The place was amazing, and Geoff and Trudy were great hosts. The house was close by to both the pools, beach, and playground. Very clean, spacious, and modern. Plenty of visitor car parking nearby too. Communicating with the hosts was easy, and they were extremely accommodating. Would consider coming back.

This is a lovely, light and very comfortable townhouse. Beds have crisp linen, the kitchen is well-stocked and the open-plan living area is very spacious. The location is great with a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants and the Avoca Beach Theatre.

Great location, a short walk to the town with lots of amenities or a short walk to the stunning Dutchman's beach. The only downside was the building site next door who started early... But not a problem if you're an early riser!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Amenities were amazing. The space was clean, stylish and very close to the beach. Highly recommend for families.

Great house. Host really reactive when we reported issues with kettle and bbq gas they came and replaced immediately ( less than an hour after reporting) very friendly.

Karen and Brendan's place was very nicely presented with great attention to detail, especially the bedrooms. It was a very comfortable stay, especially with the reclining lounge chairs. It was close to local shops and a short walk to beautiful Bennett's beach down the street.

Everything we needed

We highly recommend this house. Location is good if you have a car. The place is spacious. Has a great tv upstairs with complimentary Netflix access. The lounge is big and comfortable but could do with a cover it’s starting to show it’s age as is the carpet. Downstairs where the bedrooms are is cold in winter so consider requesting heater(s). We would stay here again.

This place felt like it would be perfect in a Tarantino film. That cool, hip sort of aesthetic. The excellent Budgewoi Hotel is a 2 min walk up the road. Jeff was the perfect host with clear, concise instructions and zero imposition on our stay. It is such a serene, peaceful location. We’re already looking for an excuse to come back and stay.

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife and 3 young children. The house is lovely and had everything that we needed. Perfect place for a quiet family holiday.

Selina’s place is beautiful, great size for our group with plenty of space to hang out. Location is amazing too, just a hop and a skip to the beach and restaurants in Terrigal. As a host, Selina has been incredibly accommodating and helpful, very responsive too. Thank you, Selina!

Avril’s house is in a great location, so close to the beach and stunning rock shelf. It was a perfect home away from home with everything we needed for our stay.

A great stay. The Townhouse was beautifully presented and for a large family like ours, the layout was perfect. Very peaceful and easy to walk to restaurants and close to the beach.

What a lovely place to stay! The Luxe Escape was modern and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Erin is an extremely thoughtful host and has included everything you could possibly need. Our family of 5 were very comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

Great place to stay. Close to everything in Fingal bay and only a short drive to Shoal Bay and Nelson’s Bay. Kids were able to ride their bike/trikes down to the beach.

Spacious, well furnished and with easy access to the nearby beach, Karina's house was the perfect place for our group of families with kids to spend a few relaxing days in Port Stephens. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The surroundings were beautiful, the neighbourhood was quiet and Jacqui was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend here to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay.

The house is in the centre of two other Townhouses, so we have to park the car on street as the garage was full of other items. No rooms downstairs, so not good for elderly or the disabled. Overall its a lovely property and around 500m walk from the Lakes entrance centre.

it was very convenient. You don't need to bring many stuff. Most of thing is there. Only 5 minutes to the beach, cafe, and restaurants. It was well cleaned home. They well wiped floor and kitchen area. It felt like hotel cleaning. I recommend someone's very hygiene.

We stayed for the weekend with our kids and it was fantastic. Walking distance to the park, great location, great set up and the spa/pool table were great additions on the rainy day. Will definitely stay here again!
