Our family couldn’t have asked for more from our stay at House of Clare. Location, amenities, cleanliness, and top of the line appliances were clear from the get-go. I’m not joking when I say this home is better equipped than our own home — hosts know what they’re doing and have truly thought of everything. This was the perfect first vacation environment for our newborn, my mother, and my sister’s family. We hope to return!

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

This was our second stay at David’s home and it was everything we had hoped for. The house was spotless, well stocked and extremely comfortable. David does not cut corners and it shows. Speaking of David - he has always been friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and an all-around perfect host. We’re looking forward to visiting again in 2025!

Charming and cozy. Beautiful art and it feels like home. Anh is a amazing host, responds quickly and she's an absolute sweetheart. I had such a great time staying here and so did my guests. We didn't want to leave lol. I would definitely stay here again. So if you're ever in Rockport make sure to book this fantastic home. You'll enjoy your stay and you'll enjoy the peaceful town.

Excellent place, excellent location, easy check-in and great communication. Loved the house and the space and how easy it was to get around the city. Would love to come back.

Clean and new interior. Great location right in the center of town. Well-equipped kitchen with spice rack and complementary Keurig coffee. Very comfortable mattress. Takes a little while to warm up, but great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. There is a grocery store within a few minutes drive and many nearby fish markets, everything needed to make a delicious meal and enjoy it in a comfortable setting. The world-class Shalin Liu Performance Center is a five minute walk away. If you are comfortable walking up a flight of exterior stairs, this is perfect.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Christin truly thinks of all the small details that make a stay comfortable and relaxing. From fresh espresso to a towel warmer, it is evident that she wants her guests to feel pampered and truly enjoy their time in the space. The driveway parking and washer and dryer combo (traveled with a 1 year old) were a game changer! Upon arrival, we encountered a small hiccup (no fault of Christin’s) and she was understanding and incredibly quick to communicate with us. I mean, she has a step by step guide for kitchen appliances! Truly, she thinks of it all. Would 100% stay again!

We loved staying at Steve and Nancy's cozy little carriage house. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, and Steve and Nancy were friendly and very easy to reach. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience to stay with a family or friends well traveling the area it was great though loved everything about it had a great time there.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

Very clean, and well-kept apartment! The building itself is great as well. Quiet, organized, and more. Surrounding area has good options for food, shopping, etc.

We just spent two nights in Ann-Marie and George's place, and everything was perfect. They're super communicative (instant reply to the one question we had) and the thought and care they put into hosting is evident. The house is immaculate, spacious, quiet, and stocked with all the comforts of home from welcome snacks to laundry detergent to a phone charging station to well-labeled storage (cutlery, etc) and thoughtful organizational additions like wall hooks (so convenient for towels, laundry, coats) and lots of drawer space in each bedroom. The living room is inviting so much that we never left the couch on Saturday night. Large, modern kitchen and bathroom. Easy walk to the T and easily drivable in and out of Boston. Parking spot is super convenient. Can't complain about a thing!

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Stayed for a last minute trip with my cousin. The area had lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house. There was also a great beach trail that was paved with a cute little lighthouse that we walked with my dog. The house had everything you would need for cooking meals and entertainment. I love that multiple phone chargers were readily available incase you forgot yours. I also liked that there was a dog bed, blankets and toys for my dog to use when we got there. The host left instructions for everything in the house and gave information on great local spots to check out and was available for any questions we had during our stay. The hot tub was great and we used it several times. Would love to come back in the summer as this is a summer destination and some of the restaurants/shops were closed for the season.

We loved staying at Gary's beautiful home. We were a gathering of extended family, and we were looking mostly for a place where we could all gather together - our group of 16 and 1 to 3 dogs, depending on the day. The great room that included kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas was spectacular - allowing us to cook together, play games, catch up. Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was very spacious with multiple work areas and a massive refrigerator and freezer. There was central living area with two L-shaped couches that allowed all of us to sit together. While table had six dining chairs, between folding chairs (very comfortable), and counter stools that worked well, we managed to get 14 people around the table. The private, wooded views from the living room were also spectacular. Lovely light coming into the house. Bedrooms were simple and plentiful. Gary and his wife were very responsive to the few questions and needs we had. Highly recommend.

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!
