Waterfront vacation rentals in Newburyport

Ideal location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit provided everything we needed for our stay very much recommend this apartment to anyone planning to travel to Rockport

Clean and new interior. Great location right in the center of town. Well-equipped kitchen with spice rack and complementary Keurig coffee. Very comfortable mattress. Takes a little while to warm up, but great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. There is a grocery store within a few minutes drive and many nearby fish markets, everything needed to make a delicious meal and enjoy it in a comfortable setting. The world-class Shalin Liu Performance Center is a five minute walk away. If you are comfortable walking up a flight of exterior stairs, this is perfect.

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

This unit is incredible. It's a beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean with stunning views. The place is immaculate, with top-shelf appliances and amenities. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen with ample counter space, labeled drawers, and everything you need for culinary adventures. We loved the layout, with three upstairs bedrooms and one on the main floor. This home was truly inspiring, giving us ideas on what to look for in our next home. Despite the bitter cold, we had an amazing stay in Rockport.

We had a wonderful stay at Christopher’s place! The location is absolutely beautiful with ocean views and views of the skyline. The house was so comfortable and clean, we adored the projector screen, hot tub, and heated bathroom floor. Huge plus on being dog friendly! We hope to return for another stay soon!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect location for our needs! Had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. They left OJ and muffins in the fridge for our arrival! The edges of the water froze and made a beautiful winter scene. I can only imagine how beautiful it is during the other seasons. Communication was great and quick! Easy access!

I hosted a birthday gathering at Laurence's house and loved staying there! It was roomy and had a beautiful view. We had an amazing weekend and Laurence was very accommodating! I would recommend for a getaway to the ocean!

Terrific spot for an 82 year old grandmother, 3 adults and 3 teens for Thanksgiving weekend. Everyone had room to spread out and come together. Top notch kitchen, linens, couches, tv and fireplace. And the view, nature, woods, and peaceful surroundings are why the state motto is the way life should be! Thank you for a memorable holiday in your gorgeous home, we needed that.

Adorable home, it’s older so a few quirks, the A/C didn’t work in the master and it’s very very bright early in the morning. The porch is fantastic, the location can’t be beat for beach access. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. Highly recommend!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

A great small place with just what we needed. Greatful for real furniture, and a usable kitchen. There was a warning that the hotwater tank is small but never had a cold shower and enough to do dishes.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the electronic fireplace made us felt at home and comfortable. I especially loved the small touches with the books and games tucked away above the tv waiting to be found. Also we got a nice surprise on NYE with some fireworks on the beach. The hardest thing to figure out was where the trash room was but José sent a picture which helped a lot.

We loved staying in this super cute condo right across from the beach. The location is a 10/10, the condo was clean, modern and decorated fabulously. We can’t wait to come back!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.
