Vacation rentals with a pool in New Orleans East Area

We stayed here because our daughter was touring Tulane. it was so convenient to walk to the university and also down to Maple street for coffee and food. Also convenient to Audubon park. we hope to come back on parent visiting days.

Place was exceptional. Hosts were very informative and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay, which was last minute and unexpected due to Hurricane Helene. We truly appreciated the accommodations and your understanding for our situation. Good & kind people! I definitely would stay again and recommend. Best sleep ever

The house was absolutely beautiful and totally evocative of the vibe of the area. Daniel and Lauren were friendly , helpful, flexible and helped make our family hang really special. Plus the time by the pool was such a fun way to enjoy our time together. Thanks for making our trip so memorable and unique!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I traveled with my 3 daughters aged 22, 19 & 12. As you can imagine, we can be hard to please but we all agreed that this house was PERFECT for us. The neighbors have chickens which we all enjoyed thoroughly while hanging on the front porch. The back patio is gorgeous & very private. We had great luck w/ the next door tenants who had kids for my youngest to swim with. Pool was warm & felt so good after a long day walking around! Beds were comfy! We all slept better than any of us have in a long time! We are fan sleepers but left our fans behind. A quick message to Aleks though on our way down & there were fans waiting on us when we arrived! We are planning to return when the beloved Nic Cage passes to pay our respects & will be booking here again!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous, spacious and modern. Very thoughtfully designed and the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day walking and exploring the city. Super comfortable beds, amazing showers, quiet surroundings. I would suggest renting a car as there is not too much in the immediate walking area, however the trolley was very close by and uber/lyft is super efficient throughout the city. Everything felt like a quick 10-15 minute drive away. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to help out. 10/10 would stay here again!

Roberts place was great. Super close to the airport. The house was well air conditioned and the pool was clean. Very kind of Robert to stock the coffee bar and ask us if we needed anything additional while we were there. We would stay there again

Ebony was a great and wonderful host, quickly and very responsive when asking questions, definitely would recommend staying at Ebony's

The house was amazing. The pool and “spa” were lovely. The outdoors is beautifully landscaped. The house was decorated in a very fun New Orleans style. Gary has provided many thoughtful conveniences such as labeled lights/ cabinets etc. and phone chargers on the bedside tables. The house manager, Eduardo, was very responsive and very kind when we had some technical difficulties with the computer interface for the spa heater. And we also loved the ping pong table / air hockey table! The location is great- quiet side road off of magazine St where there are plenty of cute restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you Gary and Eduardo- hope to come back sometime!!

We had such an easy and chill stay here! This neighborhood is peaceful, cute, and filled with food gems. The Airbnb was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, well-decorated, and cozy. We will definitely be coming back here for our next NOLA trip!

I had a fantastic experience staying here . The location was perfect, It was walking distance to a plaza with food and boutiques , which made it easy to explore the area. The space was clean, and cozy, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kevin was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had all the information I needed.

This little gem on Magazine Street was absolutely perfect! We love the neighborhood with its cute little shops, restaurants and unique bars. Our host, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. We come to New Orleans often as I used to live in the city for 10 years. I am so glad we booked Craig’s place and will continue staying here for our future trips

chose this unit due to proximity to the parade routes, Bourbon St, the river areas, and price. also, was not too noisy at night like many other units that had comments about excessive noise from trolleys, loud music, and traffic. this one was fairly quiet.

This place is a 10/10! Perfect location and beautiful. It is exactly as described. Elizabeth was an amazing host. There was an issue with the cleaning crew ( everything was clean except for the rotted strawberries that had been left in the fridge ) but Elizabeth was super kind and helpful of the matter and made it right. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in NOLA.

David was a great host! David’s place is fantastic! Everything we did was within walking distance. The place was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice big fluffy towels in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. I highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay there again!

Sandra’s place was great! Everything we needed it to be for the weekend. It was a great distance from the golf course. The house was very clean but did have a musty odor upon entering. Running the AC helped. The queen bed was comfortable.

This Airbnb on Rampart Street was the perfect spot for our New Orleans adventure! The hot tub was amazing, and the outdoor space made for the best pictures—such a vibe. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, plus an outdoor bathroom on the enclosed porch, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beautiful kitchen appliances added a touch of nostalgia, especially the vintage-style fridge and stove, which reminded me of my great-grandparents' house. The location was unbeatable—just close enough to enjoy the energy but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. We came to The Big Easy to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and this home made it unforgettable. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and truly special stay in New Orleans! Would definitely book again! Tyler is the best of the best! Kell’s house was perfect for our stay. It’s been tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home with all the charm of NOLA. My daughters loved the pool in the backyard. It’s a short walk to some of the neighborhood establishments and a short drive to all the happenings around the city - great location. Kell is a great host. He checked in often and was quick to respond when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying at the Orleans House.

The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and appointed with anything you could need. Extremely walkable to great restaurants/bars/live music and the French Quarter. The courtyard between the two houses was everything and where we all spent our time when not out exploring. Joshua was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful with a lovely list of restaurant and activity recommendations. We would all stay there again and again and again.

We had a magical week at this wonderful property! The space is beautiful and spacious and decorated with a personal touch that made us feel like we were staying with a cool friend. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated how many towels the hosts provided. The location was great and perfect for us visiting friends in the Bywater as well as exploring the quarter. We would definitely stay here again!
