host was extremely responsive, helpful and flexible. the home was exactly as pictured -- clean, comfy, appropriately priced. great location, close to the highway. to no fault but our own, didn't look closely enough at the pictures to see that it was a split level home which made things very challenging with my 16 month old son -- only mentioning this for future renters so they know to bring some sort of baby Gate in a similar situation! would definitely recommend this home ♥️

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Our stay was amazing! We felt so at home and cozy! Robert was so responsible and went above and beyond for us. He brought us over an iron within 10mins of the request. The bedrooms were all good size. The bathroom was very nice. The location was a perfect short 5min drive to restaurants, convention centers and casino. I would absolutely recommend and book again!

We had a great stay at Bruce's place. It was clean, had everything we needed, and Bruce was very responsive any time we reached out. Some features of the house like the sun room and the big master bedroom were beautiful and we loved it. Neighborhood was very peaceful and safe for late night walks. Overall a great stay and we would be back if we have a chance!

We went to Buffalo with a large group for a football game and the property suited us well. There are plenty of beds and space for all. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were not crammed. I will definitely keep this place in mind next time I’m in Buffalo.

Overall, the accommodations were exactly as described. It had everything we needed to make meals, a quiet backyard fenced for the kids, and was close to everything we planned on doing. It was in a quiet neighborhood, was clean, and provided a comfortable place for us to land after days of adventure.

We rented both orange and clementine houses and was a great space for our large family in town for a wedding in Orchard Park. The host was quick to respond and flexible with check-in and out times and kept the pool open for us for our later September visit and we got to really enjoy it!

The house was beautiful and spacious. Grace was so kind and responded quickly to any messages. The welcome card and basket was a beautiful touch to welcome us. Would stay here again

This immaculately clean house was exactly as pictured, and Beatriz did a great job of doing small things that make huge differences. There were shampoos and soaps in both bathrooms. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Extra garbage bags and toilet paper. Laundry soap. Enough towels, washcloths, coffee cups, glasses, wine glasses, rocks glasses, plates, and silverware for our large group. Toys and gated stairs for our two 2-year olds. Beds were extremely comfortable and showers were nice and strong. We got to go for a nice walk in the park across the street. The house was close to EVERYTHING. Multiple family members suggested we book this home again in the future. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve been to (and there have been many!). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Booked this airbnb for Me my wife and our wedding party to have our wedding In St.Catharines the location was perfect and the house was just what we needed to accomodate everyone and allow for a relaxing retreat during the chaos of wedding planning leading up to the big day, the host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions that arose, would reccomend to anyone traveling with a large group looking for a quite and comfortable place to stay!!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

Very nice quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy, directly in front of the house. A short walk to The Martin House. Theresa gave quick responses to any questions I had. No problem walking through the kitchen. The apartment was really clean and comfortable.

Jodi & family were amazing hosts! The place was beautiful spacious but yet very warm and cozy! I would highly recommend! P.s Jodi is very accommodating and super responsive, everything was exactly what we were looking for and advertised!

We had a wonderful stay at Green Acres. We had a fun adventure horseback riding, picked up pizza and sweet baked goods from a cute little bakery called Bakers Corner just a short drive away (does offer Uber eats)! Started the night with drinks in the hot tub followed by a cozy fire! The location was very private, the property absolutely stunning (pictures don't do it justice). The cabins were cozy and warm with all little details thought of! Robes, slippers, fully equipt kitchen, tons of activities and the cutest cabin decor! We will absolutely be back!

Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. Thank You Sarah so much We already miss Maverick .. so does Wylie, Yours, Sandy and Mike

Stayed for a weekend in a snow storm and it was great once we made it. The snow plow service did a good job with the driveway before we got there. The place was very cozy and plenty of movies and games. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and spices. Instructions were always very clear and intuitive of when you might need them.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The listing reflected the home, and the features accurately. Communication from Jing and Paul was great. The home was clean and well stocked. Highly recommended.

Susan’s place met all our expectations. Easy to find, even though out in country, great lighting for after dark. Susan was quick to respond to all inquiries. She left us brochures and restaurant suggestions. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The home is convenient to Ellicottville restaurants and shops (super cute downtown). Highly recommend! (And we hope to be back!)

Exceeded our expectations. Perfect get away for us and our dog.
