My stay was awesome! Place was clean and I felt very secure. Beds were also very comfortable. Great location!! Host was very responsive when I contacted her. Hands down one of the best Airbnb on the island, I will definitely return.

nice home in a nice neighborhood. beautiful rec area with pool. quiet, guarded and safe. a bit off the beaten path - car recommended. home appears to be barely used and is wide open. only suggestions are to check the light bulbs. a good majority are burned out and some would require a ladder to change. if you like to cook, I suggest speaking with nadia before booking. some of the pans and utensils wouldn't sell at a garage sale. poor shape. lastly, there is no end tables or a coffee table. if you want to read or sit and enjoy a drink you have to figure out a work around or set your coffee on the floor. I still give a 5 star assuming they haven't thought of these things and didn't disrupt the trip. you get accustomed to using a flashlight in the closet. thanks for the hospitality and would recommend. Iron out the bumps first and you will have a first class stay. cheers

I had a great time! It accommodated our big group of 11 people, the host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The beach right up the street is beautiful! The home looks just like the pictures, you get your money’s worth staying here. Thank you Anita for allowing us to stay! It was great!

We stayed at Anishka's place to bring in my 31st birthday and the place was everything we hoped for and more. The private and quiet environment made it the perfect getaway for a home away from home trip. All the amenities listed were available and the host was very friendly and resourceful. I would definitely stay here again!

What I love the most about Ms. Lesley….. she welcoming and if theirs a way for her to accommodate you…. She will make a way and I love the word yes She also had a case of Water waiting for us… Gave me a direct number to get in contact with her in case of emergency. I also love how she had beach towels as well as regular towels and a washer and dryer. Many times when you’re used to staying in hotels and Airbnb you always want fresh towels. The pool and Jacuzzi was a nice touch and I love the bar outside. She even went as far as giving us a play pin The house fully accommodate my family. Thank you, thank you thank you this is definitely one of my top five places to stay in Bahamas. We have family that live here so it’s always great to have a second place to where you can invite people to come over and you don’t always have to be in a hotel. On top of the fact that we just lost our mother-in-law .

If you prefer AirBnB over a hotel, this place is perfect. Taxi's and buses all know the building by name and it's a 10 minute walk to BahaMar, grocery store and other places. Tineka is the perfect host and she went out of her way to help me with a small surprise for my wife for our anniversary. She was always very responsive and very helpful with recommendations. Definitely use Monique for taxi service...she is amazing and renting a car is a terrible idea. Tineka can connect you with Monique. The place was very quiet and the pool is awesome and there is a small, private beach. If you want quiet, private and a great view in a great apartment, this is the ideal spot with one of the best hosts I have experienced for an AirBnB so far.

We had an amazing stay at Heather’s place. Both Heather, & Raven who is locally available for anything you need, were incredibly friendly & responsive hosts. Heather was also really flexible about the check in & check out times which was great for us, as we didn’t fly home until 9.30pm Gorgeous condo, spacious & beautifully decorated. The facilities are great, and the condo is so comfortable with a homely feel. It also has the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in! Having a cart, chairs, cooler box, & towels to take to the beach was a lovely touch. And the pool area is so nice & quiet so we made use of that too. The location is really good. Next door to a supermarket & liquor store, walkable to some nice restaurants (Spritz our favourite 15mins walk, Social House 20mins). We didn’t hire a car, but used Monique, a great local lady, for airport transfers & a few excursions. And the jitney local bus service during the day. All in all a fab stay. We stayed with Kyrene for 9 days and had an amazing time. The apartment is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is big enough that when it rained we could all relax with no issues or feeling on top of each other. The pool is small but my son loved it and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. It was a 5 minute walk to Cabbage Beach, which we loved. The same walking time to the Atlantis/shops and also approximately the same time to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal for all the boat trips. Kyrene offers golf cart/bike hire but we walked everywhere or there are plenty of taxis around on the streets. I would definitely recommend staying here, we all really enjoyed ourselves. Kyrene was a pleasure to deal with, had lots of helpful suggestions and went out of her way to accommodate us. If we return to the Bahamas we would stay here again!

We highly recommend staying at Samantha’s place. The location was perfect, very walkable and centrally located on Paradise Island. We love beaches and Samantha supplies the chairs, a great cooler and beach towels! Anytime we reached out to her for a suggestion, she got back quickly with her recommendations which is very helpful when you’re only there for a few days and need to figure it all out quickly! We loved Paradise Island Beach Club for their curry dishes ( her suggestion!!!) and Margaritaville for Happy Hour and watching boats come in. Can take a ferry over for $7 p.p. to Nassau, where all the cruise ships disembark, to get souvenirs, (Straw Market) and walk around for a fun vibe. Samantha’s place is our choice for our next visit.!
