Ankur was an exceptional host during our stay in Delhi! He gave us great advice on local food spots and helped us plan our travel itinerary, which made navigating the city so much easier. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like a hot geyser and laundry facilities. The location is quite unique compared to other areas we’ve seen in India — peaceful yet well-connected, with the metro and airport close by. Ankur was always responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

We have just returned after a wonderful stay at Ayush's property. The place is exactly as seen in the pictures. There were six of us at the property and the place was more than enough for us. The hall is huge and the bedrooms are of good size with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Ayush was very responsive to any requests and adjustments. We also had a helper who came in daily for cleaning. The only minor issue I can think of is that the approach to the property is a bit cramped- but it is possible that there is another approach that we overlooked.

I felt completely at home - Anjaly and her family are so friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to offer help and support which is more than one can ask for in a new city. If I need to stay in Delhi again, this will be my first choice.

There’s lots to do nearby - Khan market, Sundar nursery, Lodhi garden, Humayoun’s tomb are all 10 minutes or less by Uber. The neighborhood and building felt safe for me to stay as a woman and solo traveler. I did not sense any issues coming or going later at night or walking around after dark. There would also be other people out taking walks etc. It did get a bit cold at night (I went during the winter season) but there was a space heater available which made it a non-issue. The apartment itself is very charming and cozy with lots of natural light. The private rooftop is a nice spot to hang out. Mehboob and the building manager were very responsive and proactively communicated throughout the stay.

It was a good place to stay. Hosts were really helpful and responsive. Checking-in was not a hassle. We needed the kitchen for some home cooking as health wise I wasn't so well. Even though he agreed on it, but advised to not do any heavy cooking. Honestly, it would be a real homely experience if one could make their own food provided we are paying for cleaning services. Also, the shared spaces weren't specified in the listing Apart from that all services were good.

the accommodation is exactly how it is in the photographs listed. the manager is proactive with any assistance if required. room was clean, cozy and perfect for travellers who are jumping cities for temporal stays. To stay in a snooty and bougie locality coukdnt have asked for a better price!

This place is value for money. Very nice location in case you want to be just 5-10 min away from Huda Metro Station , Sector -29, Sector-31 and Main road leading to Cyber Hub (10-15 min) and Airport ( 20-30 min). It is very much approachable to these locations with affordable price. It is in very green locality surrounded by Parks and Trees.
