Amazing Stay with the Perfect Host! My wife and I recently stayed at Nicholas' place in Kingston from July 30 to August 8, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nicholas was the perfect host—more like a personal concierge. We constantly reached out to him for recommendations on everything from breakfast spots to dinner venues, and he even helped us find a great barber. His responsiveness was incredible, and he resolved any issues we had immediately, always going above and beyond. The highlight of our stay was meeting Nicholas and his wife over drinks. They are such warm, welcoming people, and we had a wonderful time chatting with them. As for the place itself, it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped place with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, Nicholas' place is the perfect choice. We left with fond memories and a desire to return!

Immaculate apartment in a good location in Kingston within a secure building with good facilities. There is a basic gym on site with a couple of weight machines, treadmill and bike. The swimming pool small but pleasant - open from 7am-7pm but closes any time it rains (which is quite often). Host was responsive and I had no issues accessing the flat - there is an electronic door lock that can be accessed with either a code or app. The kitchen was clean and the utensils were of a good standard but somewhat limited for a long stay if you are planning to cook - no can or bottle opener, no sieve/colander, no roasting/baking equipment, etc so you need to work around these if you plan to more than fry or boil food. Very all excellent and would be my first choice of somewhere to stay in Kingston again.

This has by far been one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve had over the past 6-7 years. First off, Sheena is an absolute pleasure to speak to. She is very kind, helpful, and attentive. The home itself is very nice. The views of the mountain from the balcony is breathtaking, from sunrise to sunset. Proximity is amazing, there is a corner store within minutes from the apartment, shortly after you will run into a MegaMart (grocery store), and shortly after another Plaza with food and the likes. These properties are all along the same road (Waterloo). Devon house and the Bob Marley museum is a short drive away and trust me, there is some good eating at the Devon house property.

There is almost always a bit of uncertainty when booking an Airbnb as an accommodation when traveling for whatever reason. The photos of these places are sometimes not exactly what you get, However, I am thrilled to say, that my trepidation regarding my choice, was for naught. I had the pleasure and fortitude to stay at THE GENESIS APARTMENT at Waterloo Ave in Kingston. This is a very modern apartment with very modern tech-friendly appliances, that were spotless. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean, the bed linens were very good quality and smooth to sleep on, room was airy and attractively decorated, so were the bathrooms. Whatever small details needed to be addressed, was delt with expeditiously and efficiently. There are several layers of security that one must pass through before gaining entry to the unit which also have a special code upon entry. The experience was an excellent one, and as such, I will heartily recommend it to anyone who desires an amazing, secure place to stay

This air bnb was excellent. Host was very responsive. Very clean condo and building. Very secure location. Walkable to restaurants and attractions. If you wanna visit Kingston and surrounding areas this is a great choice for you. I will stay here again when available.

The bed was comfortable, and the building was secure. Yannick is a consummate professional. During my extended stay, I found him to be personable and accommodating.

The place is beautifully decorated. very unique furniture pieces and wall painting. It's so peaceful at this location, it's a home away from home. The place was clean, I got enough towels to last for my 5 days stay. The hosts are very nice. I was given a pink Moscato wine as a welcome gift. That was very sweet of them. in addition, when I arrived the house keeper was finishing up the cleaning but I didn't mind because she was a sweet lady. When itbwas time to check out, the host reached out and told me I didn't have to rush to leave at 11 am, I could stay as long as I needed. That was sweet as well. I would recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in Kingston. Thank you Terryon and daughter 💕💕

Orandy’s listing is a quality listing highly recommend! It has all the amenities you would want, friendly people in the area, and in a very secure area close to the police department and the airport as well. You can sleep easy in Orandy’s wonderful home. The listing is also economically a good value deal you can’t go wrong. If you’re on the fence to book don’t be, book and have a nice time.

This 2-bedroom property near the airport was thoroughly impressive. Not only was the location incredibly convenient for travel needs, the cleanliness of the place will exceed expectations. The property had everything for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free accommodation option near the Norman Manley International AirPort- Kingston.

You'll want to stay at Lophain's place. Quiet, secure, spacious and a super responsive and patient host. I was in town for a funeral with a few of my elderly aunts. They asked for quite a bit from the host, but she took everything in stride, was super responsive and patient. One thing I wanted to add is that you'll get way more than you paid for. Five stars.

Even though my stay was short , I would definitely stay here again The home was great and is in a great location. The host was also very accommodating.

Before meeting Ms. Denise she already was ahead of the game , giving us instructions & meeting us nearby to follow her to the place. A big help because the gps will bring you to the wrong address. On top of that , she gave us a tour of the house & near by shops . The beds are comfortable!!!! Master bedroom is big & felt very at home . Bathrooms are nice & big . Roof top was one of my favorite places. View is amazing . Gated house & grills to lock every entrance. Quiet community. IT’s everything we’ll be back .

Honestly this was even better than expected. Camille and her husband were kind, responsive and understanding as they were hospitable as they went out of there way to pick us up and carry us to the apartment to avoid any difficulty finding the place, the apartment was spacious enough for you to find a sense of home away from home and cleanliness was top tier. They will also provide you with just about everything you would need to get started and perhaps more especially for extended stays, they are super beneficial. No amount of words can honestly describe the price to hospitality and experience, truly worth it especially since it was my first time using an airbnb apartment. We will definitely be booking them again in the future. Also the description and photos are accurate
