Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in New Hope

I just needed a place to crash during an intense 4-day class, and that’s exactly what I got. This place has pretty much everything you need, and is very practical. Not cute, but great if you just need a private space to yourself. Jae was kind and helpful!

A great place when traveling for work or for short stays. Beds are very comfortable, Internet is solid, everything is clean and tidy, the kitchen is very well stocked up. Also - the washer / dryer in the basement is very useful. Will definitely stay here again on my next work trip.

Had a great 1 night stay here. Lots of places to visit in Philly within walking distance. We were only there for two days and one night but made the most of it by staying somewhere so central. Place was spacious and well set up. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Philly!

Michael was a great host from beginning of reservation until checkout. The apartment is in a secure building and it exactly how described and represented in photos. The building has a full gym and a rooftop terrace with great views of the skyline. The LibertyGrounds cafe on the corner of the building had good food and local beers and spirits. Easy walk to Vineyards Cafe and Ryebread for yummy breakfasts. Lots of other choices in walkable distance (Fairmount area with good restaurants and cute boutiques). I was there for jazz shows at South which was a quick Uber ride away. Easy access via Uber or streetcar to historic downtown Philly and the famous Reading Terminal.

My second magical stay at a fantastic accommodation! Unit feels like coming home, warm welcoming, everything a person needs for a stay and preparing your own meals. Great spice rack, nice new dishes, utensils, and kitchenware :-)

It's hard to imagine a more centrally located place to stay than this. Absolutely in the heart of everything. Just steps away from Princeton's best restaurants, shopping and the University. It's convenience cannot be overstated. On top of that, the place was pristine, spacious, comfortable and contained a slew of amenities (including a washer and dryer). And Resa is one of the most responsive hosts I've ever encountered. She replies to all questions in near real time and troubleshoots any concerns promptly. She's an A+ communicator. I will always look to see if any of Resa's places are available when traveling to the Princeton area.

I had a wonderful stay with my friends at this property! It offers amazing value for the price, and there’s so much potential here. The location is fantastic, and the space itself is both cozy and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. You can tell the host cares about making improvements and creating a great experience for guests. The décor was particularly impressive!

Place was nice and clean and the area seemed safe! Police station was nearby. There were what was once fresh flowers throughout the home, but they were all dead for our stay and the ice/water on the fridge didn’t work, otherwise everything was as described. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

The place was perfect and served the purpose. Access to the unit was pretty easy.and we found the unit to be neat and clean. The rental cost was reasonable given the area. The instructions from the host were pretty clear and the response from the host was quick. We definitely will look up this unit in the future.

We have stayed in quite a few AIRBNB's and this was by far the best in many ways. It was comprable to being in a 5 star hotel. Anything one could want or need was there. She even supplied to-go coffee cups to use along with the Keurig coffee maker. There numerous coffee pods of different varieties, teas, creamers, sugar, honey...you name it and it was there. All of the furnishing, bedding and towels were high quality and extremely comfortable. Everything functioned properly and there were written instructions for all of the systems. When we did have a question, Lauryn responded immediately. I highly recommend Lauryn's place.

The home was immaculate, and Chantel took the time to properly stock the items I needed based on the number of guests before my arrival. The home is in a good area, public transportation is within walking distance, and several good food options are close. A++ stay, thank you

My family and I stayed at Natalia’s place over Thanksgiving while we visited with other family that lives in the area. It was a perfect place with lots of space for us to use as a home base, especially during the evenings and when cooking our contributions to the big dinner. We were a very short drive from the town of Princeton to enjoy the holiday festivities being hosted there. While we didn’t use the backyard, during nicer weather it looked like it would have been great.

I think this was a fair listing and fair price. Nothing majorly problematic stood out to me which was awesome, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Only a few minor negatives (listed below). *Room scent machines & plugins were excessive and too frequent *No coat rack near the door *No shampoo/conditioner provided (that I could find) *No cutting boards (that I could find) *Parking instructions were on the counter but wish they were in the listing / somewhere in the app *Carpet is well-worn in the bedrooms *No hand railing for the top 7 stairs or so, leading up to the top floor *No outdoor seating (shown in photos) *Only 1 bathroom on the top floor, second bathroom was in the basement (nothing can be done, it was just inconvenient) *No real comforters for the beds, only fleece throw blankets

We loved our few nights at this home in Drexel Hill! It felt like a stay in a family member’s home. There was tons of space for our family of four to spread out, the beds were comfy, everything was clean, and the home was stocked with anything you could possibly need. We enjoyed evening walks. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and felt very safe. The hosts have thoughtfully laid out small notes of instruction or information all over the home. And any questions we had were promptly answered. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and would absolutely stay there again!

The artwork, the decor, and the books all make the place special. Susan has done a great job of striking the perfect balance in how she has arranged the place, and you’ll find yourself looking at the artwork, pottery, and vintage books closely as you enjoy the detail and thoughtfulness of each. My wife and I were in the area for a business trip (we run a company together), and we always treasure the chance to stay in an architecturally and aesthetically interesting (while still being refined and comfortable) place. Susan’s place fit the bill perfectly.

We travel to Philly twice a year to visit family and usually squeeze into one hotel room in Center City. This time our usual hotels were full, and I'm so glad they were! At Danni's, we had a full house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for only slightly more than the hotel rooms would have cost. It made the trip much easier. The house was sparklingly clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe. And it was an easy downhill walk to the Franklin Institute, Christmas market, etc. Danni provided everything we needed, with the lovely addition of a few beers, coffee, and snacks. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The place was well located for where we wanted to spend time in the city. We had a little trouble locating the entrance as it is tucked behind the building in a narrow street that's common in this area. Other than that minor hiccup, our stay was great. We greatly appreciated Christina letting us check in early unprompted and having the heat turned up since it was a rather cold arrival day. I would definitely stay here again.

If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed. We came to visit the city for the weekend with another friend of mine and her husband and the place was perfect for the 4 of us! Such a cozy and clean place to stay. It’s also in a great location - just far enough away from the crazy shopping area but close enough to walk to all the touristy spots within 15-25 minutes depending on location. We will definitely look to stay here again next year!

James is such a great and responsive host and his place is super cozy, cute, and stylish. Just a few minutes walk to the university and Nassau St. The parking and dedicated back porch, comfortable, modern furniture, and being dog friendly, are huge bonuses. Noise from upstairs is sometimes bothersome but the pros far outweigh at this lovely, well-situated 1BR. Thank you, James!!
