Absolutely lovely place to stay and in a beautiful location. So cosy and welcoming - the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. Can't wait to return.
Apartment in Aberdeenshire
4.93 out of 5 average rating, 163 reviewsHigh quality 2 bedroom holiday flat in Banff
Our second time staying here. The first time was for two nights, but this time just for a 12-hour sleepover. Again a spotlessly clean flat. Easy parking on the main road outside (1/2 Jan). Instructions to get in very clear and easy and did in our own time. Chinese takeaway across the road and Tesco's just around the corner. Mike was also responsive to messages.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The property was absolutely spotless—meticulously clean and well-maintained, which instantly made me feel at home. The interior is modern, with sleek, stylish furnishings that combine comfort and luxury perfectly. But the real highlight of this place is the view. You’re treated to stunning views of the countryside, which made for a peaceful and serene setting. The host was also incredibly welcoming and communicative, ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. I couldn’t recommend this place enough—whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore.

Booked accommodation to relax and recharge my batteries. It certainly did that. I love the location. Excellent site, excellent hosts. This is my fourth or fifth visit and definitely will be back. It is perfect for relaxing and also perfect for children. With lots to do on site and surrounding area. My 5 year old great nephew loves the play park. Plus they now have a cafe in the big house as well as the shop. As Arnold said I’LL BE BACK 😄 5/5

Had a lovely weekend at the Gatehouse. The tranquil setting was so relaxing. It is a tastefully decorated home with quality furnishings and also very homely and cosy and comfortable too. We really appreciated the beautiful welcome hamper. Had excellent communication with Amy who was very friendly and helpful. It’s simply a peaceful haven but also a perfect base for visiting the beautiful area of Moray and beyond.

Stayed here over new year and really enjoyed our stay. Jackie and her husband were very friendly and were there if we needed anything. The place was lovely and we even got to use the hot tub which was great. Would highly recommend staying here!
Cabin in Milltown of Rothiemay
4.96 out of 5 average rating, 121 reviewsDesigner A-Frame Cabin, with Hot Tub, Mayen Estate
What an unutterably gorgeous cabin. I had such a restful few days on the Mayen estate and loved building a fire in the woodburner and getting cosy. The views were beautiful, with lots of wildlife to watch, while the estate had tons to explore. Ross and the other staff I met were so helpful and friendly too. I’d love to come back in the summer when I could make better use of the hot tub (weather was a bit too overcast for stargazing on my trip) but the facilities were excellent, bed so comfy and overall just such a lovely and cosy retreat. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Dean's apartment was perfect. We felt right at home. The view was amazing. Our daughter went out each morning at 8 to see the sunrise and also took a swim. Will definitely stay here again and Dean also has another apartment in same building with the same view. Everything has been thought through. Thank you again Dean, we will be back. 🙂🙂

Cottage in Boddam
4.89 out of 5 average rating, 66 reviewsBeautiful Cosy costal cottage
Jacqueline's home is absolutely gorgeous. Her taste in accessories and attention to detail made this a special trip. I contacted a couple of times with questions which were answered swiftly. The stairs to the bedroom are alternative half steps. These are fine once you get used to them. If anyone is not able to use them there is a beautiful downstairs bedroom and the bathroom is also downstairs. In the kitchen there are cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, condiments and others have left some food items rather than taking them home. Towels and dishtowels are also provided. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Jacqueline
Cottage in Craigellachie
4.95 out of 5 average rating, 124 reviewsCozy cottage in the heart of Speyside
We recently stayed at this lovely cottage as a family of 4 adults, 1 child, and our Yorkie, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The surrounding area was absolutely stunning, especially with the snow-covered landscape—it felt like a winter wonderland on a peaceful farm. If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was serene, quiet, and incredibly peaceful, exactly what we needed for a break. Though the cottage feels wonderfully secluded, it's only a 30-minute drive to the city, and there’s a charming small village nearby with shops and restaurants for added convenience. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature. We'll definitely be back!
Cottage in Cullen

A wonderful cottage in an excellent location! The cottage has a great selection of kitchen equipment and utensils, a relaxing lounge with games galore, if you wish, all you need for your stay. The bed was so comfortable which makes such a difference as you get older 🫣 My husband, myself and our two labs had a superb break! We loved the welcome from those that stayed in Seatown too. Thanks Judi for your responsive, flexible approach. Cullen & 118 Seatown were 🌟👌🏻

Barn in Newtonhill
4.9 out of 5 average rating, 172 reviewsIdyllic Muchalls retreat
Little Mill was a wonderful, cosy place to spend time with family at Christmas. Moya & family were friendly accommodating hosts. Check in was flexible and straightforward, the essentials provided were plentiful and the welcome goodies extremely generous. As pet owners it was a great space. Downstairs was ideal for our two dogs, the stair gate making for easy containment. Beautiful walks were right outside the doorstep, the coastline and beach particular highlights. We also loved the Mill's proximity to Aberdeen and all the amenities a city has to offer. We'd love to return someday.

A lovely cosy cottage with everything that was needed to make us feel right at home. The dogs were made to feel very welcome too. Excellent location right on the sea front. Sue was most friendly and helpful even letting us sit out front on their bench looking out to sea! We would most definitely stay there again!

Very nicely renovated and look very luxurious and every single item and accessories inside the house are very attractive. However, we reached the unit at late night and quite poor lighting. We have hard time to find the house.
