Madeline and Co-host, Clay were an absolute pleasure from pre-booking to post check-out. Great communication ensuring a stress free booking, providing clear instructions and local recommendations from supermarkets, restaurants to best transportation routes for New York. The apartment is exactly as described and depicted in the photos. Providing a nice mix of vintage and modern, creates a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to decompress after a packed itinerary with the family in NYC! The view is fantastic, and can be indulged out on the balcony in the morning with freshly ground coffee (provided by the hosts) or with a wine in the evening (arranged by the wife!). All in all, clean, comfy, spacious, ideal for a group or family, well located, and we will definitely be back!! This was the second time that we stayed at Ira’s apartment. And we very much enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was spacious, sunny, and lovely. And it was walking distance to numerous great cafes and restaurants. Ira was very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

My kids, nieces and I had the best trip! Pratik and Harsha were amazing hosts! Even allowed a late check out and luggage storage. We had a late flight out so this made it so much less stressful!!! House was amazing, beautiful views, amazing neighborhood and people are so friendly!!! Can’t wait to come back, we loved this place 😊

a great thank you to Derby who was helpful and valuable in giving us advice, directions and help when we needed it. I recommend this apartment when you want to have a quiet landmark just a few minutes from NYC. Getting to NY is very simple and you have various solutions, we had a great time with NJ Transit app in checking the time of passage of the various buses to the stops very close to the Derby house. Very attentive in making the stay pleasant for its guests and the rest at night in full relaxation after days of visits to the city. I also recommend visiting Union City and New Jersey. We stayed at Liverty Park and enjoyed the beautiful skyline visible in various parts of the City. We stayed with an 8-year-old girl and Derby had a thousand attention for everyone. We had a great stay, the place was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive too. The location was very safe and convenient for us.

Well appointed apartment and exactly as described. Clean and spacious rooms. The building itself could use some sound insulation from neighbors above you, otherwise a great and comfortable stay.

It’s a superb place to stay if you’re going back and forth to MetLife Stadium. The patio was great to enjoy and the neighbors seemed pleasant. Just make sure you ask him which parking spot to use. It’s not a Beverly Hills, CA mansion, but it’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay for a concert or Football game weekend.

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

Me and my team loved David’s place. He was a great host super responsive, and the house was everything we needed. Will definitely stay next time if available.

Good place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the city.

We had a great stay at Shante’s place. The home looked just like the photos. Our favorite space was the finished basement with the large TV and games for the kids. We had plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our party of 4 adults and 4 boys ranging 7-12. Attractions were all within 20-25 mins. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good area.

Diony was an amazing host and extremely responsive and accommodating . Home is absolutely gorgeous! And convenient location. We booked last minute, and check in process was very simple n easy. Highly recommend for any type of stays!

This is a perfect place to stay. Walkable distance to groceries, restaurants, public transportation. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. The unit is immaculately clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I have been here multiple times and feel like family here

Lyndon is a great host and the place is really cool! This was our home base in Brooklyn after spending a few nights previously in Manhattan. The area is really cool, lots of cool shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The home is nice, beds are comfortable and the art makes it very unique and interesting. As others have pointed out the road noise is loud, but it is New York and that should be expected. I'm a light sleeper and usually bring foam earplugs with me on trips, I popped those in and slept just fine. To be that close to a lot of cool things in both Brooklyn and Manhattan it's going to be loud, so just know what you are walking into and be prepared like I was. The home is very nice, brand new appliances and bathroom fixtures. I was worried about having enough hot water in a smaller place with a family of 5 but that was never an issue, we had hot water for all of us. I suspect they have an instant tankless water heater vs. a traditional tank style.

Josefina was a great host! She was super helpful and friendly! Would recommend!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

The host is very communicative and responsive. The apartment's location is great, and the neighborhood is very safe. The apartment is located next to the train station, which it's very convenient if you need to travel or commune. It was a little issue with the check-in, but besides that, everything else was excellent. I would stay in the apartment again. Thank you Evelyn for everything.

Anabel was a great host. I loved staying in West New York for the first time and exploring Bergenline. The flat is well supplied with everything you would need in a house and it has beautiful views of the New York skyline. It is about a 30-45min bus drive on the 159 to NJ transit hub right next to Tine Square. Anabel was a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Anabel. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and I hope to be back again soon (possibly for the FIFA World Cup ;-D )

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property, recently renovated, modern and spotless with significant space over 2 floors to easily accommodate a family of 5. Location easy to get the PATH to manhattan. First class, communicative hosts.
