Nico’s home is located in a peaceful neighborhood. Perfect location, it's very convenient for us to go anywhere what we want. The house is beautiful and clean. We all like the study, it’s totally like a library. Nico is a nice host easy to communicate. Highly recommended.

Loveeeed our stay at this cozy cottage! It's a nice, secluded location not far from Berkeley. We chose this place for our staycation (we live in SF). Super affordable. Easy check in. Beautiful natural lighting during the day and gorgeous forest views from every window.

If you need to stay in West Berkeley, this is a very convenient spot. The cottage is unusual and artistic. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs kitchen with loads of windows.

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

We had a lovely stay at your home and appreciated the wonderful hospitality. The added amenities make a difference. We will stay here again when we visit the area.

This is a great place to stay if you want a “home away from home” while you explore SF! The space is on a great street in the Mission district and is filled with families and great neighbors! The house is large and is great for a bigger group to relax after a fun day! You really get to live like a San Franciscan with this space!

It was an amazing stay!! We loved the cozy little apartment. We could cook, eat, sleep, and get a good night's rest. The bed was really comfortable. Jen and Sarah were very helpful when we had questions. The hot tub was amazing. The sky at night is also astonishing. The kitty was so cute!!

Wrich and Tony’s place was great! They were both super responsive to our questions and the place felt like home. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Good location as well, about 10 minutes to downtown San Jose. Would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again if we are back in the area.

We have stayed several times at Ramils place and always book when it is available for our Alameda trips. Friendly host, nice accommodations, great location.

This was the best Air BnB I have been to. First was communication: quick responses, easy instructions for check in, and even checked in to ask if we had kids coming and if we would like toys for them to be brought out. Check in was very easy and we walked into a big beautiful house. The kids went straight to the basket of toys and doll house. In the entry way was an assortment of snacks and water bottles. In the kitchen was another welcome basket with more snacks and some fun kids cups. Just about every appliance, utensil, or cooking instrument was there! There was a front room with a TV and Nintendo switch. And another room with TV in the back of the house. The backyard is huge! So many chairs, a big table to eat at, 2 heat lamps, a fire pit, and a nice hot tub. Then, there were 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with hot hot water and good water pressure. We loved this place so much, we are about to book another trip there. Cannot recommend this enough. Amazing host! Amazing house!

Exceeds expectations. Easily walk to the beautiful beach which features a scenic bluff-top beach path as well as easy access to the beach itself. Excellent hiking and wildlife viewing nearby. Just a 30-minute scenic drive to San Francisco and all the things it offers. Numerous excellent restaurants nearby and a short drive to quaint "downtown" Half Moon Bay with artisan shops, good food and drink and the pleasant, relaxed atmosphere of a coast-side town. The accommodations are up to the minute with a recent remodel and upgrade. Spacious gourmet kitchen, comfy furniture and excellent comfortable beds. Remodeled bathroom, new paint and new flooring lend a light and airy feel to this very comfortable retreat. The house is quiet and very welcoming, and the pictures don't do it full justice. The host is very knowledgeable and helpful and is committed to providing a hassle free and relaxing stay for her guests. The house is equipped with thoughtful extras and local touches. Try it!

Audrey and Jordie were so responsive and great to deal with. Even though they were doing work on the house, they made sure that we knew what was going on. The house is in a perfect location for visiting our family so we will definitely come back there.

Sara was fabulous, property was private & clean, and the location was ideal. Very close to public transportation (bus and subway) and easy walk to Golden Gate Park, Haight & Ashbury shops, restaurants and bars, etc. Gus’s market had an excellent selection of fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, as well as standard pantry needs. Definitely hope to stay with Sara the next time we venture to SF!

For my first time using a B&B, we really couldn't have had a better experience. Super clean and comfy space, good AC and amenities as well as having a lot to do very close by. Having our own quiet space to come and go from that was comfortable was perfect and just what we needed. I couldn't be happier with our stay! 😊

John was available and quick to answer any questions. The house was perfect, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was wonderful. My son lives in the neighborhood and was a short walk to help him with their newborn and to walk downtown to Starbucks and Trader Joes. Perfect.

Not only was this property beautifully maintained and located in a beautiful, tranquil setting, our host Jenny was probably the most organized, gracious, and responsive communicator I have ever met on Airbnb! We really enjoyed our stay and only wish we had more time to enjoy the use of her pristine swimming pool and inviting spa. This property is located in a really great neighborhood of Walnut Creek close to downtown and freeways. Very highly recommended!

Beautiful location very comfortable and clean. It was especially nice to be settled in a quiet area with the privacy of separation from the main house with plenty of blinds/curtains. Easy access from the road with adequate parking. What was truly nice for my longer trip was the ability to do laundry at the back of the property...Not going home with that in mind was very nice indeed.

We stayed at Sara's while visiting family nearby, but her home felt like a vacation in itself. The backyard is magical - we spent a fair amount of time there, swimming, grilling/dining, reading/napping. The backyard (and its myriad diversions) even lured our tech-obsessed teenagers away from their devices for extended periods. Everything was well maintained, no detail overlooked. We also enjoyed the access to a peloton bike and workout equipment. The interior was clean, organized, stylish but comfortable. The sunroom and small courtyard off of the bedrooms were great for yoga or stealing a quiet moment with a cup of coffee or book. Sara was responsive and attentive. Instruction booklet was clear and helpful. The stay exceeded our expectations. We hope to be back.

This was a good choice for a football game at Levi's stadium. The home was within walking distance and was in safe location. Communication was prompt and helpful. The home had everything we needed for our quick trip. We would stay there again

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

If I could give a rating of 6 stars, I would. This is my go-place when I have to be in the Bay Area.....if it is available. Peaceful is amazing to work with. It has a great location, gated parking, very comfortable bed and more
