The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Michael was super friendly and quick to respond and help with anything! He had a binder filled with information and a little snack bin with snacks from the area (awesome touch!)

Absolutely loved our stay at the Gorilla House! The neighborhood is very nice, and we felt very safe here. The house and property are beautiful. Everything looks just like the pictures in the listing, and the furnishings are all very tasteful & comfortable. The Host was wonderful, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area, and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Dayton Area.

Cozy Cottage With A Pool

This home has it all. It is clean, cozy, and conveniently located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The home has a great back yard with adorable things for the kids to play with. The neighborhood feels safe and very inviting. The bedrooms are very well equipped, there are plenty of blankets and things to do throughout the home. There's a great stocked coffee area and the fridge is full of condiments. Tons of restaurants nearby. Pet friendly which is amazing. Very close to Miami University. The basement is a huge treat and my teen sons loved the activities. Perfect quick stay and would highly recommend!!!

Home away from Home! Four Bedroom !

Great place for all of us to stay for family wedding in the area, conveniently located to the various venues, not to mention all the restaurants, groceries, etc nearby-- we even walked to Le Peep for a great weekend breakfast! Especially appreciated the three bathrooms (& plentiful towels!) when everyone was getting ready, & the walk-in closet in the one bedroom was a perfect spot for our little one's pack & play! It was a tad chilly upon arrival (so much rain that weekend!) and when I couldn't quite figure out the Google Nest thermostat, Peter was quick to respond with clear directions & follow-up. It's so much nicer to have family together vs separate hotel rooms and I felt this was a great value for the weekend-- we'd be happy to return!

Tyianna was a fantastic host. Communication was smooth and timely, which made everything easy from the start. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do, and the house itself felt just like home. My family kept saying how comfortable and welcoming it was. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was over Easter weekend, we arrived to see family a day early. At the last minute she had the place ready for an extra day stay! Took maybe 30 minutes tops and the place was pristine. They had everything we could need for our stay and more. Elizabeth & Anna were very responsive. Hot tub was perfect, and the backyard was where we spent most of our time while at the home. We were able to cook on the grill with everything they had provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine which I personally enjoyed. Thank you guys for an amazing stay! Hoping to stay here every Easter, couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family weekend.

Elaine’s place was amazing. The home had well kept vintage touches with modern updates throughout, truly beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and there were nice places for food and coffee nearby. The host was very communicative and helpful. A top stay and felt just like home! If ever in the area would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We booked this place as a very last minute having arrived at our planned air bnb to find it was falsely advertised. As a party of 9 including a baby that had travelled for my son’s wedding you can imagine the urgency .Communication was excellent throughout abc the turnaround ( which was just 30 minutes was fantastic Maria was also very accommodating in allowing one part of the party with the baby leave later . House was very clean and everything we had hoped for .

House was bigger than it appeared. Very clean. Calm, quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home. Great place for teenagers and young adults. They were very entertained and didn’t want to leave. Sauna, hot tub, and massage chair were nice additions. Only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

I loved my one-night stay in this beautiful home, and was pleasantly surprised by how much space was included. The first floor has a bed, bath, large kitchen, family room, and a study, and the lower basement level has a poker/game room, laundry, and an additional bedroom. And it's conveniently located and walkable to restaurants and night life in the Oregon District. Most importantly, Samantha was a wonderful host! Check-in was a breeze, parking was great, and the WiFi worked perfectly. I'll definitely stay again the next time my travels take me through Dayton.

This was our second year staying at Matthew’s place before an event in downtown Miamisburg. It was the perfect spot for our group with tons of space and wonderfully clean. The beds and couches were super comfy and the check in was seamless. Matthew was also able to accommodate our late check our request, which was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in Jennifer’s house while visiting our son at Miami. It was the perfect home away from home. The inside was incredibly clean and cozy. There were also lots of extra touches that we appreciated - coffee, razors, cotton balls & Qtips, etc. The house backs up to a wooded hill, with a small fenced in area in the back. We’ll bring our dogs next time! The road it is located on is narrow and does not have sidewalks, so it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to campus and uptown, so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely book this house again when in Oxford!

We loved our stay! The house is so cute and in an area where it is so quiet out. Which is exactly what I love. I especially loved that they stocked waters in the fridge and plenty of towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. The house was very clean and smelled lovely. I especially LOVED the bed downstairs.
