Condo vacation rentals in Newport County

We had a great stay at the general store. Loved the space! Open and airy kitchen-dining-living room area with plenty of room to spread out, play games, and just hang out. Cute little outdoor hang out area too! The bedrooms are comfy & having 2 full bathrooms is key! The location is excellent. Walkable to the restaurants & shops on Thames street & the surrounding streets. Two nice parks & a little beach nearby & historic homes everywhere. The mansions are walkable too if you are intrepid. Had a great time & hope to stay again the next time we come to Newport!

We loved staying at this condo. Everything was exactly as described and in perfect condition: comfortable beds, toiletries, games: everything we needed for our short stay was there. The location is great for walking everywhere. The host was very easy to contact and helpful: we had a few questions and they were resolved immediately. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Anna’s place! The apartment was very clean and big and comfortable for five of us. Certainly big enough for six people. The location is perfect, walkable to everywhere and also nice shopping center, grocery stores, TJ Max homegoods are close by for any small items we needed. We also enjoyed the beautiful fire pit outside at night. We loved this affordable and beautiful vacation home. Thank you, Anna!!

My stay in Newport in Amber and John's room was quite perfect. The space was clean and spotless, and in a very central location to all of the nearby sites. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for somewhere to stay during their trip to Newport, RI. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book this room again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham LongWharf, as always! The front desk was very helpful and gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our Anniversary! We also got a few later checkout due to daylight savings time so we could rest a little longer! We highly recommend!

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Great location- walkable to all restaurants and shops. This place has two assigned parking spaces across the street. Place is very clean and has all needed supplies. Would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s Airbnb. Photos were very accurate and you can’t beat the location. Lots of great restaurants around and plenty to do. There was also always space to park in the back. I stayed for a few weeks and would definitely go back!

Phil's place is ideally located in New Bedford for beautiful walks along the pier and throughout the downtown historic district. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. The crows nest offers the best views of the downtown! Phil was very helpful and responsive. Easy to get checked in and out.

Great location by Brown university

There was a cyclone the day after we arrived. We asked I if there were umbrellas in the unit and told no but that's a good idea. We left for breakfast. When we returned 2 umbrellas were sitting by our door. These are very responsive hosts. We were very happy with the accommodations. They meet the needs of our trip.

If you’re looking for a spot to stay in Narragansett this would be it. Right near the beach and ferry.

This is the 3rd stay with Mustafa and like previous stays, everything was great. Great location convenient to RICC and great restaurants on Federal Hill. Off street parking a bonus. 5 stars. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The Airbnb was an ideal location. Close walking distance to everything in town. The place was clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Anna’s place was well above our expectations. The location was perfect. It’s was not only a walkable area but located in town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was easy and accessible. The room itself was incredibly spacious. We had the 3br, 3ba, 2 floor condo. It was more than enough space for the 5 of us during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the multiple balconies on both sides of the condo were an added plus. We especially liked the views overlooking town on one side and the water/pier on the opposite side. The patio furniture on the balconies was a bonus as well to enjoy morning coffee or wine in the evenings. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Newport!

Great location and restaurant in the building is nice too!

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

One of several owner managed resort condominium complexes in Newport, this property offers excellent family-centered amenities (two movies every day at noon & 5pm, multiple pools and hot tubs, and more), and it is well maintained. Lee Ann’s condo was sparkling and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of five. The en suite king room was very comfortable, as was the room with two twins, and the queen sofa pullout was comfy enough as well. The dining table and small yet well stocked kitchen were also perfect for dining in—and included dish soap and detergent for dishwasher and laundry. The only notable issue we had was with check-in. A word to the wise for those booking through AirBnB—ask Lee Ann to submit all names of those on the reservation that may be the ones to check in. Due to security (a good reason), my husband was unable to check in without me. The supervisor helped us when we couldn’t reach Lee Ann, and all worked out in the end, however!

this was our third year staying at gary’s place. our family loves newport! we especially love being in walking distance to everything downtown. the condo has all of the amenities our family needs to rest, relax and have fun as well as lots of space! thanks again, gary!

We stayed in the main building -- suite was nicely appointed. There was a tiny bit of a damp smell, but the place was very clean which is top of our list in terms of priorities. The on-site restaurant was fabulous, and it is a 9 minute drive into downtown Newport. We found it difficult to get an Uber, but if you have your own vehicle you will have absolutely no issue at all whatsoever. This room was half the price of anything else in the area, and it was absolutely worth it. Happy with our stay.
