we booked Nina's place about a month ago for a trip that wasn't expected..( family expected to pass) we got ahold of the host with the days we wanted and worked with us extremely quickly to get the trip paid for and booked.. Let me start by saying we felt welcomed and satisfied with our choice to stay here..My family bring near parkersburg it was far enough away from grind of city life, but close enough if needed.. The house is nice and cozy, not suitable for large family or gatherings however..stairs into the place from both entrances, so keep that in mind if you have small kids or maybe someone needing assistance..inside you'll find a nice equipped place with dishes cooking wares , lots of blankets, towels and even some start up condiments in the fridge..both rooms have a private bathroom for them which is convenient for you and extra guests..main living area is fun for games,cooking and TV time..River is right outside the back too as a extra bonus.. we hope to return again

We LOVED our stay!! Such a beautiful place in such a pretty location. We saw a million deer up in the hills on our way in! When we got there, the cabin had cute Christmas decor, everything was super clean, place had everything you would need. Shower water was nice and hot. The beds were very comfortable, the couch was awesome, the Christmas tree was a beautiful touch. We enjoyed the ambiance! The hot tub was the best ever! We didn’t want to leave this morning. We will definitely be back! Communication was great with Abby, very quick and responsive. Kids loved the toys included in the rooms. We all had fun!! The ride out in the trees was beautiful this morning. Felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. Dreamy! Thank you!! Happy Holidays!

We used Chao's place for several days over Thanksgiving week. We chose it because it was near our daughters' homes and had a nice dining room that could seat six adults and two small children. It was the ideal place for our Thanksgiving dinner. It even had a crib that our 10-month old grandson used for his afternoon nap and of course the dining room table was spacious enough that we could sll gather around it comfortably.

It was my birthday weekend and my boyfriend and I wanted to do a little get away. The cottage is so nice and cozy, my favorite things were the bathtub and the fireplace! I drank 2 cups of coffee by it every morning! The Hot tub room is so cool and sets a great vibe to hangout and relax. Megan and Ty are so friendly and helped us whenever we needed it. Thanks for a great stay :) Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice get away spot!
