The pictures don’t do this place justice! Our stay was amazing! We felt so at home and cozy! Robert was so responsible and went above and beyond for us. He brought us over an iron within 10mins of the request. The bedrooms were all good size. The bathroom was very nice. The location was a perfect short 5min drive to restaurants, convention centers and casino. I would absolutely recommend and book again!

We had a great stay at Bruce's place. It was clean, had everything we needed, and Bruce was very responsive any time we reached out. Some features of the house like the sun room and the big master bedroom were beautiful and we loved it. Neighborhood was very peaceful and safe for late night walks. Overall a great stay and we would be back if we have a chance!

Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. We had the best stay here!!! It was perfect. Beautifully renovated house with all amenities. Bigger and better in real life than the photos, which already looked excellent. We stayed with our 2 young boys (4 and 6), and the house was amazing for them too. Lots of space to play, great back yard, fun and comfy bedrooms for them too. The house was stocked with lovely towels, dishware, umbrellas and more. Spotless, tidy and comfortable. Excellent central AC for our summer visit. We were in town visiting family, and we had lots of room for big family dinners inside and out. Great BBQ as well. Such an amazing neighbourhood too, lots of walkable cafes, shops and subway, but still leafy green and quiet in the house. Neighbours are lovely too. Hasmik was an exceptional host, we’ve stayed at many airBNB’s and she’s by far the best. Very clear instructions, super quick to respond, and when a couple unexpected things needed sorting at the house she was super efficient, kind and proactive!

This home went above and beyond what we expected. It was clean, cute, had all the amenities and many thoughtful extra touches. I could tell they really cared about making our stay enjoyable. The kids loved the ping pong table. It was also a super easy drive to Niagara. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely look into staying here.

Amazing place! We were a large group, and everyone got their own room. It’s hard to find a spacious place like this without compromising on comfort. The game room was definitely a nice bonus. The host was responsive and flexible. Who knows—maybe I’ll book it again soon!

We had an amazing stay. Traveling with a toddler and two dogs can be a challenge, but this place made everything so much easier and more enjoyable for all of us. The space was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for families with young children and pets. Our toddler loved it and our dogs enjoyed the wide open spaces to play. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. The place was equipped with a high chair and pack and play. The house itself was cozy, well-equipped, and really felt like a home away from home. It was also in a great location, with a nearby park perfect for our dogs. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We hope to be back in the summer!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

This is a wonderful area of Buffalo to stay in! I appreciated the coziness of the private suite, the comfortable bed, and Theresa's responsiveness to questions and requests. If you value a local guest experience rather than a cookie cutter hotel, give this beautiful home on Crescent a try!

Correena is the best host we have ever encountered. Her amazing attention to detail and going above and beyond to create a welcoming environment made our stay one I wish I could rate 100 stars. She felt more like family than a host. I was sad to have to go home. The space is warm, clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the continental breakfast was an amazing touch! From the fireplace to the couch, this place was so cozy. The boardgames were a great touch. The beds were beyond comfy. Best sleep we all got in a long time. Everything was beyond perfect. I CAN NOT say it enough! We can't wait to stay here again. Hopefully super soon! Thanks again Correena! You made our trip amazing.

Stayed at Joelle’s place to watch a bills game at highmark. Her place is beautiful and a quick uber to the stadium. Would stay again in a heartbeat

This little house on the hill was the perfect fit for our group of 7. Lots of room for our kids to spread out and enjoy themselves, inside and out. It was clean, updated, and had a beautiful view. It’s not far from town but far enough to feel like you are in the country. Sally was an accommodating and kind hostess!

We stayed here for a single night but man I would stay here longer in a heart beat! Super private and chill vibes! We’ll be back here in the future!

Perfect experience! Beautiful home, very well maintained, spacious and lacking in no amenities! Chris was responsive and flexible and his instructions were super clear! The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for big groups, the fireplaces were a cozy addition to the wintery atmosphere, and we had beautiful views from the house. Fair warning about the driveway in winter: Chris's recommendation for 4 wheel drive and/or winter tires is not to be taken lightly when there's a chance of ice or slush on the steep driveway entrance off the gravel road. Even with 4 wheels drive vehicles, there was tire spinning in our admittedly terrible mix of freezing rain and snow. But all in all, our group loved our stay, conveniently near to Holiday Valley, and charming cabin atmosphere.

Our stay was very good. The house is located on quiet street close to downtown area. Very clean and quaint. Host very responsive.

Susan's place is the perfect spot while staying in Ellicottville, especially if you value peace and quiet after a day of skiing, tubing or shopping. It is located within a very reasonable drive of all things Holiday Valley and has everything one needs for a relaxing getaway. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything one needs for a relaxing getaway. My son said the mattress on his bed gave him the best nights sleep he's ever had and the oversized couch was so comfy I fell asleep more than once. Susan was a very responsive host. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Ellicottville.

This place was so serene, and stunning even in the winter! The property was beautiful and we loved the animals :) The hosts were so thoughtful and responsive, such a great little getaway.
