The pictures don’t do this place justice! Our stay was amazing! We felt so at home and cozy! Robert was so responsible and went above and beyond for us. He brought us over an iron within 10mins of the request. The bedrooms were all good size. The bathroom was very nice. The location was a perfect short 5min drive to restaurants, convention centers and casino. I would absolutely recommend and book again!

We had a great stay at Bruce's place. It was clean, had everything we needed, and Bruce was very responsive any time we reached out. Some features of the house like the sun room and the big master bedroom were beautiful and we loved it. Neighborhood was very peaceful and safe for late night walks. Overall a great stay and we would be back if we have a chance!

I booked for one night, and had everything arranged to surprise my girlfriend for a romantic night. But I found out too late, the day of, that she had University exams that she had to attend, and couldn't join me. So, I had to cancel the booking. I gave 5 star rating, because I trusted the other reviews were accurate, even though I didn't arrive there. Looking forward, Warren, to enjoy your beautiful cottage sometime this year.

This is located in a very accessible area to all that Buffalo has to offer. It was inspiring to know the host family’s story and how they are making the American dream of entrepreneurship and ambition work. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. We had the best stay here!!! It was perfect. Beautifully renovated house with all amenities. Bigger and better in real life than the photos, which already looked excellent. We stayed with our 2 young boys (4 and 6), and the house was amazing for them too. Lots of space to play, great back yard, fun and comfy bedrooms for them too. The house was stocked with lovely towels, dishware, umbrellas and more. Spotless, tidy and comfortable. Excellent central AC for our summer visit. We were in town visiting family, and we had lots of room for big family dinners inside and out. Great BBQ as well. Such an amazing neighbourhood too, lots of walkable cafes, shops and subway, but still leafy green and quiet in the house. Neighbours are lovely too. Hasmik was an exceptional host, we’ve stayed at many airBNB’s and she’s by far the best. Very clear instructions, super quick to respond, and when a couple unexpected things needed sorting at the house she was super efficient, kind and proactive!

This home went above and beyond what we expected. It was clean, cute, had all the amenities and many thoughtful extra touches. I could tell they really cared about making our stay enjoyable. The kids loved the ping pong table. It was also a super easy drive to Niagara. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely look into staying here.

We booked Gary's place as a group of 11 and had a great time. Gary was extremely responsive and answered my messages within an hour of them being sent if not sooner. On our final evening, there was a big snow dump and Gary arranged to have the driveway cleared so that we were easily able to get out. Very very minimal spaces for improvement: The games room is in the garage so it is very cold. Perhaps not the best place to hang out in the dead of winter but I imagine on warmer days it's awesome. Also there were a couple of cobwebs around the house (in one of the kitchen light fixtures and another in the basement office area) however nothing that we couldn't grab a paper towel and clean away ourselves. I recommend this spot and would love to return in the summer so that we can enjoy the pool and games room. Thanks for a great stay Gary! We'll be back!

This was a beautiful, charming home in a great location and came equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend booking your stay with Grace. There was a snowstorm the evening before we had to check out, so Grace and her team voluntarily gave us a few extra hours to check out safely. We really appreciated the kindness, and the attention to detail!

We stayed for a weekend, and had a great time. The team was really responsive and were able to help out immediately with any questions I had. Would recommend!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

An affordable accomodation for a winter traveler on a budget. Warm. Great location if you enjoy walking through residential citiscapes to Deleware Park or Hertel- a vibrant street with shops and restaurants. Good snapshot of what Parkside has to offer.

Jodi & family were amazing hosts! The place was beautiful spacious but yet very warm and cozy! I would highly recommend! P.s Jodi is very accommodating and super responsive, everything was exactly what we were looking for and advertised!

I cannot say enough great things about Bryan's place! It exceeded our expectations...the house is amazing; the beds were very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Lake Erie is a short walk and provides the house with gorgeous views. We went in January so the pool was closed. but I can only imagine what it would be like in summertime...definitely want to plan another trip.

Correena is a host that everyone wishes for. Quick to respond, funny, and understanding. Everything was setup so well for our stay. The Airbnb came with a breakfast which is above and beyond! I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

We had an amazing weekend at Gil's place! We were a group of 6 and loved the beautiful, cozy space that was perfectly equipped for us. The location was fantastic—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, making our mornings easy and enjoyable. The house was immaculate and spacious for all to relax. Gil was an exceptional host, offering great local recommendations for events and restaurants that truly enhanced our experience. Thank you Gil & Loida! Overall, it was a wonderful getaway filled with fun, and we can’t wait to return!

Loved this stay! Chris was incredibly friendly and communicative. Furthermore, not only was the home cozy and functional, but it was full of fun and unique spaces I haven't seen anywhere else. My friends and I fell completely in love with the house and its beautiful surroundings, and we hope to be back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay! There were four of us in my party. We each had our own sleeping space including the three bedrooms and the pull out couch in the living room. All of the rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The place had everything we needed and it was very clean and cozy. It was a 10 minute walk to get into town which is so convenient and beautiful to walk by the lake. Tons of restaurants and wineries close by. It was also a bonus to have a long driveway which easily fit all four of our cars. I would highly recommend this place if you are traveling to the area. We will definitely be back! The owners are also extremely attentive and booking was easy.

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

We have stayed at Bethany‘s place numerous times to ski at Holiday Valley ski resort. Bethany is a super host… Always proactive with communication and making sure we have everything we need for a pleasant stay. We feel right at home in this cozy apartment and look forward to our stays each time we visit!

We loved our stay at Daniel & Jo’s tiny home. They were such welcoming, responsive, and friendly hosts. The space was very clean and so nice, just like the photos. We stayed in the winter and found the home to be very warm & still went for a lovely walk nearby. We had everything we needed and more (the personalized welcome card was such a nice touch). Also, of course, the goats were amazing!! We’ll definitely be back!
