If you’re looking for secluded, this is it! AT&T offers no service out there which was perfect. Bugs come with the territory so if it bothers you, just bring your sprays. It is off the beaten path but my little sedan made it slow and steady. Once I hit the gravel roads it was about 30 minutes to the destination because I was taking it easy. The place is quiet. A nice steam running alongside the cabin. DVD player provided with a few DVDs offered. (I only watch tv to help me sleep) otherwise I spent my time fireside making kabobs and hamburgers! I was almost out of firewood and I was able to connect to a satellite and message Bill and he was over with a truckload in less than 30 minutes. Now that’s service. I’m a solo traveler and a hiker so I went to explore the trails of the mighty Buffalo which was a little over an hour drive from the home. It’s simple and secluded. If that’s you, this is your place. Enjoy and happy trails!

Great place for a big group of 5 couples. Multiple gathering spaces on a beautiful property. Awesome location with multiple hikes and kayaking 10-30 minutes away. Recommend and hope to come back ourselves.

Lovely and convenient spot for HCR climbing. 10/10 would book again. We never found those two foxes though, lol

Came for an anniversary weekend and I’m thankful we choose this place. It was so restful and relaxing and those views are amazing! The place was clean and so spacious. And the brownies were delicious! Just overall a great weekend for us!

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed! Very clean, cute decor, and everything that you might need. The views from the deck and upper balcony are wonderful! Short drive down to Jasper for shops and restaurants. It’s on a fairly busy road but we did not notice any traffic noise from the house. Love that it’s pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Hands down the best AIR BnB experience ever! Location was perfect, house was pristine and the sunset from the front porch was the greatest thing you’ll ever see.

Our stay at Billy Goats Gruff in Jasper was nothing short of perfect! Nicole has thought of every detail to make it feel like a true home away from home. The property was a delight, with friendly dogs, goats, and chickens that quickly became part of the family. We loved exploring the grounds and had so much fun splashing around in the creek. Its location was ideal, offering easy access to hiking trails and outdoor adventures that our whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, nature-filled getaway!

Home was well cared for with amenities of all sorts available. The only issue we really had was every room was infested with lady bugs. We vacuumed what we could but they kept coming out. Guess they wanted to give good luck. Kids enjoyed the s’mores provided for fire pit just needed dry fire wood. They also enjoyed the “cave” in the bunk bedroom which was a closet with a vent cover they could see whom was walking up and down the stairs. Kathy had a ton of information in the home for things to do for week and very responsive to any questions. We about froze first night upstairs but she was quick to let us know to check vents in floor behind doors. Kitchen had more than normal ware to use for cooking and plenty of cleaning supplies to keep tidy. Lots of hiking and site seeing within 40 minutes of cabin. Highly recommend Jasper area as eat lunch at ozark Cafe and saw “Santa” at the court house gazebo putting up the Christmas tree Fun trip overall.

We loved our week at the cabin! It was incredibly peaceful sitting on the covered deck overlooking the magnificent view of the valley and surrounding mountains. There are tons of hiking trails with waterfalls all around. There was a book with popular hikes, restaurants, and helpful information at the house. The kitchen is well stocked and there were thoughtful touches throughout such as mints and chocolates on the bed and warm brownies upon arrival! We will definitely be coming back again!
