for our 2 large dogs to play in and around the house and feel at home. We did feel some photos online were a little outdated, like the fire pit area was not in exact state anymore, as well as what was available at the house as they mentioned in their house binder, like flashlights and lighters, and could use an inventory check, but they were small things that did not impact our trip directly. There was a neighbor nearby they recommended to call for firewood & he was super friendly & made our fire pit nights so convenient. We will definitely look to stay at this place again!

Victor was very responsive, and understanding. It’s quaint and quiet. Absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time at Darien’s cabin. We were about 10-15 minutes from some great hiking, the gorge bridge, and great restaurants in the cute town of Fayetteville. My kids got to watch snow falling one morning on the front porch and we listened to the frogs every time it rained. The hot tub was heavenly! Thank you so much for having us and for all of the effort that you put into making our stay comfy, peaceful, and special.

Needed a spontaneous getaway and this was the perfect solution. Beautiful and unique decorating. Perfect amount of space for my partner, myself, and my dog. Short drive to so many trails. Absolutely loved and highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, clear communication with Jennifer our host. The house centrally located to many activities. We had a wonderful short getaway and went rafting on the new river gorge. It was a wonderful time. We highly recommend it.

This house was gorgeous!! The hot tub was incredible, we loved the privacy and the views were beautiful! We were able to walk from the backyard right onto a trail that had an awesome view of the gorge! The house was even nicer than the pictures look and everything was very clean and comfy!

The house was nice and looked like the pictures. I think it had not been stayed in for a little bit before our check in as it had a little musty smell , but we opened the windows and it cleared out quickly. Myla was very responsive with the couple of requests we had during our stay The property is nice, but small backyard as most of the space is in the front. The driveway was as described - definitely a hill :) The closest town is Summersville which has everything you need for a week away. Nothing that Myla could prevent but there are dogs at the corner who bark ALOT! Just a heads up in case you bring a dog who barks when they hear other dogs barking.

This cabin was perfect! A great way to spend a week with family. Peaceful and quiet. Will definitely be back!

We came down to whitewater raft and zipline with Adventures on the Gorge. The cabin was so close to Adventures on the Gorge. It is nice and secluded, and has everything you need for your getaway! The hottub was great after a long day of adventuring. The host gave great local recommendations and even stopped by our first night to see if we needed anything. Our two boys (10 and 12) enjoyed the woods around the cabin. The personal touches were amazing- fresh flowers on the table, fresh baked cookies, and souvenir glasses to take home! I have stayed many places, but this one is a favorite for sure!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our getaway! The space was airy, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the peaceful outdoor patio - it was the perfect spot to relax. The location was quiet and private, which is what we were looking for. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and plenty of storage space. We felt right at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!"
