We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for Storyland and Saco River. The hosts responded so quickly and it was clean and beautiful especially the back yard. We loved the Scandinavian design inside and out.

This is a perfect place to have a great time with your loved one, very comfortable , spacious and easy to access, the house is clean and and had everything we needed, I recommend for everyone, I loved our stay at the house.

We have continued to enjoy our family’s Christmas traditions in the large Conway House. It is in the perfect location, minutes from everything but far enough away to not be right in the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The house is very large and easily accommodates our 3 families. Having 3 floors allows for us all to have our own space, yet room to come together as well. Everyone enjoys the game room and the large dining room table was perfect for us all to eat together and play games at night. Judith is the most responsive and attentive host. You’ll love your stay here!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there over Christmas and the home was nicely decorated. Amy even put up a Christmas tree for us to decorate ourselves. That was a nice touch and was very much appreciated!

Thanks for a great stay. The house was very comfortable. Close to great downhill skiing, restaurants, stores and church. The hot tub was an added plus after full days of skiing. Jeremiah and Lisseth were excellent at responding quickly to our needs. We all had a wonderful time and would love to return in the near future.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

We enjoyed our stay at Janine's with our two dogs. It was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and a short drive to Sunday River. The house was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with everything we needed. We particularly liked the convenience of the mudroom, and being near the Bethel Inn for nordic skiing. The bedrooms were private and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying there!

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

This is the second time we have stayed. It is exactly as advertised and works well for us. The kitchen is a real plus as we like to cook for the group. It is very clean and the communication with staff/owners is very easy.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cozy cabin! With all the modern amenities you could need, this house felt like home and was a great place to relax after a day of exploring! Spacious, peaceful, and gorgeous!

No issues at all, great area that we have stayed in before, it’s quiet and still within close distance to so much. The condo/home was perfect for our family of four. We weren’t there long but the couple days we were was perfect.

Lory's home is probably the most well-organized ABB I've been in. Drawers labeled, well stocked, clear instructions, even matching place-settings! Very spacious and exactly as described. First I've been to where the TV made it seamless and easy to reset guest data from streaming services - awesome. Great location with easy access to Jackson/Glen/North Way and south via West Side Road. WAZE took us to the incorrect location - Google maps actually worked better. Will definitely rent from Lory again if we are up that way. Thanks for a terrific stay!

This house is in an amazing location, literally built next to a brook with water falls. Gorgeous views of nature, very serene with walking trails right off the property. North Conway is a couple minutes drive. We hope to come back in warm weather to enjoy a dip in the brook and use the outdoor firepit. Naomi and Noah were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend to families with older children. We stayed with our young adult kids and had an amazing weekend.

Jeremiah and Lisseth are very responsive and welcoming hosts. This is our second time staying at one of their properties in the area and we will gladly book with them again. The cabin was just as described and even though we did not stay during the Fryeburg Fair, we can honestly say this would be THE spot to stay during fair week as it's right next to the grounds.

The cabin is a perfect place for a weekend getaway! Close enough to town but secluded enough to feel like you are far away from everything. We had a wonderful time staying here!

This place was very convenient to all six of the ski areas and was close to my sister. The condo was beautiful and we had plenty of room for all 6 of us. My 2 adult children loved the bunk beds. The heating was very easy to control by room and we loved the gas fireplace in the living room that provided heat for the kitchen, living and dining room. I placed a pot of water on the gas fireplace to provide humidity to the rooms while the weather outside was pretty cold. It worked very well. Thank you Bradley and team for hosting us at your condo and answering all our questions promptly.

Great last minute holiday ski trip and tubing to Cranmore. Skiing, shopping and restaurants are all nearby. Jeremiah & Lisseth’s place was beautifully maintained and had great amenities. We had a minor issue getting into the house but they were very responsive in resolving the issue right away. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

We had a great stay with our friends and kids! Sandy`s place was clean and we had everything we needed to relax after skiing! Attitash was a quick drive, and Wildcat wasn't too far either. There were plenty of restaurants nearby- most places did not take reservations, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with a large party- wait times for a table were usually about an hour the holiday week we stayed here. The kids enjoyed a movie on the TV provided and we had plenty of hot water for all 9 of us. The onsite laundry is a huge bonus when traveling with kids- we appreciated this amenity! We give Sandy 5 stars for our stay. Thank you for having us!

Really great place to have a big family gathering. Plenty of little places to sit and chat with a small group or circle around the big group. Also the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and varied for different types of family sub-groups (us with kids, grandparents without, etc.)

The cabin was wonderfully cozy, conveniently located and loved the fire pit and indoor fire place!! Kitchen is well stocked - happy to see a pancake griddle! Great place for a wintery getaway, minutes to both down hill and cross country ski locations and many great restaurants! We hope to visit again someday - so nice to be able to bring our pup too!
